An Open Letter to Lou Dobbs
Dear Mr. Dobbs,
I am a 66 year old artist, goldsmith, photographer, writer, activist, web designer with a 144 IQ. In other words, I am a well rounded individual.
But lately I have something I never dreamed I would have and that is fear. I do not scare easily. I am intelligent enough to sort the scare du jour from the facts. But now I am fearful in a very real way due to the fact that our current administration has set out in a purposeful way to monetize our country for their own purposes while simultaneously creating an intense hatred for our country.
Nothing seems to matter to these bozos as they trudge down the path, dragging us along, to their own enrichment and our demise. What fools they are.
If China and the Russians decide to launch even a moderate offensive against us (just because they can) they will soon be followed by all of Asia and the Middle East. We will probably not survive that and our friends are now so few that help is virtually nonexistent.
The politicians have learned what to say and how to say it to get what they want. And what they want is easily obtained because 99% of the US population does not give a damn one way or the other. We are so complacent and so naive as to truly believe we are totally secure even as GW Bush and Company swing wide the gates at both ends of 'our' country.
God Help Us ...

Pre-emptive Surrender
Pre-emptive Surrender
By Jacob Laksin
FrontPageMagazine.com | February 22, 2007
Henryk Broder, one of Germany’s few contrarian journalists, recently wrote a book decrying the weakness of the free West in the face of Islamic fanaticism. Tongue firmly in cheek, he called it: Hurra, Wir Kapitulieren, (Hurray! We're Capitulating). Broder was primarily addressing Europe’s political class. But if the machinations of the Democratic Congress last week are any indication, the tendency toward gleeful submission before enemy forces cannot be dismissed as an exclusively Continental phenomenon.
Exhibit A in this tendency was the passage on Friday of the “non-binding” House resolution condemning President Bush’s strategy of boosting troop levels in Baghdad. If Democrats had the courage of their antiwar convictions, they would have taken a page from their predecessors in 1973 and exercised the power of the purse to deny any further funding for the war effort. But this would require principle, however misguided, and Democrats are primarily interested in political posturing.
The result? Even as American troops were marching into battle, House Democrats, abetted by 17 Republican defectors, were prejudging their mission a failure. How to reconcile last week’s vote with the fact that just weeks ago the Democrat-led Senate unanimously approved Army Gen. David Petraeus to command that same mission is anyone’s guess. Time may yet prove the House skeptics right about the wisdom of the surge. But it won’t alter the fact that at a dire time for the country they have acquitted themselves abominably.
And they were just getting started. As a sequel to last week’s resolution, House Democrats are working on what the Politico.com website described as a “slow-bleed strategy.” Cynicism on a spectacular scale, it works like this: Into a forthcoming bill on supplemental spending for the war effort in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Democratic leadership intends to insert prohibitive restrictions that will make it all but impossible to deploy additional troops into the military theater.
Leading this obstructionist onslaught is antiwar agitator Rep. Jack Murtha of Pennsylvania, the current chairman of the House subcommittee overseeing appropriations for defense. Having resoundingly lost his bid to become House majority leader in November, Murtha seems determined to save face by engineering American defeat in Iraq. He sounded positively giddy last Thursday as he explained the logic of the slow-bleed plan to antiwar website MoveCongress.org: “They [the troops] won't be able to continue. They won't be able to do the deployment. They won't have the equipment, they don't have the training and they won't be able to do the work. There's no question in my mind ... we're going to stop this surge.” Translation: Hurray! We're Capitulating!
Not content with sabotaging the Iraq war, Democrats are also working to undercut any leverage the United States may have in holding Iran to account for its catastrophic meddling in Iraq and its rogue nuclear program. Toward this end Murtha is reportedly trying to introduce a new measure into upcoming appropriations legislation that would prohibit any military action against Iran without specific congressional approval. Democrats’ views of the “War on Terror” being what they are, it’s hard not to see this as anything but an anti-war mandate. Murtha’s Congressional confrere, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has already said that she would propose the measure as a separate bill if it is not included in the appropriations bill.
If successful, Murtha and Pelosi’s plan would be a legislative coup. Though only Congress has the constitutional authority to declare war, the president can unilaterally send troops into battle. He can do so, moreover, absent a formal declaration of war from Congress. Murtha’s measure would strip the president of his war-making powers, a prospect that should unnerve anyone who doubts the ability of poll-worshipping legislators, let alone the Democratic majority in Congress, to provide steadfast wartime leadership.
Equally disturbing is the message that Murtha’s measure would broadcast to America’s enemies. If a central pillar of the “Bush Doctrine” was preemptive war, the new Democratic Doctrine seems premised on its inverse: preemptive surrender. Small wonder that prior to the November election Democrats restricted their foreign policy pronouncements to platitudes that they “support the troops.” Their effective approach -- call it “America, First to Yield” -- has limited appeal as an electoral cri de coeur.
Ironically, the Democrats’ declared refusal to countenance hard power against Iran came in the same week as a leaked policy document from the European Union, hardly a bastion of foreign policy hawks, underscored the futility of diplomatic measures. Written under the auspices of EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, the paper concludes that “the problems with Iran will not be resolved through economic sanctions alone” and acknowledges that “[a]ttempts to engage the Iranian administration in a negotiating process have so far not succeeded.” Considering that the EU has long been the staunchest proponent of continued diplomacy with Iran, last week’s paper should induce skepticism among those who counsel engagement-at-all-costs.
On one point, however, the Democrats and their EU counterparts are in agreement: there can be no military solution to the growing problem of Iranian belligerence. Indeed, both seem to see the United States as the real menace in the Middle East. The EU’s policy paper makes a point of highlighting what it calls the “more aggressive US approach to Iranian interference in Iraq.” Meanwhile Democrats and their media amen corner have been working tirelessly to dismiss the legitimacy of the Bush administration’s concerns about Iran and to cast the United States as the true aggressor. The New York Times editorial board recently accused the Bush administration of “bulling Iran.” Presidential aspirant John Edwards has upbraided the US for “antagonizing” the mullahs. Rep. James Clyburn, a Democrat from South Carolina, emerged as the spiritual leader of this antiwar congregation last week when he denounced America as a “warmonger.”
As historical exegesis, this is precisely backward. The fact may come as news to the Democratic leadership and the party‘s antiwar base, but Iran’s war against the United States is nearly thirty years old. It began when Iranian militants stormed the U.S. embassy in 1979, shouting “Death to America!” as they took 53 Americans hostage for 444 days. It was through the faithful rendition of that same slogan that Ayatollah Khomeini ascended to power and pronounced death on the “Great Satan.” It was Iran, too, that birthed and nurtured Hezbollah, the terrorist group that killed 240 Marines in Lebanon in 1983 and whose leader, Hassan Nasrallah, declared in 2003: “Death to America was, is, and will stay our slogan.” It is Iran that has repeatedly vowed to annihilate America’s ally, Israel, most recently when the country’s Holocaust-denying president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, called for the Jewish state to be “wiped off the map.” And only a fool or a fanatical partisan -- today’s Democratic Party is depressingly hospitable to both -- would deny that the Islamic Republic today plays a role in killing American troops in Iraq.
Pedants can wrangle over whether this role is limited to supplying rocket-propelled grenades, roadside bombs and sniper rifles to Shiite and Sunni terrorists or also extends to training Shiite militias. To those soldiers who have born the brunt of insurgent attacks, including the 170 troops that the American authorities estimate have fallen to Iranian-made explosive devices, it is doubtful that it makes a difference.
Amid this sad state of debate about Iran one can’t help but recall the words of the venerable conservative journalist Clare Booth Luce. Marking President Carter’s fecklessness in the dark days of the Iranian hostage crisis, Luce quipped that “the United States will end up apologizing to Iran for its having declared war on us.” Luce’s cynicism proved prophetic when former Secretary of State Madeline Albright tendered just such an apology in 2000. Is another one on the way? Current trends do nothing to dispel that suspicion.
What is urgently needed instead is a new foreign policy realism. Not the Beltway “realism” of the Iraq Study Group, which holds, with an aggressive contempt for logic, that stability in the Middle East demands placating the region’s most destabilizing actors in Iran and Syria. Rather, it the kind of realism that gives American policy in Iraq a deserved opportunity to succeed, and which does not attempt to blunt American negotiations with Iran by swiping a pivotal arrow -- the credible threat of military force -- from the diplomatic quiver. Asking Congress to abandon their current course of capitulation and show a measure of political courage is, alas, asking too much.

Can a Good Muslim be a Good American
Can a good Muslim be a good American?
I forwarded that question to a friend that worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.
The following is his forwarded reply:
Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon God of Arabia.
Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)
Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).
Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34).
Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually - no. Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.
Therefore after much study and deliberation....perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you wish....it's still the truth.
If you find yourself intellectually in agreement with the above statements, perhaps you will share this with your friends. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future.
Pass it on Fellow Americans. The religious war is bigger than we know or understand.

Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila
WASHINGTON - Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila, the Mexican drug smuggler given
immunity to return to the United States and testify against two Border
Patrol agents, was involved in smuggling a second load of marijuana
into the United States after he was given court protection, records
have confirmed.
Newly released transcripts of the trial of Jose Compean and Ignacio
Ramos have corroborated WND reports that the Mexican illegal alien was
involved in the second drug case, this one involving a load of
marijuana brought into the U.S. in October 2005.
The incident followed his grant of immunity by U.S. Attorney Johnny
Sutton in return for truthful testimony against Ramos and Compean. The
former agents are serving 11 and 12 year prison terms for their
actions in a Feb. 17, 2005, incident in which they shot Aldrete-Davila
as he was fleeing across the border into Mexico.
Activist organizations have made repeated calls for President Bush to
pardon the former agents, who, they say, are being punished for doing
their duty.
As WND also has reported Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., has sponsored a
resolution calling for a congressional pardon for Ramos and Compean,
and his office confirmed the resolution already has 82 co-sponsors.
The transcripts obtained by WND include a discussion between the
agents' defense attorney, Mary Stillinger, prosecutor Debra Kanof, and
Judge Kathleen Cardone, outside of the presence of the jury.
"For instance, let's just start with - not the October load, let's
start with this load," Stillinger states matter-of-factly in the
discussion.
Stillinger charged Aldrete-Davila lied when he described himself under
oath as a drug amateur who only agreed to drive the drugs to a U.S.
stash house because of his indigent state.
"But he (Aldrete-Davila) told them (the jury) the story about he's a
little mule, and he needed money for his mother's doctor bills, and he
needed money to renew his commercial driver's license. He doesn't know
who hired him. He doesn't know where the stash house."
Stillinger then argued Aldrete-Davila's second offense revealed him as
an experienced drug smuggler:
"In light of the fact that he (Aldrete-Davila) did it again in
October, and he personally took the load to the stash house, I think
they (prosecution) know that that's a lie."
Stillinger argued Aldrete-Davila's statement compromised his grant of
immunity, which the prosecution had predicated upon Aldrete-Davila
telling the truth. Stillinger continued, mocking statements Aldrete-
Davila made about himself under oath which Stillinger claimed were
lies, given the second drug offense:
"It goes to the scope of his immunity. One is, he was dishonest back
then when he said I'm just a poor little mule. Some guy named Chavo,
but I have no idea who he is, hired me. I don't know where the stash
house is. Someone was going to meet me and tell me all those things.
Those were lies he told back in March."
The transcript shows that during the trial conference with the
prosecution and defense lawyers, the judge talked about Aldrete-
Davila's second offense in an equally matter-of-fact way.
The transcript shows Cardone commenting as follows:
"In other words, all the investigation they've (government) done to
investigate this case leads up to him (Aldrete-Davila) coming into the
country, and then in October committing this second involvement. Okay?
But there's no lying, if that's what we're characterizing it as, until
the October incident."
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., told WND the trial transcript now
makes clear "the prime witness against these two Border Patrol agents
was involved in another major load of drugs and the prosecution made a
conscious decision to keep these facts from the jury."
At the trial, Cardone ruled Aldrete-Davila was not on trial. She ruled
that no reference about the October 2005 drug offense was to be made
to the jury, and she sealed all records concerning that offense,
despite vigorous defense objections that this information not only
violated Aldrete-Davila's immunity grant but also went to the heart of
the defense argument that the smuggler's testimony was not credible.
Rohrabacher expressed continued outrage that Sutton had decided to
grant immunity to an admitted drug dealer so he could prosecute two
Border Patrol agents who were trying to apprehend him.
"Once Aldrete-Davila was caught a second time," Rohrabacher told
WND, "it unmasks the indefensible nature of the prosecutor's decision
to go after the Border Patrol agents. If the jury is not allowed to
know about Aldrete-Davila's second offense, then Ramos and Compean did
not get a fair trial."
The revelation also "raises questions whether what we're talking about
here is two honest Border Patrol agents who stumbled across a drug
cartel operation and are being punished for coming up against the
power of the cartel," Rohrabacher said. "The second drug incident
makes clear that Aldrete-Davila's profession is drug smuggling."
Rohrabacher was harshly critical of both Sutton and President Bush.
"What Ramos and Compean got was a screw job from day one by the U.S.
attorney's office in order to send a message to all Border Patrol
agents," Rohrabacher told WND. "The message from Sutton was that the
president of the United States makes policy on the border, so don't
get in the way. If you haven't gotten the message yet, this is an open
border."
He said Sutton was running a "public relations campaign" and charged
that his purpose has been to "poison the well of public opinion,
calling Ramos and Compean corrupt, when there never were any
corruption charges, then suggesting they shot an unarmed man in the
back, when we only have (the) drug dealer's word he was unarmed and
the medical evidence is that he was not shot in the back."
"In the Ramos-Compean case we have lie after lie after lie coming out
of Sutton's office," the congressman told WND. "And now we've got a
public relations campaign to protect Sutton because he is a protégé of
the president and the president doesn't want to see his career
destroyed."
Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, was equally critical of the prosecution.
"It would now appear that Aldrete-Davila was not some innocent, poor
migrant mule bringing narcotics into the United States so he could buy
medicine for his sick mother," he said.
"From a reading of the trial transcript, it would now appear that
there is at least one more case of bringing drugs into the United
States illegally involving Aldrete-Davila," said Poe.
The Texas congressman also insists the information should have reached
the jury.
"If the jury would have heard about this second instance, it certainly
would have affected the drug smuggler's credibility," he said. "The
drug smuggler was the prosecution's case. This star witness, Aldrete-
Davila, had a lot of baggage, no pun intended."
WND previously reported the prosecution provided Aldrete-Davila with a
multiple-use border pass signed by Homeland Security Special Agent
Christopher Sanchez, along with his badge number.
WND also had specifically asked Sutton a broadly framed question,
whether "there was any second incident of any kind involving Aldrete-
Davila." He responded by denying the prosecution's star witness was
involved in any second drug incident, but the trial transcript now
available appears to directly contradict Sutton's denial.

"From a reading of the trial transcript, it would now appear that

would have affected the drug smuggler's credibility," he said. "The

Jihad Of One ?
By Robert Spencer

When Sulejmen Talovic entered the Trolley Square mall in Salt Lake City Monday night with a shotgun, a pistol, and a backpack full of ammunition, he intended to "kill a large number of people," according to Salt Lake City Police Chief Chris Burbank. Talovic killed five people and wounded four before he himself was killed by an off-duty Ogden police officer who happened to be in the mall.
Why did Talovic do it? No one knows. Talovic's aunt, Ajka Omerovic, told reporters : "We want to know what happened, just like you guys. We have no idea...We know him as a good boy. He liked everybody, so I don't know what happened." Talovic, who was eighteen at the time of the murders, was a Bosnian Muslim who came to the United States with his family in 1998 . Could he have been motivated by jihadist sympathies?
FBI special agent Patrick Kiernan discounted that possibility . "We're working closely with the Salt Lake P.D. and we're obviously aware that that [terrorism] is a potential issue out there," he explained. "But at this point there is nothing that is leading us down this road." And with Talovic dead and apparently having acted alone, unless something he wrote explaining his actions is discovered, it is unlikely that his motive will ever be definitively known.
But was Kiernan really correct that "there is nothing that is leading us down this road"? Unfortunately, he didn't explain how he came to this conclusion. Talovic joins an unfortunately growing list of Muslims who have committed random acts of violence, only for officials to assure us that their actions have nothing to do with terrorism. Maybe none of them do, but the list is full of troubling details:
On January 31, Ismail Yassin Mohamed, 22, stole a car in Minneapolis. He went on a rampage , ramming the stolen car into other cars and then stealing a van and continuing to ram other cars, injuring one person. His father told officials that Mohamed was suffering from mental problems; his mother added he had been depressed and hadn't been taking his medication. During his rampage, Mohamed repeatedly yelled, "Die, die, die, kill, kill, kill," and when asked why he did all this, he replied, "Allah made me do it."
Omeed Aziz Popal, a Muslim from Afghanistan, who killed one person and injured fourteen during a murderous drive through San Francisco city streets in August 2006, during which he targeted people on crosswalks and sidewalks, identified himself as a terrorist after his rampage, according to Rob Roth of San Francisco's KTVU . Later the murders were ascribed to Popal's mental problems, and to stress arising from his impending arranged marriage .
On July 28, 2006, a Muslim named Naveed Afzal Haq forced his way into the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. Once inside, Haq announced , "I'm a Muslim American; I'm angry at Israel," and then began shooting, killing one woman and injuring five more. FBI assistant special agent David Gomez stated : "We believe...it's a lone individual acting out his antagonism. There's nothing to indicate that it's terrorism-related. But we're monitoring the entire situation."
In March 2006, a twenty-two-year-old Iranian student named Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar drove an SUV onto the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, deliberately trying to kill people and succeeding in injuring nine. After the incident, he seemed singularly pleased with himself, smiling and waving to crowds after a court appearance on Monday, at which he explained that he was "thankful for the opportunity to spread the will of Allah." Officials here again dismissed the possibility of terrorism, even after Taheri-azar wrote a series of letters to the UNC campus newspaper detailing the Qur'anic justification for warfare against unbelievers, and explaining why he believed his attacks were justified from an Islamic perspective.
None of these were terrorist attacks in the sense that they were planned and executed by al-Qaeda agents. And it is possible that all of them were products of nothing more ideologically significant than a disturbed mental state, although it is at least noteworthy that each attacker explained his actions in terms of Islamic terrorism. As such attacks grow in number, it would behoove authorities at very least to consider the possibility that these attacks were inspired by the jihadist ideology of Islamic supremacism, and to step up pressure on American Muslim advocacy groups to renounce that ideology definitively and begin extensive programs to teach against it in American Islamic schools and mosques.
In October 2006, a pro-jihad internet site published a "Guide for Individual Jihad," explaining to jihadists "how to fight alone." It recommended, among other things, assassination with guns and running people over. Is it possible that Sulejmen Talovic and some of these others were waging this jihad of one? It is indeed, but with law enforcement officials trained only to look for signs of membership in al-Qaeda or other jihad groups, and to discount terrorism as a factor if those signs aren't there, it is a possibility that investigators will continue to overlook.

California School Teacher ...
From a California school teacher - - -"As you listen to the news
about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some
things that you should be aware of:
I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a
large southern California high school which is designated a Title 1
school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and
income levels.
Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell
Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting,
are also Title 1 schools.
One hundred percent of the students in this school and other Title 1
schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say
free breakfast, I'm not talking a glass of milk and roll -- but a
full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would
make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with
trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (OUR TAX
DOLLARS AT WORK).
I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at
least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones.
The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage
girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the
inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family
watch their kids. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK).
I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing
funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for
anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new
computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month
later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students
who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in
America. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK).
I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute
teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students
here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with
the female teachers, calling them "Putas" (whores), and throwing
things, that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical, free education, free food, day care etc., etc., etc...
Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country
but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To my liberal friends: I hope you're really proud of how our
congress has helped to sell-out this country with this pro-illegal
policy.
To my bleeding-heart liberal friends who want to point out how much
these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE
their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for
tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration
and see the TRUE costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs,
more crime, lower standards of education in our schools,
overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc... For me, I'll pay more for
tomatoes.
We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster
because we won't have the guts to enforce it.
Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily
leave and return?
There are many hardworking Hispanic/American citizens who
contribute to our country and many that I consider my true friends.
We should encourage and accept those Hispanics who have done it the
right and legal way.
It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third-world
culture that does not value education, that accepts children
getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses
to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and
worried about "politically correct" that we don't have the will to
do anything about it.

Some Facts about C.A.I.R.
http://www.anti-cair-net.org/
There are plenty of facts that show that the organizations that fund terrorism also fund CAIR. The Islamic Association of Palestine is an Islamic terrorist organization that raised funds in the US for terrorist attacks in Israel. Are you aware that CAIR's co-founder, Omar Ahmed, also co-founded the Islamic Association for Palestine? CAIR's executive director, Nihad Awad, has described himself as a "supporter of the Hamas movement. You did know that lower-level CAIR officials have been arrested and indicted on terrorism-related charges in the United States?
Here are some more facts for you
The Saudi-based Islamic Development Bank, gave CAIR $250,000 in August 1999. The IDB also manages funds (Al-Quds, Al-Aqsa) which finance suicide bombings against Israeli civilians by providing funds to the families of Palestinian "martyrs."
The International Institute of Islamic Thought, an orgaization linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, gave CAIR's Washington office $14,000 in 2003, according to IIIT tax filings. David Kane, who investigated IIIT as part of Operation Green Quest's probe into some one hundred companies and organizations, described in a sworn affidavit the various ways in which it may have funded suspected terrorist-front organizations.
The International Relief Organization (also called the International Islamic Relief Organization, or IIRO), a Saudi-financed organization being investigated by the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance for terrorism financing donated at least $12,000 to CAIR.
Randall Royer, CAIR's communications specialist and civil rights coordinator, was indicted on charges of conspiring to help Al-Qaeda and the Taliban to battle American troops in Afghanistan. He later pled guilty to lesser firearms-related charges and was sentenced to twenty years in prison.
Ghassan Elashi, the founder of CAIR's Texas chapter, was convicted in July 2004 alongwith his four brothers of having illegally shipped computers from their Dallas-area business, InfoCom Corporation, to Libya and Syria, two designated state sponsors of terrorism. In April of 2005, Elashi and two brothers were also convicted of knowingly doing business with Mousa Abu Marzook, a senior Hamas leader and Specially Designated Terrorist. He continues to face charges that he provided more than $12.4 million to Hamas while he was running the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), America's largest Islamic charity.
Bassem Khafagi, CAIR's community relations director, pleaded guilty in September 2003 to lying on his visa application and for passing bad checks for substantial amounts in early 2001, for which he was deported. Khafagi was also a founding member and president of the Islamic Assembly of North America (IANA), an organization under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for terrorism-related activities.
Rabih Haddad, a CAIR fundraiser, was arrested on errorism-related charges and deported from the United States due to his subsequent work as executive director of the Global Relief Foundation, a charity he co-founded; in October 2002, GRF was designated by the U.S. Treasury Department for financing Al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations. According to a CAIR complaint, Homam Albaroudi, a member of CAIR's Michigan chapter and also a founding member and executive director of the IANA also founded the Free Rabih Haddad Committee.
Siraj Wahhaj, a CAIR advisory board member, was named in 1995 by U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White as a possible unindicted co-conspirator in connection with the plot to blow up New York City landmarks led by the blind sheikh, Omar Abdul Rahman.
Ihsan Bagby, a future CAIR board member, stated in the late 1980s that Muslims "can never be full citizens of this country," referring to the United States, "because there is no way we can be fully committed to the institutions and ideologies of this country."
IbrahimHooper, the future CAIR spokesman, told the Minneapolis Star Tribune on April 4, 1993: "I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future."
Omar Ahmad, CAIR's chairman, announced in July 1998 that "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran . . . should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth."
There are plenty of facts that show that the organizations that fund terrorism also fund CAIR.

Get Rid of Sheik Gilani Lane ...
Sheikh Mubarak Gilani Forms
Terrorist Compounds Inside United States
Get Rid of "Sheikh Gilani Lane" Now!

In one of the most callous displays of indecency toward the victims of 9/11, Charlotte County, Virginia has a road sign named after an international terrorist, called “Sheikh Gilani Lane.”
Charlotte County is a rural farming community in Central Virginia near the North Carolina border. It is peppered with hills, trees and farmland and populated by some of the most patriotic citizens in the country.
Furthermore, Charlotte County can proudly say that it is the home of one of America’s most beloved founding fathers, Patrick Henry, who is best remembered for his “Give me liberty or give me death” speech.
Now, regrettably, Charlotte County is also known for being the only community in the United States that has a road sign named after an international terrorist.
Sheikh Mubarak Gilani is not a household name. But he is well known by the media, law enforcement officials and counterterrorism experts. His terrorist organization, called Jamaat al-Fuqra (Community of the Poor) has been linked to 17 fire bombings and 10 assassinations in the United States alone.
Most famously, Sheikh Gilani rose to national attention in January 2002, when Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and then beheaded while attempting to arrange an interview with the Pakistani cleric.
Daniel Pearl was following up on a lead that Richard Reid, the so-called “shoe bomber” who attempted to blow up American Airlines Flight 63, was an al-Fuqra operative who was trained by Sheikh Gilani.
Sheikh Gilani dismissed Daniel Pearl’s claims and countered Pearl was really a US intelligence operative who wanted to find him and then have him assassinated. “Obviously, Daniel Pearl was to target me and then an assassination team would be sent to kill me,” Sheikh Gilani stated his “Pillar of Lies” autobiography.
Sheikh Gilani formed his al-Fuqra terror network in the early 80s after a visit to Brooklyn, New York. The goal of his organization, according to the US State Department, was to “purify Islam through violence.”
Almost immediately upon his arrival, the Sheikh began recruiting African-American Muslims into his terrorist network. Some were recruited off the streets, some out of mosques, while others were recruited from American prisons. Most disturbingly, however, Sheikh Gilani recruited some of his followers out the United States military.
In a recruitment video, Sheikh Gilani made clear his goals:
“We have reached out and prepared [recruits] to defend themselves in a highly specialized training of guerrilla warfare...We are at present establishing training camps.”
The enemy included America.
“We are not fighting so that the enemy recognizes us and offers something. We are fighting to destroy the enemy. We are dealing with evil at its roots and its roots are America.”
Sheikh Gilani even wrote poems to help inspire his troops to violent Jihad. One poem was called, “We dhikr [pray] to the beat of a submachine gun.” Another poem exhorted: “Come join my troops and army / says our Sheikh Gilani / Prepare to sacrifice your head / A true believer is never dead / Say ‘Victory is in the air’ / The kafir’s [infidel’s] blood will not be spared.”
With recruits in hand, Sheikh Gilani established two terror organizations in the United States. One was called, “Muslims of America.” The other, “International Open Quranic University.”
Through these two groups, Sheikh Gilani began purchasing property in mostly rural, wooded and mountainous communities in America. According to a study funded by the Department of Justice, al-Fuqra has nearly two-dozen terrorist compounds inside the United States.
Sheikh Gilani, himself, claims to have between 10,000 and 15,000 followers in America with a presence in 22 states.
One of those compounds was called Trout Creek Pass and was located near Buena Vista, Colorado. In 1989, Colorado police raided a storage locker rented by the disciples of Sheikh Gilani’s. What they found was shocking.
Here is a partial list of the items:
Ten handguns and silencers
40 pounds of explosives
Target-practice silhouettes pierced with bullet holes
3 large pipe bombs, fused and ready to explode
A manual on “Guerilla Warfare”
AK 47s
6,000 rounds of ammo
Bomb-making instructions
Blank birth certificates and Social Security cards
Perhaps most alarming, Colorado law enforcement officials also found “Targeting Packets,” which were described as assassination papers on selected individuals. One of those targeted individuals was a rival Muslim cleric in Tucson, Arizona, named Rashad Khalifa.
Days after discovering the four-page plan to murder the cleric, Khalifa was lying in a pool of blood, dead after being stabbed 17 times. The assassination was a “carbon copy” of the handwritten plan found in the Colorado storage locker.
Two individuals would later be convicted in his murder, James D. Williams and Nicholas Edward Flinton.
Both were arrested years after the crime, in 1996. Williams was arrested in Lynchburg, Va. Flinton was arrested in South Carolina after hiding out for five years in a al-Fuqra camp in Meherrin, VA. The Meherrin terrorist compound sits just 35 miles from the al-Fuqra camp in Red House, VA.
Al-Fuqra members recruited by Sheikh Gilani are trained in the nearly two-dozen terrorist compounds in America. Those who are selected to live on the compounds agree to “abide by the law and discipline of Jamaat al-Fuqra.”
Recruits also agree to sign an oath stating: “I shall always hear and obey, and whenever given the command, I shall readily fight for Allah’s sake.”
The most loyal and faithful followers are then sent to Pakistan to more extensive training in guerilla warfare.
At a 2001 bond hearing for a Red House convict named Vicente Rafael Pierre, ATF Special Agent Thomas Gallagher told the court: “Individuals from the organization are trained in Hancock, N.Y., and if they pass the training in Hancock they are then sent to Pakistan for training in paramilitary and survivalist training by Mr. Gilani...We have information from an informant that one individual from Red House did further his training by going to Afghanistan.”
In a 2006 “Threat Assessment” report conducted by Canadian officials, the scope of recruitment by Sheikh Gilani is chilling:
“The Fuqra believe criminally oriented converts are ideal recruits as they are susceptible to rejecting Western values and adopting militant interpretations of Islam. With this philosophy in mind, the Fuqra targets Afro-American converts with criminal backgrounds for recruitment.”
The current danger of Sheikh Gilani and his al-Fuqra camps have not gone unnoticed by American law enforcement officials either.
In a 2005 Department of Homeland Security report called the “Integrated Planning Guidance Report,” Homeland Security warned, “Other predicted possible sponsors of attacks include Jamaat al-Fuqra, a Pakistani-based group that has been linked to Muslims of America.”
In Charlotte County a Red House terrorist camp boldly boasts in a large, green entrance sign that it is a part of “Muslims of America.” The very same organization the Department of Homeland Security has “predicted” will sponsor a terrorist attack upon America.
Near that audacious sign sits another sign...a road sign named “Sheikh Gilani Lane”...a known international terrorist...a road sign that can be found on the maps of Charlotte County and even on a vehicle’s GPS system.
This is not only an embarrassment to the citizens of Charlotte County it is a disgrace to the entire country and an insult to the victims of 9/11 and those fighting overseas in the war against terrorism.
Patrick Henry said, “Give me Liberty or Give me Death.” The motto of Sheikh Gilani and his terror compounds is only, “Give me Death.”
This road sign must be removed. Get involved. Here are the addresses and phone numbers to the Charlotte County Board of Supervisors, the only political authorities who currently have the power to take this disgraceful sign down.
Write them. Call them. Email them.

It's This Simple
The President and the Democratic members of Congress, by not actively protecting (or even pretending to protect) our borders, are aiding and abetting criminal activity all over our country.
It has been reported today that 40% of all gangs are illegal aliens, and that 50% of gangs in Los Angeles are illegal aliens. The LA Police Department is overwhelmed.
As you can see, it has grown beyond government control, so individuals must do whatever they can to stop the insanity. We the people can do this.
Already, groups have been formed, by acting legally and ethically they are slowing the growth, but not stopping it.
If you care about your community, your neighborhood, please seek out ways to assist in the effort by searching the internet for groups in your area.
Thank You !

Grandmas Jailed
When grandmas go to jail for witnessing

Arrested for sharing the Gospel? An expected outcome in North Korea, China or any Muslim country on the globe. But in Pennsylvania? Yep. Arlene Elshinnawy, a 75-year-old grandmother of three, and Lynda Beckman, a 70-year-old grandmother of 10 (along with nine others), were arrested for sharing their faith on the public sidewalk in Philadelphia, Pa., USA. They faced 47 years (the rest of their lives) in jail for spreading the Gospel because of a Pennsylvania "hate crimes" law that is nearly identical to H.R. 254 – the "hate crimes" bill reintroduced in Congress and said to be on the "fast track" in the House Judiciary Committee. This is the same bill that previously passed both the House and Senate and was killed only because of Republican leadership opposition in conference – something we no longer have.
Don't believe hate crimes will silence your freedom of speech and freedom of religion? Think again.
Pastors in Pennsylvania are now seeking liability insurance to protect themselves from being prosecuted under the "hate speech" law. That's right. They are reacting to Pennsylvania's addition of "sexual orientation" to the state's hate crimes laws. Of particular concern was the expansion of the definition of "harassment" to include "harassment by communication" – which means one could be convicted based upon spoken words alone.
Their fear is a rational one. Hate crimes invariably lead to fines and jail time for those who "violate" them. Just ask Sweden's Pastor Ake Green. Green faced jail time for the content of his sermon. He read from Romans Chapter 1 – something that is no longer legal in Sweden.
The "hate crimes" – or more appropriately, "thought crimes" – bill is the single most dangerous bill in America. Along with its companion, the "Employment Non-Discrimination Act," or ENDA – "Thought Crimes for your Business"– is expected to pass this session of Congress. Bow to the homosexual agenda – endorse, embrace, subsidize and celebrate it – or go out of business. That's what it did to the largest and most respected adoption agency in Boston, Catholic Charities, who, by refusing to place vulnerable orphans in homosexual homes, was forced to close its doors. England's about to get a dose of the same.
But you don't speak out about homosexuality, you say? Think you're safe? Think again. Here are just a few examples I've highlighted my book, "The Criminalization of Christianity," where you'll find a whole lot more.
Protest Islam? That's a hate crime!
Maybe it had something to do with Sept. 11. Maybe it had something to do with the beheadings. Maybe it had something to do with what is written in the Quran. But Canadian Pastor Mark Harding doesn't believe the Muslim religion is one of peace. So when his local high school started handing out copies of the Quran and announced a policy of setting aside a room for Muslim students to pray during school hours, Pastor Harding protested. Didn't think it was a good idea – especially since Christian, Jewish and Buddhist kids weren't afforded the same opportunity.
After losing an appeal to Canada's Supreme Court Oct. 17, 2002, Harding was said to have "willfully promoted hatred" in violation of Canadian law that had just passed six months earlier. He was then forced to undergo two years probation and 340 hours of "community service" at the Islamic Society of North America in Mississauga, Ontario.
So, for the "crime" of handing out leaflets protesting a high school's pro-Muslim policy, Pastor Harding was ordered to do community service to further the very religion he morally opposed.
Harding, an evangelical Protestant, says his evangelism is motivated by love for the Muslim people (rather than hate). In fact, in a phone call used as "evidence" against him in the trial, Harding verbalizes that he loves them. He says he wants them to go to heaven. Yet he received more than 3,000 hate-filled calls – many of them death threats. Some motioned by running their finger across their neck from ear to ear. Upon entering court for his trial, he required police protection from a large crowd of Muslims who were chanting, "Infidels, you will burn in hell." Of course, that speech is loving.
Harding said, "I had a call from someone who said they were from (Louis) Farrakhan's (Nation of Islam) group, and they were going to break my legs." Adding, "Another caller said he would rip out my testicles." Can't you just feel the love?
But instead of just "stuffing envelopes" to promote the Muslim faith, his punishment included Islam indoctrination under the direction of Mohammad Ashraf, the general secretary of the Islam center. Under penalty of going to jail, Harding was forced to undergo Islamic "re-education," which included reading a book called "Towards Understanding Islam," by Sayyid Abul A'la Maududi, which provided a description of one who does not follow Islam, referred to as an infidel or a "kafir":
"Such a man ... will spread confusion and disorder on the earth," the book says. "He will, without the least compunction, shed blood, violate other men's rights, be cruel to them, and create disorder and destruction in the world. His perverted thoughts and ambitions, his blurred vision and disturbed scale of values, and his evil-spelling activities would make life bitter for him and for all around him."
"It was obvious that he intended to make sure I understood that I was a kafir," said Harding, who was forbidden from voicing any objections or saying anything negative about Islam or its prophet, Muhammad.
Harding, who had been prevented from speaking publicly about his case under a gag order, told WorldNetDaily: "He said he was my supervisor, and if I didn't follow what he said, he would send me back to jail."
Harding, 49, has suffered four heart attacks since 1997 and is unable to work in his cabinet-making trade because of his poor health. Yet he must travel three-hours to the Islamic Society of North America to complete his sentence. His attorney has entered a plea based on humanitarian grounds, due to her client's poor health, to allow him to complete his sentence at an Islam Center closer to his home. Isn't that nice? Perhaps, if he's lucky, he can be indoctrinated closer to home.
And speaking of indoctrination, thanks to the city council in Hamtramck, that shrill siren from Muslim mosques is now blasted five times a day just outside of Detroit. Whether your child is sleeping or you're on an important call, for about 15 minutes every day it's going to sound like a tornado drill outside your suburban Detroit home or business beginning at 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. so the Muslims will know when to pray. But if you were to ring church bells – which typically play music for two minutes once a week – in a Muslim country, you could be shot.
California 'hate crimes' law – pro-lifers automatic suspects
"Hate crimes" bill, SB 1234, was signed into law by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger Sept. 22, 2004. SB 1234 creates a new hate-crime training requirement for law enforcement called "multimission criminal extremism." In addition to those categories already considered for special punishment under the term "hate crimes," the new multimission criminal extremism training adds "anti-reproductive-rights crimes."
That means if you are pro-life, you are an automatic suspect, and law enforcement is being specially trained on how to handle you. I wonder what that special "multimission criminal extremism" trains officers to look for. "Anti-reproductive-rights" T-shirts? Those who've passed "anti-reproductive rights" laws? Those who've debated the "anti-reproductive-rights" position? If I lived in California, I have a feeling my picture would be found at the local post office. If you think killing children is wrong, they're training people against you, too.
This law also expands "crimes" to include "speech" interpreted as "threats, intimidation and coercion." As long as a "victim" claims the speech makes them "feel" "intimidated," violators will be liable to penalties of $10,000-$25,000 and a year in jail.
"[And] any person who says they are 'fearful' because someone has said homosexuality is wrong could have the speaker arrested and jailed," according to James Hartline, California pro-family activist.
This will be used to criminalize expressions of biblical truth about homosexuality as "hate speech" and could very well target not just organizations who disagree with homosexuality, but Christian bookstores that carry books like "The Criminalization of Christianity" or another book already ruled to contain "intimidating" beliefs: the Bible.
I agree with James Hartline who was quoted saying: "This is the worst bill ever put before the California Legislature – and that's saying a lot."
And now it's about to go federal: the "hate crimes" bill in Congress will pave the way for the very same thing. If you are for "hate crimes" legislation, you are also for the persecution of Christians. It's a package deal. There is no longer any doubt; that's exactly where it leads. Just ask Arlene Elshinnawy and Lynda Beckman.
If we are to stop this freight train aimed at our freedom from passing in Congress, we must work together and speak in a unified voice. Faith2Action and the Christian Interactive Network have reserved the website: www.StopHateCrimesNow.com that features Arlene and Lynda's stories in two 30-second television ads that you can help air. One hundred percent of donations will go toward airtime. With your help, we will place these commercials on cable news like Fox, CNN and MSNBC and earn additional media elsewhere. And if your organization is willing to link to www.StopHateCrimesNow.com , you will keep all your names and all new names generated. But most importantly, by sounding the alarm together, we have a chance of stopping it.
If the "hate crimes" bill or ENDA is passed by Congress, we are ready for Phase 2: sending veto pens to the president with individualized messages urging a veto.
One thing's for sure, if you value your freedom, you need to use it now. Yes, you have the right to remain silent, but if you use it very much longer, those are precisely the words you, your pastor, business owner or grandmother will hear before seeing the inside of a prison cell.

US Court Awards Terror Victim $16M
US court awards terror victim $16m.
Associated Press, THE JERUSALEM POST Feb. 8, 2007
A federal jury awarded $16 million to a Jewish man who claimed that
Palestinian groups backed a terrorist attack in Israel in which he was
wounded, but he could get triple that amount under a law allowing US
citizens to sue organizations involved in overseas terrorism.
Moshe Saperstein was attacked in February 2002 by gunmen who sprayed
his car with AK-47 rounds, wounding him in the hand, according to
court documents. Saperstein, who has dual US and Israeli citizenship,
claimed that the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation
Organization were complicit in the attack.
Another Israeli traveling in a separate car died in the attack, as did
two IDF soldiers who responded to the gunfire. One gunman was killed
and two were apprehended, with the attack ultimately blamed on the
Aksa Martyrs Brigade.
The Palestinian groups were accused of organizing, facilitating and
sponsoring attacks against Jewish civilians in Israel and parts of the
West Bank.
After the Palestinian defendants defaulted by not defending
themselves, a federal jury heard evidence this week and returned the
$16 million verdict. But under the overseas terrorism law, that amount
will likely be tripled to $48 million.
"Justice is served," said Saperstein's wife, Rachel Saperstein. "Now,
the fight begins."
The Sapersteins' attorney, Robert Josefsberg, said he would work to
identify potential Palestinian assets in the United States, Israel and
elsewhere to satisfy the judgment.
Lawyers for the Palestinian groups did contest the lawsuit on
procedural grounds - including a claim that the Palestinian Authority
and PLO were immune as a sovereign state - but withdrew after losing
those rounds.
Attempts to reach the lawyers, former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark
and Lawrence W. Schilling, were not successful.
About 10 similar lawsuits are pending in the United States, said Nabil
Abuznaid, a PLO spokesman in Washington.

Sargeant in Afghanistan
Sergeant in Afghanistan - Stop the BS and "Let's Get It Done"
Posted By Blackfive
"It is proper to demand more from the man with exceptional advantages than from the man without them. A heavy moral obligation rests upon the man of means and upon the man of education to do their full duty by their country. On no class does this obligation rest more heavily than upon the men with a collegiate education, the men who are graduates of our universities. Their education gives them no right to feel the least superiority over any of their fellow-citizens..." - Theodore Roosevelt
I've got permission to go hot with this. This is typical of what I've been hearing.
It's a manifesto of sorts from a Staff Sergeant in the fight in Afghanistan. He had an experience recently while on mid-tour leave to see his wife and baby boy that was the last straw:
Things that I am tired of in this war:
I am tired of Democrats saying they are patriotic and then insulting my commander in chief and the way he goes about his job.
I am tired of Democrats who tell me they support me, the soldier on the ground, and then tell me the best plan to win this war is with a “phased redeployment” (liberal-speak for retreat) out of the combat zone to someplace like Okinawa.
I am tired of the Democrats whining for months on T.V., in the New York Times, and in the House and Senate that we need more troops to win the war in Iraq, and then when my Commander in Chief plans to do just that, they say that is the wrong plan, it won’t work, and we need a “new direction.”
I am tired of every Battalion Sergeant Major and Command Sergeant Major I see over here being more concerned about whether or not I am wearing my uniform in the “spot on,” most garrison-like manner; instead of asking me whether or not I am getting the equipment I need to win the fight, the support I need from my chain of command, or if the chow tastes good.
I am tired of junior and senior officers continually doubting the technical expertise of junior enlisted soldiers who are trained far better to do the jobs they are trained for than these officers believe.
I am tired of senior officers and commanders who fight this war with more of an eye on the media than on the enemy, who desperately needs killing.
I am tired of the decisions of Sergeants and Privates made in the heat of battle being scrutinized by lawyers who were not there and will never really know the state of mind of the young soldiers who were there and what is asked of them in order to survive.
I am tired of CNN claiming that they are showing “news,” with videotape sent to them by terrorists, of my comrades being shot at by snipers, but refusing to show what happens when we build a school, pave a road, hand out food and water to children, or open a water treatment plant.
I am tired of following the enemy with drones that have cameras, and then dropping bombs that sometimes kill civilians; because we could do a better job of killing the right people by sending a man with a high powered rifle instead.
I am tired of the thousands of people in the rear who claim that they are working hard to support me when I see them with their mochas and their PX Bags walking down the street, in the middle of the day, nowhere near their workspaces.
I am tired of Code Pink, Daily Kos, Al-Jazzera, CNN, Reuters, the Associated Press, ABC, NBC, CBS, the ACLU, and CAIR thinking that they somehow get to have a vote in how we blast, shoot and kill these animals who would seek to subdue us and destroy us.
I am tired of people like Meredith Vieria from NBC asking oxygen thieves like Senator Chuck Hagel questions like “Senator, at this point, do you think we are fighting and dying for nothing?” Meredith might not get it, but soldiers do know the difference between fighting and dying for something and fighting and dying for nothing.
I am tired of hearing multiple stories from both combat theaters about snipers begging to do their jobs while commanders worry about how the media might portray the possible casualties and what might happen to their career.
I am tired of hearing that the Battalion Tactical Operations Center got a new plasma screen monitor for daily briefings, but rifle scope rings for sniper rifles, extra magazines, and necessary field gear were disapproved by the unit supply system.
I am tired of out of touch general officers, senators, congressmen and defense officials who think that giving me some more heavy body armor to wear is helping me stay alive. Speed is life in combat and wearing 55 to 90 pounds of gear for 12 to 20 hours a day puts me at a great tactical disadvantage to the idiot, mindless terrorist who is wearing no armor at all and carrying an AK-47 and a pistol.
I am tired of soldiers who are stationed in places like Kuwait and who are well away from any actual combat getting Hostile Fire/Imminent Danger Pay and the Combat Zone Tax Exclusion when they live on a base that has a McDonald’s, a Pizza Hut, a Subway, a Baskin Robbins, an internet café, 2 coffee shops and street lights.
I am tired of senior officers and commanders who take it out and "measure" every time they want to have a piece of the action with their helicopters or their artillery; instead of putting their egos aside and using their equipment to support the grunt on the ground.
I am tired of senior officers and commanders who are too afraid for their careers to tell the truth about what they need to win this war to their bosses so that the soldiers can get on with kicking the ass of these animals.
I am tired of Rules of Engagement being made by JAG lawyers and not Combat Commanders. We are not playing Hopscotch over here. There is no 2nd place trophy either. I think that if the enemy knew some rough treatment and some deprivation was at hand for them, instead of prayer rugs, special diets and free Korans; this might help get their terrorist minds “right.”
I am tired of seeing Active Duty Army and Marine units being extended past their original redeployment dates, when there are National Guard Units that have yet to deploy to a combat zone in the last 40 years.
I am tired of hearing soldiers who are stationed in safe places talk about how hard their life is.
I am tired of seeing Infantry Soldiers conducting what amounts to “SWAT” raids and performing the US Army’s version of “CSI Iraq” and doing things like filling out forms for evidence when they could be better used to hunt and kill the enemy.
I am tired of senior officers and commanders who look first in their planning for how many casualties we might take, instead of how many enemy casualties we might inflict.
I am tired of begging to be turned loose so that this war can be over.
Those of us who fight this war want to win it and go home to their families. Prolonging it with attempts to do things like collect “evidence” or present whiz bang briefings on a new plasma screen TV is wasteful and ultimately, dulls the edge of our Infantry soldiers who are trained to kill people and break things, not necessarily in that order.
We are not in Iraq and Afghanistan to build nations. We are there to kill our enemies. We make the work of the State Department easier by the results we achieve.
It is only possible to defeat an enemy who kills indiscriminately by utterly destroying him. He cannot be made to yield or surrender. He will fight to the death by the hundreds to kill only one or two of us.
And so far, all of our “games” have been “away games,” and I don’t know about the ignorant, Democrats and the completely insane radical leftists and their thoughts on the matter, but I would like to keep our road game schedule.
So let’s get it done. Until the fight is won and there is no more fight left.

Hooah! Let's Hear it for Rambo !
Hooah! Let's hear it for Rambo!
Thanks to Cliff Parrot for forwarding the following E-Mail from US Army
Captain John Hunt who is in Afghanistan
Hi everyone.
I'm still alive but freezing my tail off. We got 8 inches of snow last
week
and it reached 5 degrees below zero that night. That's not why I'm
e-mailing though.
You may have heard about a suicide car bomb attack in Kabul last
Thursday.
It was at one of our FOB's (Forward Observation Bases) about 27 miles
from
here.
But the real story is why no one was killed.
We employ several thousand Afghans on our various bases. Not to mention
the
economy that is fed by the money these locals are making.
Some are laborers and builders, but some are skilled workers. We even
have
one Afghan that just became OSHA qualified, the first ever. Some are
skilled HVAC workers .
Anyway, there is this one Afghan that we call Rambo.
We have actually given him a couple of sets of the new ACU uniforms (the
new
Army digital camouflage) with the name tag RAMBO on it.
His entire family was killed by the Taliban and his home was where our
base
currently resides. So this guy really had nowhere else to go.
He has reached such a level of trust with US Forces that his job is to
stand
at the front gate and basically be the first security screening.
Since he can't have a weapon, he found a big red pipe. So he stands
there
at the front gate in his US Army ACU uniform with his red pipe.
If a vehicle approaches the gate too fast or fails to stop he slams his
pipe
down on their hood.
Then once the gate is lifted the vehicle moves on the 2nd gate where the
US
Army MP's are. So he's like the first line of defense.
Last Thursday at 0930 hrs a Toyota Corolla packed with ex plosives and
some
Jack Ass that thinks he has 72 Virgins waiting for him approached the
gate.
When he saw Rambo he must have recognized him and known the gig was up.
But he needed to get to that 2nd gate to detonate and take American
lives.
So he slams his foot on the gas which almost causes the metal gate to go
up
but mostly catches on the now broken windshield.
Rambo fearlessly ran to the vehicle, reached thru the window and jerked
the
suicide bomber out of the vehicle before he could detonate and commenced
to
putting some red pipe to his heathen ass.
He detained the guy until the MP got there.
The vehicle only exploded when they tried to push it off base with a
robot
but know one was hurt.
I'm still waiting for someone to give this guy a medal or something.
Nothing less than instant US citizenship or something.
A hat was passed around and a lot of money was given to hi m in thanks by
both soldiers and civilians that are working over here.
I guess I just wanted to share this because I want people to know that
it's
working over here.
They have tasted freedom. This makes it worth it to me.
