U.S. Officials Voice Frustrations With Saudis’ Role in Iraq

WASHINGTON, July 26 — During a high-level meeting in Riyadh in January, Saudi officials confronted a top American envoy with documents that seemed to suggest that Iraq’s prime minister could not be trusted.
One purported to be an early alert from the prime minister, Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, to the radical Shiite cleric Moktada al-Sadr warning him to lie low during the coming American troop increase, which was aimed in part at Mr. Sadr’s militia. Another document purported to offer proof that Mr. Maliki was an agent of Iran.
The American envoy, Zalmay Khalilzad, immediately protested to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, contending that the documents were forged. But, said administration officials who provided an account of the exchange, the Saudis remained skeptical, adding to the deep rift between America’s most powerful Sunni Arab ally, Saudi Arabia, and its Shiite-run neighbor, Iraq.
Now, Bush administration officials are voicing increasing anger at what they say has been Saudi Arabia’s counterproductive role in the Iraq war. They say that beyond regarding Mr. Maliki as an Iranian agent, the Saudis have offered financial support to Sunni groups in Iraq. Of an estimated 60 to 80 foreign fighters who enter Iraq each month, American military and intelligence officials say that nearly half are coming from Saudi Arabia and that the Saudis have not done enough to stem the flow.
One senior administration official says he has seen evidence that Saudi Arabia is providing financial support to opponents of Mr. Maliki. He declined to say whether that support was going to Sunni insurgents because, he said, “That would get into disagreements over who is an insurgent and who is not.”
Indeed it would.

How To Frustrate and Defeat Kaffirs
How to Debate and Frustrate Infidels

Dear brothers and sisters in islam:
We live in kuffar country and daily we have to face the infidels who
criticize islam and our prophet, and who want to debate us. In an
Islamic country if some one did that all we have to do is to announce
loudly what he said and the rest is taken care of by an angry mob.
The critic is lynched in no time. End of the story. However here we
don't have that luxury as yet. Inshallah in forseeble future after we
grow by conversions of morons and criminals in prisons, legal and
illegal immigration and procreation we will, inshallah, become a
majority and will not have to face this problem on daily basis.
However, for the time being following is an approach all muslim
brothers and sisters can use when faced with such a pest. Jazakallah
Khair. Inshallah the vermin will steer clear of you in future.
1. A popular question is "why islam calls for death of Islamic
critics and apostates". Insist that their info is false. Quote
aya "to you your religion and to me my religion".
2. To answer "Islam spread with sword", say that it is a big lie
spread by the jews and hindus and that quran clearly says " there is
no compulsion in religion".
3. If some one quotes violent ayas from Koran, accuse him of quoting
ayas in bits and pieces and cherry picking .
4. If he then quotes full ayas and ayas before and after, than insist
that the translation is wrong.
5. If he brings ten different translations than say correct meanings
can be understood only by reading Quran in Arabic.
6. If he happens to be well versed in Arabic language than insist
that those ayas don't mean what they appear to mean as they have
allegorical meanings.
7. If he is adamant, than say you cannot understand those ayas and
it's context without reading hadith and sira.
8.. If he shows up with the hadiths and siras in hand and quotes the
context of the violent ayas by referring to hadiths of prophet's
rapes, robberies , assassinations and genocides then insist that "all
hadiths and siras are heresay and are false, and only truth is in
quran.
9. If he says Quran is a man made document and wants proof of it's
divinity then refer to the sciences in Quran and the book written by
Dr. Bucaile confirming the sciences in our holy book. You can also
quote that Mahatama Gandhi read Quran daily and also spoke highly of
it.
10. If he says that Bucaile was on Saudi payroll and that nor he nor
Gandhi ever changed their religions and that Bucaile was challenged
and proven wrong by many experts then challenge him to ask his
experts to debate islamists like Zakir Naik..
11. If the pests still hangs around then change the topic and find
faults in other religions and their books.
12. If he continues on then use personal attacks and insult him by
calling him a jewish a- hole , a Chinese pig or a hindu dog .
13. If that does not frustrate him, then ask him how much he is being
paid by jews to throw dirt on Al Islam.
14. If he still does not stop then run for his mother and sister and
use very filthy language.
15. If he is very stubborn and wants to continue, then curse him
like "Burn in hell, you will repent on last day, Allah will get you
in your grave" etc
16. When all of the above has failed, threaten him with bodily harm
and end the debate by drum beating and announcing that you won the
debate hands down because Koran is the word of allah.
17. If possible anounce about this debate in an islamist website and
that you had won it handily. Such announcements do wonders for the
iman of muslim website readers and for dawah operations in prisons to
convince low IQ prisoners of the truth of Al Islam.

How does Mexico Treat It’s Own Immigrants?

During his six years in office, Former President Vicente Fox begged for the United States to be lenient with illegal immigrants entering its country. Fox has consistently been a proponent of amnesty for Mexican immigrants living within the United States [1]. The reasoning behind his statements can be found in many of the common mantras: Mexicans merely want to escape from poverty; they want to build better lives; they help build the economy; they do the jobs Americans won’t do. Sadly, though, Mexico’s stance has nothing to do with “superior” moral values. It is merely politically expedient for Mexico to send its poorer workers across the border. Mexico’s “caring” attitude mysteriously disappears when one looks at its very own immigration policy.
Exactly how consistent is the Mexican government when it comes to its own border policy? Ironically, the Mexican government is facing many of the same problems that we do today. People flee Guatemala and travel into Mexico to build a better life for themselves [2]. Individuals in Guatemala are substantially poorer than people living in Mexico. The yearly average per capita GDP for individuals in Mexico is just over 10,000 dollars [3]. Guatemalans on average make only around $5,000 yearly [4]. This is about half the average wage in Mexico. Both of these numbers are adjusted for Purchasing Power Parity (PPP), which includes things like inflation and makes the two numbers comparable. Thus, a quick jot over the Mexican-Guatemalan border can reap a higher paying job.
Money isn’t merely the only reason to flee Guatemala. Gangs ruthlessly terrorize the locals in Guatemala City [5]. The Guatemalan government has been able to do little to stem the tide of violence [6]. Guatemala has some of the most violent gangs on the planet. According to Jeffery D. Corsetti, J.D,
“…in Guatemala alone, there are an estimated 434 gang cells, made up of at least 80,000 gang members. Guatemala suffers from one of the world’s highest levels of violent crime, with a homicide rate of around thirty-six per 100,000. Indeed, the gangs are like a cancer, spreading throughout rural and urban areas” [7].
Poverty and violence sound like pretty good reasons to get the heck out of Guatemala. In fact, these reasons sound incredibly similar to those given by illegal immigrants coming into the United States from Mexico.
Why on earth do Mexican plantation owners have to go to Guatemala to find labor? Mexican plantation owners claim that they have to hire Guatemalans because they do jobs that Mexicans won’t [8]. Also, Mexico is in need of workers because too many people are crossing over into the United States [9]. Basically, Mexico does not have enough workers to fill the void left by the massive emigration from Mexico. By continuing its push for an open border policy, Mexico will end up hurting itself in the long run.
How are illegal immigrants from Guatemala treated in Mexico? Guatemalan illegals are treated very poorly. Plantation owners pay at rates below the government’s official minimum wage [10]. Many plantation owners take advantage of helpless immigrants by practically enslaving them and deciding not to pay them at all [11]. The living conditions for these immigrants are incredibly bad [12]. While the Mexican government has made paltry efforts to help, the reforms do little to alleviate the crisis [13].
Still yet another amazing correlation, Mexican civilians view these Guatemalan immigrants as criminals [14]. While American citizens such as the minutemen try to stop illegal immigration by reporting incidents to the border patrol, Mexicans take a more gruesome approach. According to a New York Times article on Mexico’s southern border,
“Migrants are also routinely detained by machete-wielding farmers, who extort their money by threatening to turn them over to the police. So many female migrants have been raped or coerced into sex, the authorities said, that some begin taking birth control pills a few months before embarking on the journey north” [15].
It remains important to notice that the civilians of Mexico are doing this. The people of Mexico do not seem to have a problem with demanding rights for their comrades in the United States while abusing those who come to Mexico illegally..
Mexico has made an effort to deport illegals entering from Guatemala. For example, Mexico deported over 153,000 people in 2000 [16]. Mexico has had problems patrolling its southern border and keeping immigrants out [17]. Since Mexico couldn’t do a very good job of patrolling its own border, where did it go for help? If you guessed the United States, then give yourself a cookie. The United States spent over 2 million dollars helping Mexico secure its own Southern border [18]. The US has since quit with financial aid and now provides training to Mexico’s agents {19].
Mexico’s stance towards the US and its completely opposite immigration policy paint a baffling picture. On the one hand, Mexico is demanding citizenship for illegal aliens living in the United States while deporting illegal immigrants. Former President Fox justified the presence of illegal aliens by citing that they merely want to escape poor living conditions and build a better life. Residents from Guatemala seem to be doing precisely the same, yet they face deportation. Mexico has no problems whatsoever deporting massive amounts of illegal immigrants from its own country. Even Mexico’s Deputy Foreign Minister Gerónimo Gutiérrez admitted that Mexico’s border restrictions were much tougher than the United States’ [20].
While Mexico decries the fact that illegals in America have no rights, Mexico seems to be having a lot of trouble treating its own illegals with human decency. Mexico demands an open northern border but receives aid from the United States to secure its own southern border. The simple fact is that Mexico is trying to have its cake and eat it too. Mexico needs to be a little more consistent itself before it runs around pointing fingers at the United States.

Letters: Illegal immigration leaves teachers behind
Letters to the Editor for July 18
The Register detailed the penalties and sanctions faced by 27 Orange County schools, almost all of them in Santa Ana, for missing benchmarks year after year in the "No Child Left Behind" program ["Schools hope changes pay off," July 14]. I don't work for Santa Ana schools but I have family and friends who do, and I hear about the problems all the time.
Santa Ana must educate mostly Hispanic children, many of whom are recent arrivals from Mexico and Central America. They are just now learning English. Many come from homes where parents cannot help with academics because they don't speak English at all or they speak poor English. Are the schools responsible for this? Santa Ana schools serve a population featuring economically poor demographics. Santa Ana families tend to be large, which means less parental attention for each child, and the children often must care for younger brothers and sisters after school, as parents cannot afford day care. It is not unusual for them to miss many days of school to care for siblings.
There are gangs and crowded homes, and all the problems of poverty to deal with. Santa Ana has the highest population density in the state, which is not compatible with quiet study and homework. New immigrant children are too often taken back to Mexico to celebrate extended Mexican holidays, especially in the winter, returning weeks late, missing too many classes. They go home for Christmas and then the undocumented ones have to wait for the "right time" to sneak back into Orange County to return to school. Is this the teachers' fault?
Here in Irvine parents pay for tutoring when students require it, and children benefit academically from all kinds of culturally enriching activities, from trips to museums to vacations abroad to academic camps. College-educated parents in Irvine, as in most of Orange County, work hard and pay a lot of money to help educate their children.
The most unfair part of all of this is that the federal government's failure to control illegal immigration is the cause of many of Santa Ana's school problems, and now it is the same federal government that wants to penalize teachers and professionals in the Santa Ana schools for those failures. If the Santa Ana kids were put in Irvine schools and the Irvine children were sent to school in Santa Ana, it would be the Irvine teachers and administration being damned for students who are "left behind." Not fair.

Goodbye America, Hello North American Union
In a month, August 20 and 21, the leaders of the United States, Canada, and Mexico will sit down together in Montebello, Quebec to discuss making the borders between these three nations disappear. They will discuss progress on a vast highway project passing through America to link Mexico with Canada.
So far, no one has asked the citizens of these three nations whether they want to do this. It is not up for a vote in Congress and, indeed, Congress has no supervision over the gnomes in the U.S. Department of Commerce who are busily "harmonizing" the laws under the auspices of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).
This, we're told, is not a treaty so Congress has no constitutional oversight obligation. Part of the opposition is directed at what is generally called the NAFTA Superhighway; an exceptionally wide corridor that would include rail lines, freeways, and pipelines from Mexico to the Canadian border. The Texas legislature passed a law intended to slow down the highway project with a two-year moratorium. The vote in the Texas House was 137-2. The Texas Senate passed it with only four votes in opposition, but the Governor vetoed it in late June, thus opening the door to the seizure of the private property needed for the Trans Texas Corridor (TCC).
Turns out that Texas had already signed a 50-year lease with a private Spanish company named Cintra, one that permits for no competition by way of building new government roads or improving existing ones going in the same direction.
Why are we not surprised to know that SPP was kicked off in 2005 by a meeting in Crawford, Texas of the then-presidents of the three nations hosted by President George W. Bush, a former Governor of Texas?
Bush has been a leading proponent of the "immigration reform" legislation that more than two-thirds of Americans polled say they do not want. Tucked into those "reforms" were provisions to advance SPP. A Teddy Kennedy amendment to S. 1348 asserts that, "It is the sense of the Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico, which will lead to reduced immigration." Oh, yeah? And here I thought the economic well being of Mexico was the job of the Mexican government.
As this is written, the President and the Congress have the lowest popularity ratings ever. Perhaps it has something to do with a secretive process involving the highest levels of government and a consortium of multinational corporations who are eager for the nation-busting North American Union and the superhighway?

Last year, from September 12 to 14, a gathering sponsored by something called the North American Forum, brought together some very powerful people, but the media was not informed about it, nor has a list of attendees been available. One Canadian commentator has written that, "There is no better indication that these meetings and the SPP itself, constitute a parallel governing structure--unaccountable to any democratic institution or the public."
This is not the way America, Canada, and presumably, Mexico, is supposed to be governed. The public outcry against the proposed immigration reform bill was enough to kill it in its present form.
In his book, "The Late Great U.S.A." ($25.95, WND Books), Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D., warns that, "There are movements afoot in Mexico, Canada, and the United States, similar to those in Europe that led to the formation of the European Union that, if left unchecked, will erode U.S. sovereignty and lead to a North American Union."
Perhaps when Congress begins to raise our taxes, authorize a superhighway, and offer yet another amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, the American people may take notice and want to do something about it. By then, however, it will be too late.

Blood On Their Hands

On July 4, 2007, 12-year old Zina (Zinnie) Linnik, was kidnapped from
her back yard in Tacoma, Washington, only feet from her family after
watching Fourth of July fireworks. An animal named Terapon Adhahn, a
42-year old convicted sex offender from Thailand is to be charged with
her murder; he led police to her dead body. Her panties and other
evidence were found in the dump he lived in; an autopsy will no doubt
show he raped this child. That is why these children are abducted: to be
raped and then murdered by two legged animals. Adhahn was convicted in
1990 for incest; he raped his 16-year old step daughter, but the charge
was reduced. He's currently being held by ICE on immigration violations.
That's right, another illegal alien slaughters an innocent child and all
the talking heads on cable networks keep asking, "Gee, why wasn't he
deported after his first conviction?" Guess what the response has been
from law enforcement? No one requested he be deported! Zina's blood is
on the hands of those who had Adhahn the first time and didn't follow
through with deporting him back to Thailand - a country rich in sexual
predators and child sex trafficking.
People like Jerry Rivers, aka Geraldo Rivera, will say this has nothing
to do with the illegals invasion, but rational individuals who can still
think fully understand this IS the tragic result of a failed immigration
policy. Had this animal been deported back in the early '90s, this
little precious girl would probably be alive today. Imagine the terror
this 12-year old child suffered at not only being snatched from the arms
of her family, but her last hours alive were spent being sexually
assaulted in the most heinous fashion by an adult male. This is the
image her parents and siblings will have to live with forever. What? You
think Adhahn kept her panties in his shack because he found them on the
street and thought they were pretty?
I watch these cases unfold on cable networks; they're becoming more
frequent and the blood of little Zina drips from the hands of
counterfeit U.S. Senators Marie Cantwell and Patty Pancake Murray of
Washington State. These two brain dead females voted for the soundly
defeated massive amnesty bill a few weeks ago. Cantwell and Murray voted
for lawlessness. They voted to allow terrorists to stay in this country
because they will lie through their teeth to stay here illegally.
Cantwell and Murray voted to keep monsters like Adhahn here in their
home state to continue killing innocents. Save the mail: I absolutely
believe in innocent until proven guilty, but this monster took law
enforcement to her body, her undergarments were found in his house.
What? The tooth fairy told Adhahn where Zina's little broken body was
and out of the goodness of his heart, he leads authorities to her? No,
law enforcement had him backed into a corner. Cantwell and Murray have
illegally served in the senate for years and they have done NOTHING to
stop this senseless slaughter.
I have written many columns about the innocent who die at the hands of

millions of Americans continue to own stock in those corporations that
willfully and knowingly hire illegal aliens. Those dividend checks drip
with the blood of innocents. Today between 12 and 25 Americans will die
at the hands of illegal aliens while these corporate pimps in Congress
now move on to more meaningless (H.R. 35: To amend title 4, United
States Code, to encourage the display of the flag of the United States
on Father's Day), mostly unconstitutional legislation while the invasion
continues. Following the defeat of this latest attempt at amnesty,
mouthpieces for Congress let it be known that the immigration issue was
now dead until after the elections. That's just damn dandy. The next
pretend elections are November 2008. Nothing will get done in the
District of Deceit until January 2009 and then it will be back to
business as usual. Do Americans understand the implications by this body
of worthless and dangerous lawbreakers simply walking away from the
problem?
The 46 counterfeit U.S. Senators who voted for that amnesty bill all
have hands dripping with the blood of the thousands of Americans
slaughtered by illegals every year and they don't give a damn. Each and
every one of these craven, gutless career politicians who have supported
giving illegals a free pass are responsible for the rape and murder of

because the federal government has failed since 1986 to get the job

years to shut off the ACLU's unconstitutional money teat via the
American taxpayer's checkbook and did nothing. Without the
unconstitutional Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976, the
ACLU wouldn't have the necessary financial backing to continue their
assault on elected officials throughout this country trying to stop the
hemorrhaging destroying their cities, towns, hospitals and way of life
for their citizens. Not to mention the violence and drug dealers coming
across the border by the thousands. The ACLU sends their vermin down to
the border to harass our Minutemen groups who are doing what the federal
government should have done twenty years ago. How can any real American
belong to an organization like the ACLU is beyond me and please, save
the BS mail about how they're there to represent the rights of scum like
NAMBLA (North American Men and Boys Love Association whose mottos is
'Sex after eight, it's too late').

view." Really? What does he know that we don't? Michael Chertoff, an
evil man who hates America and the Bill of Rights recently said in his

that his gut feeling tells him there's a "heightened risk of an new
attack this summer." Chertoff cites complacency by the American people.
How about the fact that a substantial number of Americans don't believe
the government's conspiracy theory about 911? Back in 2002, the American
people had their doubts:

attacks. According to the new New York Times/CBS News poll, only 16% of
Americans think the government is telling the truth about 9/11 and the
intelligence prior to the attacks." This means that more than half the
American people, according to Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity, are the
fringe wackos out in America who should be ridiculed, insulted and
arrested! Another Al Qaeda attack on U.S. soil would do the trick in
once again murdering innocent Americans, scaring the general population
death and usher in even more unconstitutional, draconian laws to silence
we the people. Here's a clue for Michael Chertoff: The American people
will not stand for a second 911.

the people could be subjected to another staged attack similar to the

prosecutes our finest while protecting drug smugglers - criminals. One

hold. Only the voices of the people throughout America will force this
positive action by local and state officials. The American Communist
Lawyers Union (ACLU) is throwing their money into full swing in an
effort to stop these cities, towns and states from taking the necessary
steps to stop this invasion that Congress won't. The Republicans had 12
years to shut off the ACLU's unconstitutional money teat via the
American taxpayer's checkbook and did nothing. Without the
unconstitutional Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976, the
ACLU wouldn't have the necessary financial backing to continue their
assault on elected officials throughout this country trying to stop the
hemorrhaging destroying their cities, towns, hospitals and way of life
for their citizens. Not to mention the violence and drug dealers coming
across the border by the thousands. The ACLU sends their vermin down to
the border to harass our Minutemen groups who are doing what the federal
government should have done twenty years ago. How can any real American
belong to an organization like the ACLU is beyond me and please, save
the BS mail about how they're there to represent the rights of scum like
NAMBLA (North American Men and Boys Love Association whose mottos is
'Sex after eight, it's too late').
I pray that today isn't the day another violent sexual predator who is
here illegally grabs your precious child or another drunk illegal alien
kills you or your loved one while driving illegally our roads and
highways. Please continue hammering on your member of Congress to get
that border fence built, support constant and forceful enforcement of
current immigration law regarding employers and any federal judge who
continues to rule that illegal aliens have "rights" like "free" medical
treatment, education, etc., are removed from the bench. Illegals have NO
constitutional rights and neither do their kids. Take away the perks and
the illegals will go home. Those who refuse, must be rounded up and

and then write your state legislator (Oklahoma's legislature is out of
session, but their offices are open and receive mail). If you're in a
small enough town in and around OKC where your Sheriff is accessible,
get this information to him.
There's no question the Bush Administration is protecting these
terrorist cells. The facts speak for themselves. There's no question the
Federal Department of Justice is totally compromised as long as Alberto
Gonzalez sits at the top. Underling Robert Mueller should be
investigated by a grand jury regarding 911 as well as Rudy Julie-Annie.
The FBI doesn't stand for Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity. Their
credibility went into the toilet starting with Ruby Ridge when one of
their finest assassins, Lon Horiuchi, deliberately and with malice, shot
and killed an unarmed woman, Victoria Weaver, while holding her baby
daughter. There may be a few good agents left in that organization, but
their pensions mean more to them than walking away from such corruption
and the first candidate who comes to mind is James Kalstrom and the TWA
Flight 800 cover up. Kalstrom lied through his teeth during that entire
sham they called an investigation; it has continued through 911. These
aren't men, despite the big guns they carry. They are weak kneed cowards
who don't have the personal integrity or backbone to stand up and say I
will not lie to protect this government! There are exceptions who have
stepped forward, Sybil Edmonds and Robert Wright to name just two. Their
stories are here and we the people are grateful for their courage under
fire.
Rick Santorum, former counterfeit U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania,
recently said, "Between now and November, a lot of things are going to
happen, and I believe that by this time next year, the American public's
going to have a very different view of this war, and it will be because,
I think, of some unfortunate events, that like we're seeing unfold in
the UK. But I think the American public's going to have a very different
view." Really? What does he know that we don't? Michael Chertoff, an
evil man who hates America and the Bill of Rights recently said in his
official capacity as Dictator of the Department of Fatherland Security
that his gut feeling tells him there's a "heightened risk of an new
attack this summer." Chertoff cites complacency by the American people.
How about the fact that a substantial number of Americans don't believe
the government's conspiracy theory about 911? Back in 2002, the American
people had their doubts:

have been able to prevent the attacks, about the same percentage as felt
that way in September, immediately after the attacks. But slightly fewer
think that the F.B.I. and C.I.A. actually could have done so. 48% say
the intelligence agencies had information in hand before September 11
that actually could have permitted them to prevent the attacks."
By 2006, the numbers have grown to dangerous levels for Dick Cheney and
his henchmen: "A monumental new scientific opinion poll has emerged
which declares that only 16% of people in America now believe the
official government explanation of the September 11th 2001 terror
attacks. According to the new New York Times/CBS News poll, only 16% of
Americans think the government is telling the truth about 9/11 and the
intelligence prior to the attacks." This means that more than half the
American people, according to Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity, are the
fringe wackos out in America who should be ridiculed, insulted and
arrested! Another Al Qaeda attack on U.S. soil would do the trick in
once again murdering innocent Americans, scaring the general population
death and usher in even more unconstitutional, draconian laws to silence
we the people. Here's a clue for Michael Chertoff: The American people
will not stand for a second 911.
Congressman Ron Paul recently commented on public radio that he felt we
the people could be subjected to another staged attack similar to the
Gulf of Tonkin lies which dragged America into the Viet Nam quagmire;
click here. This is not to say that Dr. Paul is a "911 truther" because
he's not. Ron Paul, like Patrick Buchanan, are highly knowledgeable
about history and the true agenda of the global elite. The issue of
what's known as "false flag" attacks/incidents is well documented, one
only has to have the desire to seek truth instead of what makes it
easier for them to get through the day. Of course, most won't and here's
the quintessential example of stupid America. While I cannot respond to
each and every e-mail, I felt I had to respond to this woman's attack.

bankrupt bishop. Some of what she says is very true, but her allegations
regarding Col North are out to lunch!" This from a woman identifying
herself as Bonnie. She was responding to my factual reporting of Oliver
North's drafting of Rex 84; see my column here. I responded with this:
"You need to go to a big library and read the Iran-Contra hearings
transcripts. You need to do the research and you WILL find Oliver North
did - without question under the direction of Ronald Reagan - set up the
Rex 84 program. The documents don't lie, but Oliver North lied to
Congress. No matter the excuse (illegally selling guns and drugs to the
contras), lying is lying and that little puke did it under oath in front
of the world. It might surprise you to know how many active and retired
military at the time were so ashamed of Ollie, they wanted to gag.
"These are facts that cannot be denied. William French Smith wasn't some
goo-goo eyed Democrat after old Ollie, he was a Reagan appointee. Smith
was the AG of these United States of America. He blew a gasket when he
found out what North and Reagan were up to and he had the (xxx) to go
public. Not only did he go public, he resigned because of the whole
stinking, rotting mess. I realize that folks like you have heroes and
when the truth about these people is dug up and proven, you write the
type of stuff below. Oliver North is no hero and it's disgraceful that
FAUX [FOX] News has propped him up as some kind of saint."
Bonnie's response: She trusts Ollie North, period. You see, people like
Bonnie are in denial. She won't spend a week at the library like I did
reading the Iran Contra hearing transcripts. She won't do a lick of
research which provides the truth fully documented in black and white.
Ollie is a "fervent bible believing Christian." That says it all. That's
why he boldly, during televised hearings broadcast to the world, held up
his hand, swore to tell the truth and then lied through his teeth.
Somehow this doesn't seem to register with Bonnie. She will excuse it
away because Ollie is a "fervent bible believing Christian." Like
millions of Americans, don't you dare disturb Bonnie's comfort zone with
facts. These are the voices of America's destruction.

Butler County’s practically another country from here. It sits in the far southwest corner of the state, smack between Cincinnati and Dayton. But Sheriff Richard Jones is about ready to redraw our border with Mexico – at the Ohio River.
Jones says Mexican illegals are flooding Butler County in record numbers, stealing good construction jobs from decent Americans and smuggling in truckloads of weed. “We’re being invaded, basically,” he says.
It was two years ago, he says, that he caught the shift in his jail: more tan, less sunburned, and almost no English. Drugs were pouring into the area, along with a booming trade in fake IDs. Desperate for help, Jones called the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement office in Columbus. But they couldn’t spare any agents – most were too busy trying to banish the undesirables who pour in from the University of Michigan every other November.
So Jones deputized himself. He began conducting his own investigations, effectively doing the feds’ work for them. And to scare the employers hiring illegals, he threw up billboards, bought full-page ads in area newspapers and posted signs (“Illegal Immigrants Here”) in front of his office. He even started a blog, which he says now attracts several thousand hits a month. “People are so hungry for this,” he says.
Now Butler County’s helping to deport 40 illegals every month, costing taxpayers a fortune. Since he figures he’s doing the government’s job, Jones wants reimbursement. And come to think of it, policing Mexican nationals is technically Mexico’s job, too, so why not send a bill to President Felipe Calderon? One recent pot bust netted almost 60 pounds – $1,000 a pound sound fair? “In American dollars,” he says. “No pesos.”
Jones has become an authority of sorts on immigration. He’s appeared on CNN, Fox News, and CNBC (a handful of which you can see here). His story’s been picked up by media outlets in the U.K., Russia, Australia and Italy. The White House even sent an envoy to persuade Jones to support the recently defeated immigration bill. They gave up after three hours. “It was full of earmarks,” says Jones. “It was a *&%^ bill.”
Instead, he’s lobbying state legislators for a bill empowering local law enforcement to act against illegals. Jones don’t need no stinking feds – just a little bigger budget. “Here in Ohio, we’re leading the charge, brother.” – Jason Nedley

America is finished.
Mexico and Canada are gone too.
In their place: One massive country, the North American Union (NAU), bordered by the Bering Sea to the north and Guatemala to the south, the Atlantic to the east and the Pacific to the west.
NAU citizens no longer spend dollars or salute Old Glory. They spend "ameros," and the flag that waves over its capitals shows the entire Western Hemisphere.
The national borders of the United States have been forever erased. While that scenario may sound far-fetched, critics of the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) warn that future could be here sooner than anyone realizes.
President Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin informally agreed to set up the SPP in 2005.
Not so well known is the fact that supporters of the NAU concept slipped an initiative into the recently defeated immigration reform act. Largely unnoticed amidst the amnesty furor that ultimately sunk the Immigration Bill was the statement, "It is the sense of Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico."
The bill called for measures to boost the economy of Mexico, including:
U.S. support for Mexico, to strengthen its education and training programs.
A call for better health care for "poor and underserved" people in Mexico.
And U.S. assistance to "establish a program with the private sector to cover the health care needs of Mexican nationals temporarily employed in the United States."
The bill also called for U.S. assistance to Mexican businesses and government to eliminate corruption, which it termed, "the single biggest obstacle to development."
"This was the first attempt by the SPP to go public, and it failed," says Dr. Jerome Corsi, author of The Late Great USA. They thought nobody would notice. They were wrong."
Corsi called the sPP "a coup d-etat by bureaucratic means," adding that it works underhandedly like a shadow government.
"It is an attempt to turn North America into something like the European Economic Community," he says, "which began with economic cooperation and expanded eventually to include a common market, and then a full-scale regional government replacing, in many ways, the governing powers of the member nations."
Documents recently obtained by public interest group Judicial Watch reveal that "working groups" of the SPP are developing plans for U.S. taxpayer-funded initiatives to improve Mexico's infrastructure, within just six to 18 months.
SSP plans include:
Creating a North American Pandemic Influenza Plan;
Facilitating cross-border travel;
Establishing Social Security totalization for Mexican aliens working in the United States;
Creating a Trans-Texas Corridor superhighway with truck, car, and train lanes running from Mexico to Canada.
Following the 2005 tri-lateral summit, the three leaders agreed, "We will establish ministerial-led working groups that will consult with stakeholders in our respective countries. These working groups will respond to the priorities of our people and our businesses and will set specific, measurable, and achievable goals."
The working groups include committees on "Manufactured Goods and Sectoral and Regional Competitiveness, Movement of Goods, Energy, Environment, E-Commerce and Information Communications Technologies, Financial Services, Business Facilitation, Food and Agriculture, Transportation and Health," according to the SPP Web, www.spp.gov.
"Basically, the SPP eliminates borders," Dr. Corsi tells NewsMax. "Just as in Europe, once free-flowing cross-border travel and full economic cooperation are established, the next step will be multi-national regulations and multi-national court systems to resolve disputes, with powers that supercede those of U.S. courts in many cases."
Opponents of the NAU slipping its provisions into a bill sold as way to strengthen the integrity of the nation's borders reflects the determination of those pushing a North American union.
The SPP has struck back with a FAQ section on their U.S. website, www.spp.gov, which attempts to counter "myths" of its ultimate aims, stressing that the SPP "does not change our courts or legislative processes and respects the sovereignty of the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The SPP in no way, shape or form considers the creation of a European Union-like structure or a common currency."
As to charges that the SPP is being undertaken without the knowledge of the Congress, the FAQs state, "US agencies involved with SPP regularly update and consult with members of Congress on our efforts and plans." SPP confirms that the SPP is a "White House-driven initiative. In the United States, the Department of Commerce coordinates the ‘Prosperity' component, while the Department of Homeland Security coordinates the ‘Security' component. The Department of State ensures the two components are coordinated and are consistent with U.S. foreign policy."
"They deny it – of course they do, but the ultimate direction of all these actions is driven by a one-world view," Dr. Corsi says. Corsi contends that President Bush has a secret agenda to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union.
"However, as more people in the United States are becoming aware of the goals of the SPP, grassroots opposition to the SPP is growing very fast."
One example: 12 states are currently considering resolutions opposing the establishment of the NAU.
There is a federal effort to block the SPP as well.
It is spearheaded by a resolution, HCR 40, which states, "The United States should not allow the Security and Prosperity Partnership to implement further regulations that would create a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and the President should indicate strong opposition to these acts or any other proposals that threaten the sovereignty of the United States." The resolution also calls for the U.S. to not "engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement Superhighway System."
The resolution notes that "reports issued by the SPP indicate that it has implemented regulatory changes among the three countries that circumvent U.S. trade, transportation, homeland security and border security functions and that the SPP will continue to do so in the future."
The bill is sponsored by Rep. Virgil Goode, R-Va., who tells NewsMax, "I hope that more Americans will become aware of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, which will lead to a North American union and the destruction of the sovereignty of the United States."

We Are Silently Being Taken Over, With the Blessings of our Government

Gary Rutledge, a political science professor who lives in Tulsa describes a traffic accident that focused his attention on the issue of illegal immigrants in his community.

Tulsa, a city built on oil some 500 miles from the Mexican border, has a population of just over 380,000, including about 40,000 Latino or Hispanic residents, according to 2005 Census estimates. The pace of Hispanic immigration has been quickening, and local newspapers and politicians believe the number is now closer to 50,000.
For Rutledge, a car accident personalized the issue. He and his wife were waiting in their pickup at a traffic light one evening when they were hit from behind by a vehicle traveling about 30 miles an hour. They were not badly hurt, only stunned.
More shocking, though, was what they heard from the police officer who responded to the accident: The other driver, a young Hispanic man, did not speak English, did not have a driver’s license or insurance. The officer suspected the man was an illegal immigrant, Rutledge said, but he did not check his immigration status because such inquiries weren’t allowed in misdemeanor cases.
Before taking the other driver to jail, Rutledge said, the officer told him he should just go home and forget about it.
‘There's not much to be done’
“He said, ‘We do a lot of this kind of thing and we can tell you that there's not much to be done about it,’” Rutledge recalled.
It’s not clear what happened to the suspect after that. Tulsa police were not able to locate an accident report on the incident.

“It was … a feeling of helplessness,” he said. “There's no recourse, there's nothing to do.”
Rutledge began comparing notes with friends and family and found that many had a similar story with a similar outcome. That got him thinking about the bigger picture.
“I think that when someone comes in this country illegally, it starts a tradition or culture,” he said. “You come in illegally; everything you do from that point on is illegal. And so it's almost impossible to get a driver’s license or insurance so you just start breaking one law after another. I think it’s seductive. I think after a while ... you don't pay too much attention to rule of law that this country was established on.”
Gary Rutledge, a political science professor who lives in Tulsa describes a traffic accident that focused his attention on the issue of illegal immigrants in his community.

Tulsa, a city built on oil some 500 miles from the Mexican border, has a population of just over 380,000, including about 40,000 Latino or Hispanic residents, according to 2005 Census estimates. The pace of Hispanic immigration has been quickening, and local newspapers and politicians believe the number is now closer to 50,000.
For Rutledge, a car accident personalized the issue. He and his wife were waiting in their pickup at a traffic light one evening when they were hit from behind by a vehicle traveling about 30 miles an hour. They were not badly hurt, only stunned.
More shocking, though, was what they heard from the police officer who responded to the accident: The other driver, a young Hispanic man, did not speak English, did not have a driver’s license or insurance. The officer suspected the man was an illegal immigrant, Rutledge said, but he did not check his immigration status because such inquiries weren’t allowed in misdemeanor cases.
Before taking the other driver to jail, Rutledge said, the officer told him he should just go home and forget about it.
‘There's not much to be done’
“He said, ‘We do a lot of this kind of thing and we can tell you that there's not much to be done about it,’” Rutledge recalled.
It’s not clear what happened to the suspect after that. Tulsa police were not able to locate an accident report on the incident.

The accusation was made largely because of a sticker on the back of my truck. The simple statement "Stop illegal immigration" has earned me angry looks and obscene gestures in traffic. I have watched as cars rush to pull up beside the "redneck." Their scowls often turn to bewilderment when they spot me behind the wheel.
My Hispanic co-worker played the ace-in-the-hole race card by insisting only Latinos are being targeted for immigration reform. When I pointed out my sticker mentioned no race in particular, he stated, "It doesn't matter because everyone knows who you are referring to."
At that moment, I realized just how much irrational emotional feelings and personal agendas have alarmingly snuffed out common sense in this country. From top lawmakers in Washington to so-called sanctuary cities, everyone has succumbed to massive pressure from illegal factions.
Let us define common sense. It is the natural instinct that compels us to the logical thing when faced with an issue shrouded in smoke screens.
Let us ignore tear-jerker tales of individual tragedies that are designed to pull our heartstrings, and realize they are smoke and mirrors hiding the truth, while instilling guilt about feelings of unease with the sieve our borders have become.
Illegal immigrants in this country, like any other criminal, have an excuse for why they committed a crime. But if the tale is sad enough, should we forgive them for their original criminal act because they decide to behave? Should we allow them to take jobs away from law-abiding Americans and call them noble for doing so? How about we offer to pay their medical bills and send their children to college? If, in the course of providing these things, we find ourselves going broke, and we say to them, "Enough is enough, we cannot ignore your crimes any longer because it only encourages more criminals," should we be surprised when these violators take to the streets demanding they be allowed to continue the way of life they have become accustomed to?
When illegals squawk about how we can't survive without their presence, do we dare remind them there are plenty legal folks - and others who are waiting in line to be legal - who are eager to help us out?
When anyone points out these observations, they are lambasted, shouted down, and slapped with the feared moniker "racist," a word that has ruined lives, ended careers and been the gas-filled card thrown on blazing fires of conflicts between majority and minority.
Racism today can never measure up to the raw beginnings and bloody history of the word as it pertains to our country. It began with slavery, evolved into lynchings, oppression and separate but never equal laws. It culminated with marches and dissent demanding the equality all citizens were promised in the Constitution. But the key word here is "citizen."
The righteous marches led by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. during the bloody turmoil of the civil rights era, should never be compared to the audacious, foreign-flag-waving parades of illegals and their sympathizers being carried out in American streets.
Politicians pandering for future votes, and much of the media, overwhelmingly sympathize with the flaunting of our laws, and assure the "undocumented" protesters their demands are reasonable.
I am a fighter and I refuse to be bullied. I have earned, the hard way, the right to display my opinion. If my "Stop illegal immigration" sticker offends you, maybe you should focus on the one next to it that states, "My son is a United States Marine." Then hopefully you will understand that sacrifice and fighting for country runs deep in my family.

Here is a REAL INTERVIEW with an illegal Mexican at a protest march in Texas . Trying to reason with an Illegal Mexican, This is good! Below is a good example of a discussion with a master of circular logic. Don't be logical, don't respect the truth or your adversary, just say what you think makes a new case when the previous case gets too difficult to defend.

Juan: Our right to live here...legally. Our right to get all the benefits you get.

Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?

Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying anything about rights for Aliens.
Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness. I wasn't happy in Mexico , so I came here.
Jim: I think you are referring to the Declaration of Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights ... Not Alien rights.

Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?
Juan: Because I am Mexican.
Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty ... To become a US citizen.
Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us. We want it returned to its rightful owner.
Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas . After wining the war with Mexico , Texas became a Republic, and later Texans voted to join the USA . It was not stolen from Mexico .
Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was California , New Mexico and Arizona . It is just like all the other stuff you Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves.

Ever have "one of those days?" Sure, all of us go through the occasional
rough patch, but I swear there are times when I think Allah must really
have it in for me. I mean, I know the "Big Guy" is supposed to have a
sense of humor, but do I always have to be the punchline?
Take for example this last week. A few mates and I had been planning a
big martyrdom weekend for quite a while; it's something we first began
discussing a few years ago in medical school back in Amman. We were
sitting around the dorm eating pizza, cramming for a big anatomy final,
when Ali said "you know, after graduation, we should get together for
something really big." We talked about a fishing trip to Canada or
something, but most of the guys thought that sounded pretty boring.
Abdul suggested a golf weekend in Cancun, but the all-inclusives there
can get pretty pricey in-season. Hassan (who's really into motorcycles)
suggested renting Harleys and going to Sturgis for the Biker Rally, but
we heard that crowd can get pretty rowdy.
So, Achmed finally says, "how about packing cars with explosives and
killing hundreds of random infidels in a coordinated series of gigantic
fireballs?" And we're like, Fuckin' A! Not only would we be it an
awesome bonding experience (with plenty of Paradise poontang, LOL), we
would be doing a valuable community service. Okay, so we high-fived and
made a solemn promise that we'd target two years after graduation for
the big weekend prank blowout.
I know how it usually goes with these kinds of fraternity things; what
with starting up a medical practice, honor killing obligations, and
starting a family, it's easy to lose touch with the old school buddies.
But this thing -- our thing -- was serious, you know? Thanks to email we
were able to keep in touch and keep the plan going. As luck would have
it, we all won Achmedinejad scholarships to do our residencies in
England for the National Health Service. We got our families together
most every weekend for backyard cookouts and self-flagellation and TV
football matches. Afterwards me and the other guys would slip out to the
garage for cigars, and to pack shrapnel.
So okay, the big weekend arrives, and the guys come over to my place
bright and early, everybody's jazzed about rolling up some serious kafir
carnage. All the propane tanks and propellant and nail cannisters are
ready to go. I look at Ali and say, "okay mate, back up your car to the
garage and I'll start loading it up." He gets this dumbstruck look on
his face and says, "my car? I thought Hassan was going to do the
martyrdom." And then Hassan does a massive spit-take with his tea, and
he's like, "whoa dude, I rigged the cell phones, I didn't agree to blow
up. I thought Mohammed was going to do the blowing up." Then Mohammed's
like, "don't look at me, pal, I thought I was just providing the
spiritual guidance. Plus my car's in the shop for transmission work."
From there it just descended into this big shouting match. Holy

like, oh, great. Now I'll be banging some celestial virgin with that
wanker looking over my shoulder.
So, I'm like, "okay, who's donating the cars?" And these dicks just look
around at each other, and ANOTHER big argument breaks out, because "I
still have 28 payments left," or "it's due for a tyre rotation," or some

£129.95 to have detailed. So I go to the house and tell my wife Jumanah
about the whole deal, and here it comes -- The Look. Complete with the

uncle, I'd be smacking that irritating sneer right off her face. So
she's like, "Fine, go have your fun with your lazy jihad buddies and
your 72 virgins. Just leave me the keys to the Jeep so I can get groceries."
After that, I guess I was pretty much ready to get it over with. I
called up the office and had them cancel the rest of my patient
appointments for the day and drove the Benz to London, which
incidentally cost me another £40 for gas and tolls. When I got to
Picadilly and parked in front of the nightclub and called Achmed on my
cell to let 'er rip. Nothing. I sat there waiting 3 minutes waiting for
the cell phone detonator to go off, nothing. I saw a cop walking toward
the Benz, so I hopped out and started booking it and almost got run over
by a double decker. I got on the Tube, thinking I was safe, but then all
the stupid racist kafirs started giving me the stinkeye because
apparently they're freaked by panting Arabs smelling of gasoline. I got
out in Ealing and went to the mosque where the other guys were supposed
to be, and they're all standing around like a bunch of sheepish idiots.
So I'm like, "WTF? What happened with the detonation?"
Get this: Mohammed, whose only job it was to call in a simple fucking
detonation code, switched his cell carrier to get the new iPhone and
forgot to transfer his goddamn detonation contact list. So I'm like,
"how about Bilal? Did he explode? Please tell me HE exploded." The dopey
expressions around the room told me otherwise. Faaaack. Now there's NO
dead infidels, NO horny virgins, and I'm out one leased Mercedes with a
£12,000 balloon payment.
So I go, "Here's the deal guys. I just put my ass on the martrydom line,
and it was Allah's will that it didn't happen. So why don't we just call
it good, and try again in another two years." Crissakes, you would have
thought I just took a dump in their falafel. They started talking about
"Ummah Pride," and "giving it all for ol' Central Jordan U.."

"And our faces are all over the TV, so we need you to drive us."
I won't even bother trying to describe her face at that point. We loaded
up the rest of the explosive cannisters in the back of the Jeep and
headed north on the M1 in the middle of the out-of-town holiday rush
traffic. Jumanah pretty much seethed the entire way, complaining about
the traffic and the gasoline fumes. Needless to say when we finally got
to Glasgow and dropped her off at a roadside cafe, I was pretty much
geared up for the sweet release of death.
Okay, so Bilal and I get psyched up, check all the equipment to make
sure it's ready for a big boom, point the Jeep at the terminal, and mash
the throttle. I'm shouting "Allahu Akbar," and Bilal's shouting "Allahu
Akbar" and "Go Martyrs" just like the old pep squad days at CJU. And I'm
thinking, "Grease up them virgins, Allah, 'cause Dr. K's luck is about
to change." BAAAAM! Right into the glass!
I was probably out for maybe two, three seconds. Bilal and I peeled our
broken noses out of the airbags, which meant we were still alive, which
meant the goddamn cannisters didn't explode, again. Maybe we went
through into the terminal and killed some infidels, I thought, then I
saw we hadn't made it in more than a couple inches into the terminal. I
mean, WTF? The Jeep salesman kept going on about how the Jeep was this
awesome unstoppable American SUV that crusader cowboys use to bulldoze
their way through mountain forests, with an easy payment plan, and the
damn thing can't make it through a bloody plate glass window. I restart
the engine and now the piece of shit just sits there spinning the tyres.
"All-wheel traction," my arse.
Okay, plan B: Bilal and I start pushing backup detonation buttons and
cell codes. A couple of pops, but they were all duds. Then I see the
cops coming at me.
As Allah is my witness, I really can't explain what happened next; maybe
it was stress, or confusion, or frustration. Whatever the reason, I
decided it was a reasonable idea at that point to pour a can of petrol
over my head and flick the Bic.
Here's a handy health tip from Doctor K: if you ever get a wild urge to
start yourself on fire, sit down and relax until it goes away. Because
(A) it's not a particularly effective method for killing infidels, and
(B) it... hurts...like...a...motherfucker. So much that I almost enjoyed
the distraction those high-pressure water cannons and getting my lights
punched out by that crazy mumble-mouthed Scottish baggage handler.
By the way, did I mention I also started the Jeep on fire? Only 37 more
payments of £438 to go.
After that, I really didn't mind getting bludgeoned by those angry
bagpipers. The sound was horrible, but at least they got the rest of the
flames out. I was almost relieved when the cops were cuffing me face
down on the pavement, because by that point I was pretty much
reconsidering this whole college martyrdom pledge thing and I figured
the worst was over.
No such luck. Here's another handy health tip from Doctor K: if your
skin is half melted and bubbly hot, avoid lying down on any surfaces
that aren't Teflon coated. And please note: the Glasgow sidewalks aren't.
After a some time with a spatula and a few cans of Pam, the cops finally
got 95% or so of me peeled off the sidewalk. I looked down at my legs
and realized that I'll be saving a lot of money on clothes from now on,
because I'm sporting a permanent pair of melted-on black polyester trousers.
And then the kicker: I looked down at my package and noticed "Little
Khalid" was AWOL. As they were loading me into the the police wagon I
glanced back over my shoulder and saw what was was left of him
charbroiling on the sidewalk. Then one of the bomb sniffing dogs gobbled
him down like a snausage. A fat lot of good those 72 virgin are going to

Ever have "one of those days?" Sure, all of us go through the occasional
rough patch, but I swear there are times when I think Allah must really
have it in for me. I mean, I know the "Big Guy" is supposed to have a
sense of humor, but do I always have to be the punchline?
Take for example this last week. A few mates and I had been planning a
big martyrdom weekend for quite a while; it's something we first began
discussing a few years ago in medical school back in Amman. We were
sitting around the dorm eating pizza, cramming for a big anatomy final,
when Ali said "you know, after graduation, we should get together for
something really big." We talked about a fishing trip to Canada or
something, but most of the guys thought that sounded pretty boring.
Abdul suggested a golf weekend in Cancun, but the all-inclusives there
can get pretty pricey in-season. Hassan (who's really into motorcycles)
suggested renting Harleys and going to Sturgis for the Biker Rally, but
we heard that crowd can get pretty rowdy.
So, Achmed finally says, "how about packing cars with explosives and
killing hundreds of random infidels in a coordinated series of gigantic
fireballs?" And we're like, Fuckin' A! Not only would we be it an
awesome bonding experience (with plenty of Paradise poontang, LOL), we
would be doing a valuable community service. Okay, so we high-fived and
made a solemn promise that we'd target two years after graduation for
the big weekend prank blowout.
I know how it usually goes with these kinds of fraternity things; what
with starting up a medical practice, honor killing obligations, and

In 1975 the United States Postal Service issued a stamp honoring a man named Haym Salomon for his contribution to the cause of the American Revolution. This stamp was uniquely printed on the front and the back. On the glue side of the stamp, the following words were printed in pale, green ink: "Financial Hero – Businessman and broker Haym Salomon was responsible for raising most of the money needed to finance the American Revolution and later to save the new nation from collapse." I personally have one of these stamps. Historians who have studied the story of Salomon all agree that without his "contribution to the cause" there would be no America today.
Haym Salomon bought and sold financial papers to raise money for Robert Morris who was the superintendent of finance for the Continental Congress. He believed that America would be a safe haven for the Jews. But this son of a rabbi also believed that one day in the future, Jerusalem would rise from the dust, the Jews would return to their ancient homeland, and Israel and Jerusalem would once again be the home of the wandering Jew. Salomon determined to do all he could to finance the Revolution so America could survive until that future time when his people would once again fill the streets of Jerusalem.
From one crisis to the next, Robert Morris went to Haym Salomon for help, and Salomon always responded. Salomon gave his entire personal fortune of over $800,000 to the cause of the Revolution. This debt was never repaid. He died sick and penniless at the age of 45, Jan. 6, 1785, leaving behind a young widow, Rachel, and four children all under the age of 7.
Rachel tried for months after Haym's death to collect on personal loans that he had made to Morris, to the Congress and others. She was requested to turn all her securities and certificates over to the state treasurer of Pennsylvania for evaluation. After several months, she made further inquiries and was informed that all of the papers relating to her inheritance had been lost.
Haym Salomon was buried in Mikveh Israel Cemetery in Philadelphia in a grave that is now unmarked. Since we don't know which his grave is, we cannot even pay our respects at his graveside nor erect a marker.
But the story of Haym Salomon doesn't end with an unmarked grave. There is a plaque on a brick wall bordering the cemetery that was placed by Haym's great-grandson, William Salomon, in 1917. It says, "To the Memory of Haym Salomon … interred in this Cemetery the location of the grave being now unknown. …"
Was it just a coincidence that the year this plaque was erected was the same year of the Balfour Declaration issued by the British, which begins, "His majesty's Government views with favor the establishing in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people"?
Was it just a coincidence that in 1975 when the Postal Service issued the stamp honoring Haym Salomon, that same year the Israeli government issued a stamp honoring Harry Truman, the American president who was the first head of state to recognize Israel?
As Salomon believed, America has been that safe haven for the Jewish people, and Israel has been reborn. As we celebrate America, may we remember the great debt we owe to Haym Salomon. An illegal alien who has taken refuge in a Chicago-area church after defying federal law by refusing to follow a deportation order now is calling for the suspension of the nation's immigration laws and a "campaign of resistance."
Following the failure of U.S. Senate plan that would have created a legal status for the 12-20 million illegal aliens already in the U.S., Mexican activist Elvira Arellano demanded an immediate moratorium be imposed on all raids and deportations.
In a written statement from the La Raza newspaper, publicized by a the Chicago Fox News affilate's blog, she said "if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law."
Arellano has been confined – voluntarily – to a church in the Chicago area since Aug. 15 to avoid being deported. She said such a moratorium would allow time for the U.S. to "revive and pass a comprehensive immigration reform."
Without such action, her statement continued, immigrant organizations would launch a campaign "aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt."
Several other groups also joined in her threat, confirming the plans for "economic sanctions" against companies that support "anti-immigration legislators."

Any general that says we can't do this is to be immediately relieved and fired."
As WND has reported, the Senate's "comprehensive" immigration plan failed by a significant margin after senators' offices were flooded with tens of thousands of calls from citizens expressing opposition.
They have demanded that the U.S. first enforce the existing laws banning entry into the U.S. by the midnight express.
However, WND also has reported Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff says the federal government doesn't even have the ability to enforce its own laws.

"We're going to continue to enforce the law. It's going to be tough," Chertoff said. "We don't really have the ability to enforce the law with respect to illegal work in this country in a way that's truly effective."
Chertoff said Senate opponents deprived his department of the ability to ensure stricter enforcement by requiring companies to enter a system to check their employees' work status.
"That would be the single greatest additional weapon we could use if we're serious about tackling this problem," he said. "I wish we had some of the tools that were left on the floor of the Senate when they abandoned the bill last week, but we will do what we have to do with the resources we have at our disposal."
However, the issue is quite simple, according to Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz.: The government needs to do what it is supposed to in order to win back the trust of the American people.
"A lot of Americans have lost faith in their government," Kyl said. "They don't think we can control our borders, win a war, issue passports, solve other problems. So they ask this question … why should we give more power to the government to do things it hasn't been willing to do in the past?"
On a Chicago Fox News blog, the reaction to Arellano's demands were strong:
"I do not feel sorry for this multiple criminal illegal offender who whines and moans and complains about the injustice of her situation. … She has overstayed her welcome; she continues to be a criminal and break our laws. This is not her country," wrote "therman4."
Added "GregCast": "No longer will we tolerate people jumping our borders, wreaking havoc on our social services and destroying our wages for their own selfish benefit. This is OUR country and we are going to take it back!"
Said "Mommacat": "After re-reading this I want to point out something here … This statement: 'Otherwise, pro-immigrant organizations will begin a campaign 'aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt.'' Seems kind of threatening to this nation and the citizens who live here. I believe this could be viewed as a possible terrorist threat! I mean, what else could be assumed by someone wanting to bring the government and the economy to a halt! Wasn't that part of the goal of the 9/11 attack?"
Arellano has been ordered deported but instead of reporting for the process, she took refuge in Aldaberto United Methodist Church.
She had been apprehended as part of an investigation named Operation Chicagoland Skies, an attempt to track down terrorists, which actually captured more illegal aliens.
Patricia Mendoza of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund called it a public relations stunt.
"These are all people who were basically trying to make a life for themselves and their families," she said.
Arellano was caught because she used a fake Social Security number and was working at a Chicago airport, where security has been heightened.
But she refused to cooperate and took up residence in the church, from which she now runs the activist lobby United Latino Family.
She has said she'll stay there indefinitely.
"If Homeland Security chooses to send agents to a holy place, I could know that God wants me to serve as an example of the hatred and hypocrisy of the current administration," Arellano was quoted as saying.
Federal authorities say she isn't "less deportable" legally because she is in a church, but it would look bad politically "to be hauling people out of churches."

An illegal alien who has taken refuge in a Chicago-area church after defying federal law by refusing to follow a deportation order now is calling for the suspension of the nation's immigration laws and a "campaign of resistance."
Following the failure of U.S. Senate plan that would have created a legal status for the 12-20 million illegal aliens already in the U.S., Mexican activist Elvira Arellano demanded an immediate moratorium be imposed on all raids and deportations.
In a written statement from the La Raza newspaper, publicized by a the Chicago Fox News affilate's blog, she said "if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law."
Arellano has been confined – voluntarily – to a church in the Chicago area since Aug. 15 to avoid being deported. She said such a moratorium would allow time for the U.S. to "revive and pass a comprehensive immigration reform."
Without such action, her statement continued, immigrant organizations would launch a campaign "aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt."
Several other groups also joined in her threat, confirming the plans for "economic sanctions" against companies that support "anti-immigration legislators."

Where immigration and gun rights meet
I have, for the most part, kept this blog out of the debate about illegal immigration, because Armed and Safe is pretty exclusively about gun rights, and how those are violated by gun legislation (this post is about the closest thing to an exception). Generally speaking, I think any connection between the immigration debate and the gun rights debate is fairly tenuous. Today, though, I'll discuss a tragic intersection of the two issues.
This past Monday, Schanna Gayden, a 13-year-old honors student in Chicago, was killed in broad daylight, for the "crime" of being on a playground that marked the battle line between two rival gangs. The shooter proved to be not much of a threat to his enemies in the other gang, but was lethal to the innocent child.
Predictably, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley blamed America's "gun culture." This, of course, is the same Chicago Mayor Richard Daley who over a year ago decreed that Chicago become an immigrant "sanctuary city," in which police and other officials are expressly forbidden from checking into the immigration status of the people with whom they deal (that last link is to an article about the fact that the entire county of Cook may join Chicago in abetting illegal immigration).
What does Daley's (and by extension, Chicago's) contempt for U.S. immigration laws have to do with Schanna Gayden's senseless killing? One of the two suspects, and the leader of the gang responsible, is in the U.S. illegally. Mwenda Murithi, of Kenya, came to the U.S. on a student visa in 1999. That visa expired long ago, but here he remains, only to order the shooting that killed the young girl.
Murithi, who in the eight years he has been in this country has accumulated 28 arrests, including four felonies, has clearly had plenty of dealings with Chicago police, but since they have been ordered to not care about his immigration status, deportation was never in the cards for him (and since our "justice" system allows people with such lengthy crime dossiers to run free, he was not in prison here, either).
Schanna Gayden was not killed by America's "gun culture"--responsibility for her slaying lies at least in part with Daley's mandated contempt for our national borders.

Bush Coddles Islam

At Wednesday's rededication ceremony of the Saudi-funded Islamic Center of Washington, D.C., President Bush missed a perfect opportunity to repudiate apologism for radical Islam, and instead announced his latest plan to get the Muslim world to stop hating America: appoint a special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).
Bush praised the OIC, saying, "We admire and thank those Muslims who have denounced what the Secretary General of the OIC called 'radical fringe elements who pretend that they act in the name of Islam.'" The special envoy's mission, Bush said, would be to "listen and learn" to OIC ambassadors.
While this may sound nice, it is rooted in complete ignorance of the rampant radicalism, pro-terrorist, and anti-American sentiments routinely found in statements by the OIC and its leaders, including referring to "Islamophobia" -- and not the mass slaughter of innocents in the name of Islam -- the "worst form of terrorism," as OIC did last May.
In 2002, the OIC published its "Declaration on International Terrorism." Therein, the authors stated, amongst other outrageous claims, that there was no such thing as Palestinian terrorism, writing, "We reject any attempt to associate Islamic states or Palestinian and Lebanese resistance with terrorism." To the OIC, groups like Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, and Hezbollah are not terrorists, but "freedom fighters."
This is just the beginning of a litany of the OIC's wrongs.In March 2006, OIC General Secretary Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu embraced Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal at a press conference at OIC's headquarters. Ihsanoglu whitewashed: "With its win, Hamas begins a new stage in the development of the Palestinian issue. We assure that Hamas will deal with all national and international requirements in a practical and logical way."
At a "special session" of the OIC in August of the same year, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called for "the elimination of the Zionist regime," a statement that OIC failed to condemn. Moreover, the OIC has repeatedly backed Iran's nuclear ambitions. As Ishanoglu said in April, "All member states of the OIC and I have obviously supported Iran's right to access peaceful nuclear technology," despite clear indications that the Iranian regime's uranium-enrichment program is designed chiefly to make nuclear weapons.
And then, there is OIC's explaining away of the 9/11 attacks, which "expressed the frustration, disappointment, and disillusion that are festering deep in the Muslims' soul towards the aggressions and discriminations committed by the West."
These are the people that President Bush feels the need to "listen and learn" from. And the Bush administration's wishful thinking extends beyond his feelings toward the OIC, to the very location where Bush was giving his speech.
The 2005 Freedom House report on the Saudi-led radicalization of American mosques specifically identifies the Washington Islamic Center as a hotbed of hatred. In the past decade, I personally collected numerous copies of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion from the mosque. The Freedom House report chronicles the center's extremism: imams instructed their students to distance themselves from the West, forbade Muslim students from wearing the traditional cap and gown at during University graduation, and warned that participating in American holidays was the "most dangerous form of imitating the unbelievers, the most destructive and the most prevalent among the Muslims."
The center's library included a Saudi text book for 11th graders that described "the role of the Jews in the corruption of the European way of life," and that Jews used "innocuous-sounding themes as 'progress and civilization' or 'individual freedom' to destroy Europe."
There are many more examples in the report. Unfortunately, the President's lack of awareness is not limited to the OIC and the Washington Islamic Center, but also to the officials of the so-called "moderate" Muslim organizations whom the FBI, Department of Justice, Defense Department, and Department of State routinely invite to meetings and hearings.
In his speech, Bush said, "This enemy falsely claims that America is at war with Muslims and the Muslim faith, when in fact it is these radicals who are Islam's true enemy." Yet that very talking point is the refuge of America's supposedly mainstream Muslim organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and the Islamic Society of North American (ISNA).
In March 2002, in response to an FBI raid of Islamist organizations in Northern Virginia, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad said, "This is a war against Islam and Muslim... Our administration has the burden of proving otherwise." In February 2004, MPAC Vice Chairman Aslam Abdullah said, "in the name of the 'war on terror,' Islam and Muslims have become a target in America and elsewhere," and in June 2004 Abdullah accused President Bush of engaging in "a religious and racist agenda and prejudice against Islam, Muslims, and Arabs." In 2004, Louay Safi, a top ISNA official, went further, writing that the "assertion by 'world leaders' that the war on terrorism is not a war on Islam is nothing but a piece of propaganda and disinformation that was meant to appease Western Muslims and to maintain the coalition against terrorism."
Meanwhile, Bush's own Justice Department recently formally named CAIR and ISNA as Muslim Brotherhood-front groups, listing them as unindicted co-conspirators in the largest terrorist financing case in U.S. history, against the Holy Land Foundation, an alleged Hamas front group.
In his wrongheaded outreach to the OIC, the president aligns with those who think the West is responsible for Islamic terrorism. Bush himself has said we "abandoned Muslims in the Middle East to tyrants and terrorists." Yet Wahhabism was born in the 18th century, long before Western colonialism in the Middle East and the resulting appointment of despotic rulers. It was the fascist Muslim Brotherhood that gave birth to terrorist groups like al Qaeda and Hamas, and it is the absence of a reformation that keeps the Muslim world boiling and in regression.
Unfortunately, despite his best intentions, the president gave the wrong speech at the wrong time. Perhaps the most telling indicator of his error was the fact that hours after his speech, CAIR, the un-indicted co-conspirator in the Hamas case in Dallas, congratulated the president on the appointment of a representative to OIC. With friends like these, who needs enemies?
