Ayman Hassan joins the Walid Shoebat Foundation and now speaks for Israel
Below is a statement in support of Israel from Ayman Hassan who still lives in the Middle East.
Shalom. As an Arab Muslim I once asked myself: Why do I hate Israel? I really thought about this question. After little deliberation the answer was clear, because I am a Muslim and Islam is extremely intolerant. It's the intolerance to everything non Muslim, that is the problem and I say this as a Muslim, but today I have rejected the teachings of Islam for this very reason. I have left Islam. As an Arab "Palestinian", living in Lebanon, coming from a Muslim family, I was brought up with the hatred of Jews, Christians, and all non Muslims. Now I'm 24, I have matured enough to view the world through a different perspective; I reviewed real history and studied the sequence of events before and after the restoration of the State of Israel. I decided to step outside the mindset of a typical Muslim. It didn't take long to realize that I was on the wrong track and I moved quickly to the other side. In order to be at peace with myself I have come to reject the hatred of Israel and now love my former enemy. I have not embraced another religion but I am pursuing a new spiritual path.
Why do the Arabs and Muslims have to reject the presence of a Jewish state in a tiny percentage of the land of the Middle East? Why Islamic intolerance forbids other nations their right to exist in their own land. The whole world should realize that Islam is at war with all nations on the planet. In our Muslim societies it is not "the extremists" but the whole society infected with this hatred. It is in the mosques, the schools, the media and in the homes of nearly every Muslim family. It isn't just Israel but the hatred of America and Christians, Islam hates all other religions. In the case of Israel, its only fault is that it's a Jewish state who wants to live in peace within its borders.
It's not a struggle of so called "Palestinians" to establish a country and retain some land, which was never theirs, I know because I studied the real history. The real problem is racism and the intolerance of Muslims, the blind hatred and jealousy to see a flourishing, strong and modern country where people from other faiths can live peacefully. Why are the Jews forbidden to have a country? These people have contributed much to the world's culture and offered the best scientists, artists, doctors and have been victims of intolerance throughout history? Why are they forbidden to live in their national Zionist dream and return to their homeland, which was some desert which they cultivated and transformed in to one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth? Why do the Arabs and the Muslim world have to take everything, and claim every land they step on to be theirs. "Palestine" never existed, and should never, and that is coming from me an Arab who is classified as a "Palestinian." The creation of a Palestinian state would be the biggest threat to the existence of Israel and would not bring one day of peace to Israel; I know how my people think! It should never be allowed. In fact supporting a Palestinian State is the equivilent of supporting Nazi Germany and the persecution of Jews.
Israel has already made the mistake twice of giving land for peace, once in Southern Lebanon, and secondly in Gaza. We all know the terrible results: the expansion of Hizballah's power in Lebanon and the creation of a terrorist state in Gaza. Hamas and other terrorist organizations now have the space to launch more terrorist attacks and hostile activities on Israeli cities and villages.
Israel's right to exist shouldn't be open for discussion. Hamas, Hizballah or Islamic Jihad, and the people behind them, must be destroyed. Nothing should hinder Israel's army to do whatever it takes to protect their people and ensure the safety of Israel, from TelAviv, to the smallest settlement inside Israel which should include Judea and Samaria (the West Bank).
I don't blame the Israeli army for any defense measure it takes. It has been fighting Islamic terrorism long before any other nation faced their atrocities. The Israeli soldiers have been on the front line on behalf of the whole free world. I am proud to support the Israeli defense forces, the most civilized and humane army in the world, no matter how the media might try to portray them. One can't but respect the brave Israeli army which puts its soldiers' lives at risk in order to protect civilian life in Gaza or Southern Lebanon, the same civilians whom in both places have voted terrorist organizations to power. The same "innocent civilians" which deny Israel's right to exist, who never are held accountable for the democratic choices they have made. Yet still, the Israeli army, and in the most critical war times, try as much as possible to avoid harming their lives, even at the expense of losing lives on their side as well as tactical and strategic disadvantages because of their moral behavior. I salute the Israeli army; I can't but support these heroes, and bow in respect to the memory of their fallen ones. I can't but stand with Israel in its fight for its existence amid this crazy part of the world.
I used to hate Israel with a passion but today I am proud to say that I have shed my hatred for Israel and it has transformed to a deep love, passion, and respect for Zionism and all the values it stands for.
I am proud that today I support the full restoration of Jerusalem. For the first time in my life I'm at peace with myself and in great harmony of what I believe in; standing with Israel and the Jewish people, who are the most forgiving and tolerant people on earth. They must be praised for their deep dedication to their cause, and for their patience in their endurance of harm and hatred.
Jerusalem should never be divided and soon the Temple Mount should also be liberated. All other religious groups in the world have free access to their most sacred sites yet the Jews still watch their holiest place, Solomon's temple, under occupation. I can't but feel compassionate with their dream, and I know that their fight is now my fight.
Israel's existence and survival is really a test and responsibility for the whole civilized world. It's the battle against Islam's imperial quest to conquer the whole world. Israel is the fortress and stronghold for freedom and tolerance in the Middle East.
I have held my tongue for too long but today a great burden has been lifted from my heart. I don't care if I've been considered a traitor by my people for loving Israel. It's an honor for me; if supporting Israel's right to exist is a sin then I'm a sinner. I'm proud to be an Arab who stands with a country that should be emulated by all its neighbors. Long live Israel! For the sake of its people and for the sake of the world's stability and freedom, I'm proud to say I love Israel. I know that even if I don't have Jewish blood in my veins, I know I am Israeli at heart.

Terrorist Plan Averted?
Islamic terrorists planned large scale, mass casualty attacks across Europe.

27 January 2008: Attacks targeting the public transportation systems in Europe by Islamic terrorists were planned “across Europe to take place within the next two weeks,” according to a UK counterterrorism official interviewed early Sunday morning by the Northeast Intelligence Network. “Investigation found the attacks involve as many as two-dozen Islamic terrorists spread across Europe, with an ‘operational presence’ in Great Britain,” stated this source. Speaking on the condition of anonymity due to the constraints imposed by his position, the official stated that the attacks, if successful, would have been “a significant mass casualty event.”
The Targets
According to published reports and unpublished information provided exclusively to the Northeast Intelligence Network by our source in the UK, time coordinated attacks were planned against the Barcelona metro, public transportation in Germany, France, Portugal, and Great Britain. The attacks were planned “to mirror the successes of the Madrid attacks, yet on a much wider and deadlier scale.” Islamic terrorists attacked Madrid commuter trains in March 2004, killing 191 people and wounding nearly 2,000 more.
Subways and passenger trains in at least four European cities, including Barcelona and London were the “number-one target.”
The terrorists planned to dispatch teams of two operates into the subways carrying knapsacks packed with explosives, and detonate the deadly cargo using cell phones. Operatives wearing explosive-laden vests were to detonate their bombs while others remotely detonated the backpacks or carry-ons.
The Plot
The plot was initially discovered by Spanish authorities investigating plans of an attack timed for this week's visit by Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf. The investigation by Spain's officials, dubbed "Operation Cantata," widened as information was obtained through the interrogation of an al Qaeda operative and suspect. The plot originated by Muslim terrorists and al Qaeda members in Pakistan. The homicide bombers and "Barcelona cell" were tracked by authorities as they entered Spain from Pakistan within the previous 30 days.
To date, fourteen Muslim terrorists have been arrested. With their arrest, a large cache of bomb-making material and supplies were seized, including but not limited to liquid nitro cellulous, anti-personnel shrapnel including lead and steel ball bearings, timers, wires, and other tools, and an empty box of Fontein Royal flares. A large amount of Islamic jihad audio and printed material, some downloaded from the Internet, was also seized from the suspects.
According to authorities, four of the suspects initially arrested have since been released due to lack of evidence. The investigation is continuing.
According to the UK official speaking to the Northeast Intelligence Network, the thwarting of this plot most likely "saved thousands of lives." "It [the plot] was big, extremely well planned and well financed." More information on this deadly multi-level plot will be forthcoming.

Human Smugglers Turned Back
Border Patrol targets immigrant-smuggling 800 miles from border

PEARL, Miss. — Detective Nick McLendon, on stakeout duty along a dark stretch of eastbound Interstate 20, noticed a red Chevy Suburban with heavily tinted windows and no light over its rear Texas license plate. The missing light gave him all the excuse he needed to pull the SUV over.
Packed into the Suburban, he discovered, were 14 illegal immigrants, two suspected smugglers, and a spiral notebook on the front seat, listing the passengers and their destinations in Spanish — "Arterio Ramires to Nuy Yersey; David Luna to Nueba York; Marcelina and Jasmin to Carolina del Norte; Jose Aguilar to Alabama; Josefina Ortega to Chicago; Gustavo Ribera to Florida."
The arrests — some 800 miles from the Mexican border — represented a new and dramatic shift in U.S. immigration enforcement strategy.
Federal agents, with help from local law officers like McLendon, a Pearl detective, have begun intercepting illegal immigrants and smugglers along stretches of highway deep in the U.S. interior, where those who have slipped into the country usually have little chance of getting caught.
"They think they're pretty much home free once they get up here," said Bill Botts, the assistant chief patrol agent in charge of the Border Patrol's Gulfport, Miss., station. But Operation Uniforce, as the two-week crackdown begun Jan. 13 is called, "is pretty much a shocker for the smuggling organizations."
More than 300 immigrants and suspected smugglers had been arrested as of Tuesday, more than a week into the operation.
Interstate 20 has become a major corridor for immigrant smugglers. It peels off from I-10 in West Texas and runs across the South, passing through Atlanta and linking up with other major highways, including I-95, which leads to Miami to the south and Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and Boston to the north.
About 40 Border Patrol and customs agents who normally work at or close to the border have been temporarily assigned to the crackdown. They and local law officers have spread out along several miles of I-20 and some of its connecting highways, parking their vehicles out in the open in the median or by the side of the road.
After the two weeks are up, they will return to their usual jobs and evaluate what they learned. In the coming weeks or months, they may return to I-20 and do it again.
The hope, though, is whether they come back or not, the crackdown will put immigrant smugglers on notice and disrupt their business by forcing them to take longer, slower and more costly detours.
Border Patrol spokesman Ramon Rivera said the vast majority of those caught in the crackdown are Mexicans headed to the East Coast, where they typically land jobs in agriculture, construction and manufacturing. Agents also found a Mexican who had paid a smuggler $400 to get him home to avoid a murder charge in Chicago.
But perhaps more important, the agents also uncovered vital information about a few prolific smuggling rings and a popular Texas stash house where immigrants were being kept after crossing the border.
"The intelligence we are getting is absolutely priceless," Rivera said.
The Border Patrol said it had no immediate estimate of the cost of Operation Uniforce.
Federal agents ran three such operations closer to the border last year: two in Baton Rouge, La., and one in Mobile, Ala. Those efforts seemed to force the smugglers north from I-10 to I-20. So this time, agents picked up and moved deeper into the interior to I-20, some 800 miles from the nearest border crossing, at Brownsville, Texas.
The Associated Press was allowed to document the operation during an nighttime ride-along last week in Mississippi.
On that night, McLendon, who normally pulls over motorists in a search for drugs, found the exhausted immigrants crammed in the Suburban, shoes off, a few blankets on the floorboards, a half-empty jug of water in the back. The passengers, including a girl of about 10, had crossed into the United States from Mexico near Nogales, Ariz., some 1,200 miles away from this Mississippi town.
It was unclear whether they sneaked across the open desert on foot, or passed through a border crossing station and then climbed into the SUV. But the Suburban had made it all the way from the border in Arizona — a receipt in the vehicle showed that someone bought a new battery there on Wednesday — and passed through Dallas on Thursday — the driver stopped for an oil change about 1:30 p.m. — before being stopped outside Jackson, Miss.
If McLendon had come across these immigrants a week earlier, he would have issued a ticket for the missing light and sent them on their way. The nearest fixed Border Patrol station is 160 miles away in Gulfport, and he wouldn't have called it because the agents wouldn't have made the three-hour trip for such a routine matter.
This time, Border Patrol agents posted along the highway promptly arrived on the scene, and all 16 people were arrested and held for deportation.
"When Border Patrol pulled up you could see the disappointment on their face, that they would be going all the way back," McLendon said.

Oh the Irony--Mexico is Having Problems Re-Absorbing It's Citizens

Arizona had an interesting law go into effect January 1, 2008. It's called the Employer (EPLI) Sanctions Law and requires ALL employers to verify ALL employees are United States citizens. In anticipation of this law going into effect, many illegals from the Tucson and Phoenix areas "self-deported" with their families right around Christmas (normally, the illegals would pack up the family and cross back "home" to visit with the family and then come back here). In anticipation of the new law, the border was full with the illegals moving home.
Well... That's a good thing.
Then, we have several businesses in Phoenix going belly up and declaring bankruptcy. Three reasons--1) the Employer Sanctions Law; 2) the businesses catered to illegals (who are self-deporting) and 3) if the businesses didn't specifically cater to illegals, they hired illegals.
This is also a good thing.
Here's the ironic part...Mexico has issues with the Employer Sanction Law. Mexico is concerned it can't handle the influx of it's own citizens back into their home country.
According to a January 4, 2008 AP article entitled "Mexico Criticizes Arizona Employer Sanctions Law" here, "Measures like the one approved in Arizona do not contribute to solving the issue of migration by workers between the two countries, and ignore the contributions that migrants make to the U.S. economy and society," Mexico's Foreign Relations Department said.
And:
The Mexican government considers migration an unavoidable phenomenon given the higher wages in the United States. It strongly opposes tightened U.S. controls such as border fences, and instead wants temporary work-visa programs and legalization of workers in the United States.Well, what can you expect from a country whose main export is its own citizens?

Two articles in Arizona papers today (although I first heard this on the 3p.m. news last night while waiting for my daughter's softball game to begin.
The first article was published by the Tucson Citizen, Sheryl Kornman reporting and is titled "Sonoran Officials Slam Sanctions Law In Tucson Visit". The opening paragraphs of this article A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to say Arizona's new employer sanctions law will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state.
At a news conference, the legislators said Sonora - Arizona's southern neighbor, made up of mostly small towns - cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers here return to their hometowns without jobs or money.a few more "How can they pass a law like this?" asked Mexican Rep. Leticia Amparano Gamez, who represents Nogales.and:
"Mexico is not prepared for this, for the tremendous problems" it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona and sending money to their families return to hometowns in Sonora without jobs, she said.and the money quote from this "What do we do with the repatriated?" he asked. "As Mexicans, we are worried.
They are Mexicans but they are also people - fathers and mothers and young people with jobs" who won't have work in Sonora."Then, there's this article from Channel 12 News (NBC Affiliate, Phoenix), Melissa Gonzalo reporting and titled "Sonoran Legislators Oppose Employer Sanctions Law" . Sonoran legislators from Mexico's PAN democratic party said their state is not prepared for a mass return of Mexican nationals. They met with Arizona legislators at the State Capitol Wednesday morning.
They said they understand the reasons for the employer sanctions law, but said they don't think all the consequences were taken into account.
"We are concerned because probably we won't be able to have all the resources to help in case the amount of people are too many people," said coordinator of the group, Florencio Diaz Armenta. The delegation from Sonora said they cannot quantify how many people have returned to their state from Arizona, so far. But they said, based on anecdotal information, they know there are two groups returning- day laborers and professionals.
Armenta said Mexico does have a plan in place to help those immigrants returning to their country, but he said it is not enough. He said they plan on continuing to engage in open dialogue with Arizona lawmakers in hopes of reaching an agreement. "There is a history of relationship between the states Arizona and Sonora," said Armenta. "We have families on both sides, so we have to worry about what happens on both sides of the border." He said they hope to invite Arizona legislators to meet in Sonora the next
The delegation from Sonora also met with LULAC in Tucson.My take on this? Mexico didn't think Arizona would follow through. Now, Mexico (the country whose main export is its people) has to find a way to solve their own problems with their own people--and they don't like it. They are having to deal with the same problems (on a significantly smaller scale at this point) the United States has had to deal with in absorbing their citizens into our country. They are, quite simply, going to have to find solutions to deal with their citizens. They're going to have to work on their economy, work on their infrastructure, all the things that make a country. They're not going to be able to count on the illegal earnings flowing back to them from the United States. That money flow is drying up.
And it's not just Arizona enforcing the laws. Tulsa, Oklahoma is enforcing as well. From World Net Daily, we see this headline (article postes August 25, 2007): "Mandatory Deportation Has Illegals On The Run" with the subtitle of "State Law Limiting Benefits Looms, and Estimated 25,000 Take to Road". The money quote from this article is "This isn't about whether you are for or against immigration, or for or against immigrants. It doesn't matter what your skin color is or if you speak with an accent. What matters is if you are in the country legally or illegally. The only people threatened by House Bill 1804 are those who choose to break the law," he said.
Expect more whining from Mexico and racist groups such as Aztlan and La Raza. Laws are being enforced, sanctuary cities are rescinding their sanctuary stand (Phoenix for example) and the illegals are peaceably exiting the country.

Oh the Irony--Mexico is Having Problems Re-Absorbing It's Citizens

Arizona had an interesting law go into effect January 1, 2008. It's called the Employer (EPLI) Sanctions Law and requires ALL employers to verify ALL employees are United States citizens. In anticipation of this law going into effect, many illegals from the Tucson and Phoenix areas "self-deported" with their families right around Christmas (normally, the illegals would pack up the family and cross back "home" to visit with the family and then come back here). In anticipation of the new law, the border was full with the illegals moving home.
Well... That's a good thing.
Then, we have several businesses in Phoenix going belly up and declaring bankruptcy. Three reasons--1) the Employer Sanctions Law; 2) the businesses catered to illegals (who are self-deporting) and 3) if the businesses didn't specifically cater to illegals, they hired illegals.
This is also a good thing.
Here's the ironic part...Mexico has issues with the Employer Sanction Law. Mexico is concerned it can't handle the influx of it's own citizens back into their home country.
According to a January 4, 2008 AP article entitled "Mexico Criticizes Arizona Employer Sanctions Law" here, "Measures like the one approved in Arizona do not contribute to solving the issue of migration by workers between the two countries, and ignore the contributions that migrants make to the U.S. economy and society," Mexico's Foreign Relations Department said.

The Mexican government considers migration an unavoidable phenomenon given the higher wages in the United States. It strongly opposes tightened U.S. controls such as border fences, and instead wants temporary work-visa programs and legalization of workers in the United States.Well, what can you expect from a country whose main export is its own citizens?

Two articles in Arizona papers today (although I first heard this on the 3p.m. news last night while waiting for my daughter's softball game to begin.
The first article was published by the Tucson Citizen, Sheryl Kornman reporting and is titled "Sonoran Officials Slam Sanctions Law In Tucson Visit". The opening paragraphs of this article A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to say Arizona's new employer sanctions law will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state.
At a news conference, the legislators said Sonora - Arizona's southern neighbor, made up of mostly small towns - cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers here return to their hometowns without jobs or money.a few more "How can they pass a law like this?" asked Mexican Rep. Leticia Amparano Gamez, who represents Nogales.and:
"Mexico is not prepared for this, for the tremendous problems" it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona and sending money to their families return to hometowns in Sonora without jobs, she said.and the money quote from this "What do we do with the repatriated?" he asked. "As Mexicans, we are worried.
They are Mexicans but they are also people - fathers and mothers and young people with jobs" who won't have work in Sonora."Then, there's this article from Channel 12 News (NBC Affiliate, Phoenix), Melissa Gonzalo reporting and titled "Sonoran Legislators Oppose Employer Sanctions Law" . Sonoran legislators from Mexico's PAN democratic party said their state is not prepared for a mass return of Mexican nationals. They met with Arizona legislators at the State Capitol Wednesday morning.
They said they understand the reasons for the employer sanctions law, but said they don't think all the consequences were taken into account.
"We are concerned because probably we won't be able to have all the resources to help in case the amount of people are too many people," said coordinator of the group, Florencio Diaz Armenta. The delegation from Sonora said they cannot quantify how many people have returned to their state from Arizona, so far. But they said, based on anecdotal information, they know there are two groups returning- day laborers and professionals.
Armenta said Mexico does have a plan in place to help those immigrants returning to their country, but he said it is not enough. He said they plan on continuing to engage in open dialogue with Arizona lawmakers in hopes of reaching an agreement. "There is a history of relationship between the states Arizona and Sonora," said Armenta. "We have families on both sides, so we have to worry about what happens on both sides of the border." He said they hope to invite Arizona legislators to meet in Sonora the next
The delegation from Sonora also met with LULAC in Tucson.My take on this? Mexico didn't think Arizona would follow through. Now, Mexico (the country whose main export is its people) has to find a way to solve their own problems with their own people--and they don't like it. They are having to deal with the same problems (on a significantly smaller scale at this point) the United States has had to deal with in absorbing their citizens into our country. They are, quite simply, going to have to find solutions to deal with their citizens. They're going to have to work on their economy, work on their infrastructure, all the things that make a country. They're not going to be able to count on the illegal earnings flowing back to them from the United States. That money flow is drying up.
And it's not just Arizona enforcing the laws. Tulsa, Oklahoma is enforcing as well. From World Net Daily, we see this headline (article postes August 25, 2007): "Mandatory Deportation Has Illegals On The Run" with the subtitle of "State Law Limiting Benefits Looms, and Estimated 25,000 Take to Road". The money quote from this article is "This isn't about whether you are for or against immigration, or for or against immigrants. It doesn't matter what your skin color is or if you speak with an accent. What matters is if you are in the country legally or illegally. The only people threatened by House Bill 1804 are those who choose to break the law," he said.
Expect more whining from Mexico and racist groups such as Aztlan and La Raza. Laws are being enforced, sanctuary cities are rescinding their sanctuary stand (Phoenix for example) and the illegals are peaceably exiting the country.

Drug Smugglers in Arizona
Smugglers ratchet up abductions in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A woman leaving an eyeglass store is grabbed in the parking lot by four men who force her, kicking and screaming, into a pickup truck. The kidnappers demand a $900,000 ransom.
But police soon realize her family is holding something back and isn't fully cooperating with them. Later, investigators find out that relatives have arranged the woman's release on their own. And they discover that members of the family are heavy into marijuana trafficking.
The case illustrates how a terrifyingly common crime in Latin America has moved across the border into the United States: Criminals and their family members are being kidnapped by fellow criminals and held for six-figure ransoms.
The abductions are occurring in the Phoenix area at the rate of practically one per day, and police suspect they have led to killings in which bound and bullet-riddled bodies have been found dumped in the desert.
The kidnap victims are typically drug or immigrant smugglers, who are seen as inviting targets because they have a lot of money, they can raise large sums of cash on short notice, and they are unlikely to go to the police for fear that their own shady dealings will come to light.
"We have never had a victim that we have investigated that has been as clean as the new driven snow," said Sgt. Phil Roberts, who investigates the kidnappings. "There has always been some type of criminal element to it. Either they are criminals, drug dealers or human smugglers — or a close family member is."
The kidnappers themselves are fellow traffickers who are doing it for the money or to punish their rivals.
Phoenix had more than 340 such kidnappings reported last year, but police said the real number is much higher because many cases go unreported.
The San Diego area also has seen a rise in kidnappings over the past year, with two or three reported during busy weeks, and some victims were mixed up in drug smuggling. But the hostage-taking appears to be most prevalent in Phoenix, the nation's biggest base of operations for immigrant smugglers.
Kidnappings are common in Mexico, and the victims often include criminals as well as legitimate businessmen, such as bankers. Phoenix police said they believe the kidnappers here are not going after legitimate businessmen for fear that their families will go to the police.
The kidnappings first came to light in Phoenix three years ago but are rising as overall violence associated with immigrant smuggling intensifies in Arizona.
Immigrant smuggling is a lucrative line of work: A ring that moves a load of 30 illegal entrants through Arizona can gross $45,000 to $75,000.
And smugglers can quickly get their hands on large sums of money — sometimes in the middle of the night. In one case, someone who turned to authorities about a kidnapping brought more than $300,000 in ransom money to the Police Department in cereal boxes.
Many of the abductions begin in "drop houses" — homes where immigrant smugglers hold customers until they pay up. Typically, the kidnappers storm drop houses or relatives' homes at gunpoint, smack the victims around, tie them up and speed off to a hiding place.
Hostages are often tortured as the kidnappers try to force families to meet their demands. A victim's finger might be cut off. A man might get a phone call in which he is forced to listen to his wife getting raped.
The families often go to the police only as a last resort. Even then, people may later cut investigators out of the picture. Sometimes hostages are found dead in the desert, often with gunshot wounds to the head and torso, their hands bound behind them.
"It's usually because they don't get paid. These people are ruthless, serious criminals," said police spokesman Sgt. Joel Tranter.
Police know few details of the release of the 44-year-old woman kidnapped outside the eyeglass store in Phoenix in May.
Initially, the woman's husband told police that he didn't know why his wife was seized and that his family wasn't involved in anything illegal.
Eventually, investigators learned the family's produce and meat-processing business had been investigated in 2003 as a possible drug-trafficking front.
Confronted with that information, the husband said that two sons had about 150 pounds of marijuana stolen from them and that they owed money to the people who sold them the drugs. They eventually made good on their debt, but the sellers were demanding an additional $50,000.
The Police Department said it does not pursue drug or immigration charges against witnesses or victims in kidnapping cases because investigators need their cooperation.
Police said nearly all cases in which families cooperated fully have resulted in the safe return of the victims, usually after a SWAT team knocked down doors to rescue the kidnapped.
In other cases, police learn of the kidnappings only after neighbors call about suspicious activity. In one case, a motorist waiting at a red light saw a man with plastic ties on his feet and hands roll out of the trunk of a vehicle.

Legal Jihad
This “Legal Jihad” Must Be Stopped!
Imagine an America where no journalist, author, or speaker dared to write or speak out about militant Islam and Islamic terrorism. Imagine an America where books like Brigitte Gabriel’s Because They Hate were never published out of fear by the publishing company that they could be bankrupted by “libel” lawsuits.
Sounds impossible in America, right? After all, this is the world’s beacon light of free speech and free press, right?
Yes, but those rights are under very serious assault from another tentacle of Jihad – “Legal Jihad.”
One of the tactics being employed by Islamists to intimidate critics and muzzle investigative reporting of Islamic militancy and terrorism is the use of lawsuits alleging defamation of character and slander. A particularly egregious example of this has ensnared Rachel Ehrenfeld, noted author on terrorism and related issues, and a member of the Advisory Board of American Congress for Truth, ACT! for America’s sister organization.
Ehrenfeld was sued in a British court by Saudi billionaire Khalid Salim bin Mahfouz for detailing in her book how Bin Mahfouz, and some of his family, are allegedly tied to funding terrorist organizations. She lost the suit by default and was ordered to pay Bin Mahfouz over $225,000 in damages.
Bin Mahfouz has used the British legal system to obtain more than three dozen such judgments affecting the U.S. media. His tactics have been so successful that several major American media companies and book publishing companies have chosen to pull books and issue apologies and retractions, rather than face the economic consequences of losing to him in British courts.
Such legal assaults, if allowed to succeed, have chilling and far-reaching implications for our cherished freedoms of speech and the press so enormous that they threaten the very foundation of American liberty.
It is no accident that our Founding Fathers placed freedom of speech and the press in the very first amendment of the Bill of Rights. They understood that without such freedoms, there cannot be a free people.
Ehrenfeld rightly sought a court order and legal protection of her constitutional rights in the New York court system. Shockingly, a New York Court of Appeals has ruled that it cannot protect her from this lawsuit. The court ruled that it does not have jurisdiction to protect Americans – on U.S. soil – from a foreign defamation verdict!!
This court ruling has stunned many in the legal, media and publishing community. The British court system’s legal standard for libel is much lower than that in the United States, which explains why litigants like Bin Mahfouz file lawsuits in Great Britain. They recognize they are unlikely to succeed with such lawsuits in America, so they use foreign courts in an attempt to intimidate and muzzle American authors and journalists.
This is nothing more than “Legal Jihad” – and it must be stopped.
Fortunately, a bi-partisan effort is now under way in New York to pass legislation designed to protect journalists, authors and publishers from lawsuits filed outside the U.S. by foreign nationals seeking to muzzle the First Amendment rights of American citizens, particularly those reporting on terrorism and its financiers.
This Sunday, January 13th, at 10:30 a.m., on the steps of the New York Public Library, 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue, a bi-partisan news conference will be held by New York State Senate Deputy Majority Leader Dean Skelos and Assemblyman Rory I. Lancman, where they will announce the introduction of such legislation. The two lawmakers, Ehrenfeld, and members of the bar, will warn that without this legislation, not only are authors and journalists threatened, the contents of the New York Public Library could be subject to assault by foreign nationals seeking to silence public debate in America. They are to be applauded and supported for this effort.

Pentagon Promotes Muslim Cleric
Last Friday, we reported the firing of Stephen Coughlin, the Pentagon specialist on Islamic law and Islamist extremism. The Washington Times story we emailed you noted that “the action followed a report in this space last week revealing opposition to his [Coughlin’s] work for the military by pro-Muslim officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England.”
Now we learn that Deputy Defense Secretary England personally promoted a Muslim Navy chaplain who, according to the WorldNetDaily report reprinted below, is a “Wahhabi-trained Muslim chaplain.” Wahhabism is a very radical strain of Islam that emanates principally from Saudi Arabia.
It would seem reasonable for all of us to ask: “What’s going on at the Pentagon?”

Pentagon honors Wahhabi-trained Muslim chaplain

In a special ceremony, the Pentagon recently promoted a Wahhabi-trained Muslim chaplain who catered to al-Qaida detainees at Guantanamo and fought to establish the first mosque in Marine Corps history.
Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England personally promoted Navy chaplain Abuhena Mohammed Saifulislam from lieutenant to lieutenant commander. Saifulislam also received a Joint Service Commendation Medal at the Pentagon ceremony held on the fifth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Pentagon officials say the ceremony was unprecedented.
"It's unusual for a deputy secretary to personally promote an officer of that rank," said one official who wished to go unnamed. "No one has known of such a high-level dignitary doing that."
England also earlier this year personally dedicated a new Islamic center at Marine headquarters in Quantico, Va., on the advice of Saifulislam, a Bangladesh immigrant who became a U.S. citizen in 1995.
The Muslim chaplain, who is stationed at Quantico, recited verses from the Quran in Arabic and English at the summer dedication ceremony, which included representatives from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, several leaders of which have been convicted on terrorism-related charges.
Saifulislam, which is Arabic for "Sword of Islam," received his religious training at a radical Islamic school raided by federal agents after 9/11. Army Capt. James "Yousef" Yee, who ministered to al-Qaida detainees, was charged with mishandling classified information. Yee, a convert to Islam, quit the Army and the charges were dropped. But two of his Muslim military friends at Gitmo were convicted of espionage-related crimes.
Yee's predecessor at Gitmo was Saifulislam, who was first assigned to the terrorist prison camp after 9/11. While at the Cuban base, the Navy imam privately counseled al-Qaida prisoners in their native tongues of Urdu and Arabic. "I must give hope for them to cope," Saifulislam said at the time.
He set up the diet and prayer regimes for the detainees, recommending they be served halal meals – including traditional dates and lamb – prepared according to Islamic dietary law. Gitmo detainees can now choose from a menu of 113 Muslim-appropriate meals.
In addition, Saifulislam saw to it that detainees receive copies of the Quran and have access to prayer beads and skull caps. Saifulislam also set up a program to train guards to be more sensitive to the religious customs of their Muslim prisoners.

The U.S. Military Academy's first worship hall for Muslims boasts green carpets, shoe racks and a pulpit facing Mecca. Officials agreed to set up the mosque, large enough for dozens of followers, after Muslim leaders complained that the office where Muslim cadets gathered for Friday prayers had become too crowded.
The Army has been recruiting international cadets from Muslim countries such as Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. Muslim enrollment at the academy in New York has jumped to 32 from just two in 2001.
"We live in a world where everyone is looking at the United States saying, 'You're anti-Islam,'" explained West Point Chaplain Col. John Cook. "But here at West Point, that's not what we do."
The U.S. military now boasts more than 10,000 Muslim soldiers, many of them black converts. On the eve of the Army's push into Iraq, Army Sgt. Hasan Akbar, a black Muslim convert, fragged commanding officers at a military camp in Kuwait. He killed two of them and wounded 15 others.
Akbar, recently convicted of murder and given the death sentence, said at the time he did it out of loyalty to the umma, or global community of Muslims.
"You guys are coming into our countries," he said, "and you're going to rape our women and kill our children."
Within months of Akbar's traitorous 2003 attacks, the Defense Intelligence Agency issued an internal report warning that Muslim soldiers pose a possible security threat, according to national security reporter Bill Gertz in his new book "Enemies."
It was also in 2003 that Yee was accused of spying for the enemy while serving as a Muslim chaplain at Gitmo. Yee graduated from West Point, site of the Army's new mosque.
Now we learn that Deputy Defense Secretary England personally promoted a Muslim Navy chaplain who, according to the WorldNetDaily report reprinted below, is a “Wahhabi-trained Muslim chaplain.” Wahhabism is a very radical strain of Islam that emanates principally from Saudi Arabia.
It would seem reasonable for all of us to ask: “What’s going on at the Pentagon?”

In a special ceremony, the Pentagon recently promoted a Wahhabi-trained Muslim chaplain who catered to al-Qaida detainees at Guantanamo and fought to establish the first mosque in Marine Corps history.
Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England personally promoted Navy chaplain Abuhena Mohammed Saifulislam from lieutenant to lieutenant commander. Saifulislam also received a Joint Service Commendation Medal at the Pentagon ceremony held on the fifth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Pentagon officials say the ceremony was unprecedented.
"It's unusual for a deputy secretary to personally promote an officer of that rank," said one official who wished to go unnamed. "No one has known of such a high-level dignitary doing that."
England also earlier this year personally dedicated a new Islamic center at Marine headquarters in Quantico, Va., on the advice of Saifulislam, a Bangladesh immigrant who became a U.S. citizen in 1995.
The Muslim chaplain, who is stationed at Quantico, recited verses from the Quran in Arabic and English at the summer dedication ceremony, which included representatives from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, several leaders of which have been convicted on terrorism-related charges.

The Pledge of Allegiance

"As you may know, I spent five and one half years as a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War. In the early years of our imprisonment, the NVA kept us in solitary confinement or two or three to a cell. In 1971 the NVA moved us from these conditions of isolation into large rooms with as many as 30 to 40 men to a room.
This was, as you can imagine, a wonderful change and was a direct result of the efforts of millions of Americans on behalf of a few hundred POWs 10,000 miles from home.
One of the men who moved into my room was a young man named Mike Christian.
Mike came from a small town near Selma , Alabama He didn't wear a pair of shoes until he was 13 years old. At 17, he enlisted in the US Navy. He later earned a commission by going to Officer Training School Then he became a Naval Flight Officer and was shot down and captured in 1967. Mike had a keen and deep appreciation of the opportunities this country and our military provide for people who want to work and want to succeed.
As part of the change in treatment, the Vietnamese allowed some prisoners to receive packages from home. In some of these packages were handkerchiefs, scarves and other items of clothing.
Mike got himself a bamboo needle. Over a period of a couple of months, he created an American flag and sewed it on the inside of his shirt.
Every afternoon, before we had a bowl of soup, we would hang Mike's shirt on the wall of the cell and say the Pledge of Allegiance.
I know the Pledge of Allegiance may not seem the most important part of our day now, but I can assure you that in that stark cell it was indeed the most important and meaningful event.
One day the Vietnamese searched our cell, as they did periodically, and discovered Mike's shirt with the flag sewn inside, and removed it.
That evening they returned, opened the door of the cell, and for the benefit of all of us, beat Mike Christian severely for the next couple of hours. Then, they opened the door of the cell and threw him in. We cleaned him up as well as we could.
The cell in which we lived had a concrete slab in the middle on which we slept. Four naked light bulbs hung in each corner of the room.
As I said, we tried to clean up Mike as well as we could. After the excitement died down, I looked in the corner of the room, and sitting there beneath that dim light bulb with a piece of red cloth, another shirt and his bamboo needle, was my friend, Mike Christian. He was sitting there with his eyes almost shut from the beating he had received, making another American flag. He was not making the flag because it made Mike Christian feel better. He was making that flag because he knew how important it was to us to be able to Pledge our allegiance to our flag and country.
So the next time you say the Pledge of Allegiance, you must never forget the sacrifice and courage that thousands of Americans have made to build our nation and promote freedom around the world. You must remember our duty, our honor, and our country."

The media prate on about "change" vs. "experience," and we are all diverted by the play of personality and the sweep of celebrity on the presidential hustings. Which isn't to say that selecting the next President of the United States isn't important. It is hugely important.
But the most significant issue is utterly ignored by candidates and voters alike.
That issue is the fact that we live in an era which, barring reversal, will probably be remembered as the era of the Islamization of the Western world. [emphasis added]
This process is well underway, and worse, is going forward not just unimpeded, but almost completely misunderstood. Worst of all, it is being helped forward by those whom we implicitly trust to defend us.
I have been sparingly posting recent news reports from the Washington Times' Bill Gertz concerning the sacking of Stephen Coughlin, the Pentagon's sole Islamic law expert charged with educating our military leaders about jihad doctrine and sharia (Islamic law). The fact is, Coughlin was too politically incorrect for the Pentagon leadership: that is, he presented the facts about jihad doctrine and its animating role in the tactics and strategy of the umma (Islamic community) in this period of expansionist Islam. [emphasis added]. In so doing, he underscored an unprecedented lack of professionalism in our armed services that has allowed military planners to draw not on Islamic doctrinal fact and precedent, but on multicultural policy delusions in formulating military strategy in the planning and execution of the so-called War on Terror.
I hope to discover more about the internal machinations that led to his dismissal; so far, according to Gertz, we know that Stephen Coughlin had run afoul of the agenda of Hesham Islam, a key adviser to Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England, who clearly sanctions multicultural policy delusions over rational assessments of the threat posed by expansionist Islam.
Today, in the Sunday Telegraph, a Pakistani-born bishop of the Church of England, the Rt. Rev. Michael Nazir-Ali, offers further confirmation of the progressing Islamization of Europe with a column discussing Muslim-only districts that exist throughout Great Britain, so-called no-go zones, where non-Muslims may expect to be harassed and/or attacked for "trespassing." [emphasis added]. We in the United States tend to regard this reverse colonization of Europe from a metaphoric and literal distance, cordoned off by ocean and, more important, smaller Islamic demographics.
But there is no security against creeping sharia in such distance — not when we so willingly, so pliantly, so cravenly, abide by No-Go Zones of the Mind.
Does the doctrine of Islamic jihad, which for centuries has animated aggression against the non-Islamic world – including the United States of America from its early nationhood – pose a threat to Western-style liberty? Horrors! We don't go there. In fact, that's No-Go Zone of the Mind #1. It's also the one Stephen Coughlin was fired by the Pentagon for daring to cross into and take back.
Does the spread of sharia through both Islamic terrorism and Islamic immigration threaten Western-style liberty? That's No-Go Zone #2. And there are many more.
Taking back such mental no-go zones is crucial to any reversal of the spread of Islamic law in the West. In other words, taking back such mental no-go zones is crucial to our liberty.

Muslim Terrorist Forum Petitions Pal Talk

On January 6 2008 the Ekhlaas terrorist forum, the largest terrorist forum on the internet, posted a thread asking the members of the forum to sign a petition to be sent to Paltalk.com asking them to shut down a chat room that they accuse of being anti-Muslim. The big irony is that the petitioners and PalTalk seem not to care about several Islamic terrorist chat rooms on PalTalk that spread terrorist propaganda, violent terrorist materials, recruit people for Jihad, teach them how to conduct terrorist acts, teach them to hate anyone who disagree with their 7th century sharia, and conduct live interviews with Al Qaeda terrorists the latest one occurred only few days ago. Mayor: Hate Fueling Immigration Debate
PHOENIX – Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon says the debate over illegal immigration is turning racist and hateful and something needs to be done before the situation gets out of control.
“People are calling this a game. It’s not a game. It’s becoming life and death for a lot of people,” Gordon said, speaking exclusively to News/Talk 92-3 KTAR. “This has got to stop and it has to stop now.”
Gordon said extremists have seized control of the immigration issue and believe they have authority to say who belongs in the country and who doesn’t.
“It’s outrageous conduct on the part of these individuals who have proclaimed themselves self-judges of who belongs in our country and who doesn’t belong in our country,” the mayor said. “What’s going on now is the worst of the worst things individuals turn to, out of fear. They’re starting to hate.”
Gordon’s comments brought a strong reaction from Rick Galeener, one of the demonstrators who gathered at a north Phoenix day labor center for the 10th straight day on Monday.
“This is ridiculous,” Galeener said. “Our mayor should be ashamed of himself for standing up for illegal activity and calling American citizens racist. This is ricidulous.”
He added, “Mayor Gordon, get off your butt and do something. Otherwise, we need to change the system of government we have in this city.”
Some of the opponents of illegal immigration have ties to dangerous hate groups, Gordon said.
“If you check the websites of some of these individual groups and individuals who are involved right here in our city, you’ll see the ties to neo-nazis, you’ll see the ties to skinheads, you’ll see the ties to racist hate groups.”
There’s no easy solution to the problem, but a comprehensive immigration reform package needs to be done now, Gordon said. “Not wait two years, not wait until after the presidential elections are over, but start working on it now. It needs enforceable borders, it needs a work force vista that can be tracked for the millions of people who are here legally.”
Immigration reform must include a process that leads to citizenship by immigrants going to the back of the line, not the front, the mayor said.
Galeener said his group would continue its protests outside the day labor center until it closed permanently.
Salvador Reza, who operates the center near 25th Street and Bell Road, vowed it would not be shut down.
Both sides complained that innocent people have been caught in the crossfire of the heated debate at the center.
Gordon said he has tried to mediate disputes.
“I pled with both sides, for the leaders to come in and let’s work through this. They both put unreasonable demands, impossible demands on me before they would come in. These extremists that are leading some of these protects, they don’t want a solution, they want problems.”
Late last year, Gordon named a four-member panel to study changes in Phoenix Police policy which currently bans officers from questioning people they stop about their citizenship status. He is still waiting for recommendations.
A similar question has come up in Mesa, where Police Chief George Gascon has come under fire for his policy that officers will not ask about immigration status at all stops. Mesa has been called a sanctuary city because of the policy, but City Councilman Tom Rawles said that is not so.
Rawles, speaking on the Jay Lawrence Show, said he does not know and does not care what Gascon’s personal views are. “They policy is being set by the council and not the chief.”
Rawles said the city does turn over illegal aliens to federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and that have officers ask about immigration status would add 40 minutes of police work to every stop.
PHOENIX – Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon says the debate over illegal immigration is turning racist and hateful and something needs to be done before the situation gets out of control.
“People are calling this a game. It’s not a game. It’s becoming life and death for a lot of people,” Gordon said, speaking exclusively to News/Talk 92-3 KTAR. “This has got to stop and it has to stop now.”
Gordon said extremists have seized control of the immigration issue and believe they have authority to say who belongs in the country and who doesn’t.
“It’s outrageous conduct on the part of these individuals who have proclaimed themselves self-judges of who belongs in our country and who doesn’t belong in our country,” the mayor said. “What’s going on now is the worst of the worst things individuals turn to, out of fear. They’re starting to hate.”
Gordon’s comments brought a strong reaction from Rick Galeener, one of the demonstrators who gathered at a north Phoenix day labor center for the 10th straight day on Monday.
“This is ridiculous,” Galeener said. “Our mayor should be ashamed of himself for standing up for illegal activity and calling American citizens racist. This is ricidulous.”
He added, “Mayor Gordon, get off your butt and do something. Otherwise, we need to change the system of government we have in this city.”
Some of the opponents of illegal immigration have ties to dangerous hate groups, Gordon said.
“If you check the websites of some of these individual groups and individuals who are involved right here in our city, you’ll see the ties to neo-nazis, you’ll see the ties to skinheads, you’ll see the ties to racist hate groups.”
There’s no easy solution to the problem, but a comprehensive immigration reform package needs to be done now, Gordon said. “Not wait two years, not wait until after the presidential elections are over, but start working on it now. It needs enforceable borders, it needs a work force vista that can be tracked for the millions of people who are here legally.”
Immigration reform must include a process that leads to citizenship by immigrants going to the back of the line, not the front, the mayor said.
Galeener said his group would continue its protests outside the day labor center until it closed permanently.
Salvador Reza, who operates the center near 25th Street and Bell Road, vowed it would not be shut down.
Both sides complained that innocent people have been caught in the crossfire of the heated debate at the center.
Gordon said he has tried to mediate disputes.
“I pled with both sides, for the leaders to come in and let’s work through this. They both put unreasonable demands, impossible demands on me before they would come in. These extremists that are leading some of these protects, they don’t want a solution, they want problems.”
Late last year, Gordon named a four-member panel to study changes in Phoenix Police policy which currently bans officers from questioning people they stop about their citizenship status. He is still waiting for recommendations.
A similar question has come up in Mesa, where Police Chief George Gascon has come under fire for his policy that officers will not ask about immigration status at all stops. Mesa has been called a sanctuary city because of the policy, but City Councilman Tom Rawles said that is not so.
Rawles, speaking on the Jay Lawrence Show, said he does not know and does not care what Gascon’s personal views are. “They policy is being set by the council and not the chief.”
Rawles said the city does turn over illegal aliens to federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and that have officers ask about immigration status would add 40 minutes of police work to every stop.

Wake Up America!
This has to be read by many Americans who still cannot see or understand the Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan, Colombian, invasion.....If Americans do not stand strong and united we might as well say goodbye to our children and grandchildrens future, our sovereigty, and the American way!
Many Americans are still living in a fantasy that does not exist anymore, we are at war with Mexico and still many Americans refuse to see it, unless something horrendous will happen to them at the hands of an illegal alien, these people will not notice it.
Americans are too naive when it comes to third world mentalities I have no idea why, as an American of Hispanic ancestry I can see right through their lies and manipulations, I work with some of these illegals and they are ten times smarter (not in a good way) than white and black Americans. Please read below its a must and make copies, place them in every vehicle you could find in Malls and supermarkets, thank you.

What is happening to our country? Mexican flags fly above United
States flags. The Salvation Army is being sued by our federal
government, the EEOC, because it requires employees to speak English,
the native language of this country. A California judge issued an order
stopping the Social Security Administration from complying with a new
DHS rule that requires "no match" letters be sent to businesses.
Sanctuary cities are popping up all over the country. There are over 20
million non-Americans living and working illegally in this country.
This figure does include the people that are out of status, having been
admitted as visitors to the U.S., and having never left. America's
resources are being milked dry by this population explosion.
The United States southwest is nearly lost. At this point, California,
Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and New Mexico are pretty much
territories of Mexico and Americans continue to stand by and do nothing.
Hopefully citizens in the rest of the United States will finally take
notice as the effects of illegal immigration hit their small towns.
Illegal immigration is a national emergency that is far graver to this
country than Katrina, the California wildfires, or the war in Iraq. If
our laws are not enforced now in an aggressive manner, this country as
we know it will cease to exist.
I know the situation first hand - I see it every day. I am a former
Border Patrol Agent and I am currently a Customs and Border Protection
Officer at a southwest border Port of Entry. I have considerably more
experience than the average American watching the immigration issue on
their local one-sided news broadcast.
Mexico is using a "Trojan horse" approach to take over this country
because illegal immigration is good for the Mexican government -
that's why the Mexican government promotes illegal entry into the
United States. Every day millions of dollars leave the U.S. economy
from illegal workers sending their wages back to their families in
Mexico. Millions more dollars leave the country daily from drug
proceeds.
The amnesty granted by Reagan in the late 1980's was a mistake.
Politicians today want to make a bigger mistake and give amnesty to ten
times as many criminals. Reagan's amnesty gave these criminals that
violated our laws forgiveness for their crimes. In return, all the U.S.
government required was that the "amnestied" legal permanent
residents ("LPR") obey our laws and learn to speak English. Yes -
you heard right - they agreed to speak English as a requirement of
amnesty. I see these "amnestied" LPR's almost twenty years later
at the border and they do not speak English. They do not even
understand simple phrases in English like "What is your name?" When
these "amnestied" LPR's are confronted about not meeting the
English language requirement, I receive responses in Spanish such as
"I have no interest learning your language," or "I don't have
to."
As for the other requirement that these "amnestied" LPR's obey
our laws, that is not happening either. Immigration judges are much too
forgiving of the crimes committed by these "amnestied" LPR's. I
see LPR's with charges such as rape of a minor, felony firearms
violations, theft, robbery, habitual DUI, etc. The vast majority of
these crimes are granted relief by the judge. Being granted a "Legal
Permanent Resident" status should include a strict probationary period
with no second chances.
The attitude of the travelers from Mexico that I see is truly
disheartening. They have no respect for this country's law enforcement
officers. They are extremely rude. You can see the hatred in their
eyes. They feel we have no right to hold them up at the border and
question them. They feel that the United States is their country and we
have no right to keep them out.
I know Americans have the desire to save the world, but don't believe
the stereotype of the hard-working, law-abiding immigrant that the media
portrays. Illegal entry is just the beginning. Look at the crime rate
due to illegal immigrants. Look at the population of illegal immigrants
in prison for violent felonies. Look at the MS-13 gang violence in
cities like L.A. The sooner America opens its eyes, the better off we
will be. They aren't coming to the U.S. because they want to become
Americans. They are coming for the benefits. When this country is in
turmoil, out of resources, and falling apart, they will simply return to
their homelands.
The politicians and media want you to think the situation is
beyond repair and amnesty is the only way. This is not true - mass
amnesty is not a cure. Amnesty is a sign that America does not enforce
its laws and that America rewards criminals.
We are the strongest country in the world. However, we need to be
strong and use deterrence to fight this battle. We need to care less
about political correctness, and more about the future of this country.
We need to stop issuing visas and limit entry into the U.S. until
Mexico's government helps us with the illegal immigration problem
instead of fighting us on it. We need stronger immigration judges who
will rule based on the rule of law. We need to let law enforcement
enforce the laws.
My current supervisors do not let the Customs/Border Protection agents
enforce the law. Perhaps because most of them were born in Mexico and
some of them are previous immigration violators?
We need to hold employers accountable. We need to start enforcing the
law that provides up to a five year sentence and monetary fines for any employer that employs illegal workers. Has that law ever been
consistently enforced? No. However, when a Border Patrol Agent shoots
a career drug smuggler, whom the agents insist was armed, they were
convicted and placed in prison. Way to go Mr. Sutton!
In Mexico, it is normal for police officers to demand bribes.
The lie, cheat, and steal mentality is definitely a way of life in
Mexico. I don't know about you, but I don't want it becoming that
way in America.
Our politicians have no problem sending our young men and women
to die in foreign lands throughout the world. Why can't we defend our
way of life in our own country? We can't even require employees to
speak English in this country! We need to remind our politicians that
they work for the American people, not the Mexican people.
Opponents to my view will say that my views are racist against
Hispanics. That is because when Americans are accused of being racist -
they shut up. The opponents have no real facts to defend their point of
view. I am married to a Hispanic woman and her views are the same as
mine. I don't care what country anyone is from. However, when there
are millions of illegal aliens from a country that invades my country, I
have a big problem with it.
I have focused on the threat of the Mexican take-over, but
let's not forget how our government's lack of enforcement leaves
us vulnerable to terrorism. 9/11 taught us little. Visitors that were
issued valid visas after 9/11 are still being found to have strong ties
to terrorism.
The patriots that built this country would be disgusted with the way
Americans are just sitting back and doing nothing while our sovereignty
slips away. FIGHT FOR THE COUNTRY THAT OUR ANCESTORS PAID FOR WITH
THEIR LIVES!

In Mexico, it is normal for police officers to demand bribes.
The lie, cheat, and steal mentality is definitely a way of life in
Mexico. I don't know about you, but I don't want it becoming that
way in America.
Our politicians have no problem sending our young men and women
to die in foreign lands throughout the world. Why can't we defend our
way of life in our own country? We can't even require employees to
speak English in this country! We need to remind our politicians that
they work for the American people, not the Mexican people.
Opponents to my view will say that my views are racist against
Hispanics. That is because when Americans are accused of being racist -
they shut up. The opponents have no real facts to defend their point of
view. I am married to a Hispanic woman and her views are the same as
mine. I don't care what country anyone is from. However, when there
are millions of illegal aliens from a country that invades my country, I
have a big problem with it.
I have focused on the threat of the Mexican take-over, but
let's not forget how our government's lack of enforcement leaves
us vulnerable to terrorism. 9/11 taught us little. Visitors that were
issued valid visas after 9/11 are still being found to have strong ties
to terrorism.
The patriots that built this country would be disgusted with the way
Americans are just sitting back and doing nothing while our sovereignty

Food For Thought
A man whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War Two
owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many
German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our
attitude toward fanaticism.
"Very few people were true Nazis "he said," but many enjoyed the
return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was
one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the
majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew
It, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world
had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration
camp and the Allies destroyed my factories."
We are told again and again by "experts" and "talking heads" that
Islam is the religion of peace, and that the vast majority of Muslims
just want to live in peace.
Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely
irrelevant.. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to
somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe
in the name of Islam. The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this
moment in history.
It is the fanatics who march.
It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide.
It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal
groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire
continent in an Islamic wave.
It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor kill.
It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque.
It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of
rape victims and homosexuals.
The hard quantifiable fact is that the "peaceful majority" the
"silent majority" is cowed and extraneous.
Communist Russia comprised Russians who just wanted to live in
peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about
20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
China's huge population, it was peaceful as well, but Chinese
Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.
The average Japanese individual prior to World War 2 was not a
warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way
across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the
systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by
sword, shovel and bayonet.
And, who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery. Could it
not be said that the majority of Rwandans were "peace loving"?
History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all

Either global bankers are seducing Islamic dictators, or vice versa. Even if they are seducing each other at the same time, the result will be the same: Islamic/Shari’a banking is coming to the United States and other western nations, thanks to global banks such as Citigroup, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
With Great Britain now pledging to become the Islamic banking center of the world, the stampede by all global banks to enter the world of Islamic banking is well underway.
Western banking met Islam many decades ago, but only began to sleep with her a few years ago. Since then, it is has become a wanton and open affair.
The implications for the west, and especially for the United States, are staggering. Because all Islamic banking products must be created and offered according to strict Shari’a law, global banks are doing for Islam what it could never do on its own: give legitimacy to Shari’a and infiltrate it into the fabric of western society.
What is Islamic banking?
Simply put, “Islamic banking and finance” creates, sells and services products that are in strict accordance with Shari’a. In the Islamic culture, it is referred to as “Shari’a finance” and covers the practices of banking, investment, bonds, loans, brokerage, etc.
To insure Shari’a compliance, banks must hire Shari’a scholars to review and approve each product and practice as “halal”, the Muslim equivalent of kosher in Judaism. Because there is a shortage of such scholars, there is competition between banks to find the best expert to sit on their boards of directors. This provides the highest legitimacy to each ruling because it is made at the director rather management level.
It should be noted that most of these scholars are from the school of radical Wahhabi/Salafi Shari’a in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, holding views diametrically opposed to the basic values of Western civilization.
Shari’a finance has many differences from orthodox banking: Notably, it cannot charge interest (usury) and it calls for alms giving (zakat). It also calls for avoidance of excessive risk and may not be associated in any way with gambling, drinking alcohol, eating pork, etc.
Zakat demands a tithe of 2.5 percent of revenue be donated to Islamic charity. If western banks follow this rule, their contributions will be staggering. It is certain that a portion of this money will end up in the hands of radical Muslims who are sworn to destroy the U.S. and replace its government with Shari’a law.
Shari’a finance is a recent phenomenon. There were very few Islamic banks prior to 1980. However, with the Khomeini revolution in Iran in 1979, Shari’a was summarily imposed throughout Iran and Shari’a finance took off.
The dark side of Shari’a
Shari’a is the legal and judicial system of Islam that is brutally imposed on many Islamic countries in the middle east. It is the specific embodiment of the totalitarian ideology practiced by the Taliban, Iranian Mullahs and Saudi Wahhabis.
Shari’a is perpetuated by claiming to have its roots in the Koran, but in fact it is mostly the product of rulings and dictates made by Islamic scholars and caliphs over several centuries.
For non-Muslims, Shari’a is best known for its medieval, harsh brutality. Many rulings handed down by Shari’a courts have shocked the western world, for instance:
To the average western mind, Shari’a is no more than a medieval, barbaric code that somehow survived to the 21st century. It flies in the face of western law, philosophy, liberty and freedom. Furthermore, it is the vehicle used to call for the complete destruction of the west and in particular the United States of America, which then will be replaced by Shari’a dictatorships.
How the banking rocket took off
At the behest of global trade moguls, numerous Free Trade Zones (FTZ’s) were created throughout the Islamic world that were full of windfall conditions.
For instance, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is a 110 acre free trade zone that was founded in 2004 in Dubai, UAE. According to the DIFC website, participants will enjoy "zero tax rate on income and profits, 100 per cent foreign ownership, no restrictions on foreign exchange or capital/profit repatriation, operational support and business continuity facilities.”
Not surprisingly, Morgan Stanley’s application was one of the first approved by the Dubai Financial Services Authority to operate within the DIFC.
The director-general of the DIFC Authority, Dr. Omar Bin Sulaiman, welcomed Morgan Stanley by stating,
DIFC and similar Free Trade Zones are a banker’s nirvana into which global bankers have rushed headlong to establish regional financial centers.
And the payoff? A chance to enter and then dominate the Islamic banking industry. Such banking has over $1.5 trillion on the table today, and is growing at a steady and explosive rate of over 15% per year.
Good old western know-how
Understanding that Islamic banking is a very recent phenomenon is underscored by the fact that its largest and most prestigious international conference, World Islamic Banking Conference (WIBC) has met for a mere 14 years. The most recent meeting just concluded in Bahrain and attracted over 1,000 banking delegates from 35 countries.

Two years ago, the 12th annual WIBC (2005) conference kicked off with the “Governor’s Table” session titled “Regulation & Business: Creating a Framework for Islamic Banking & Finance to Thrive.” Panel member and speaker number two was Dr. David Mullins, CEO of Vega Asset Management in New York.
Who is Mullins? He is in the white-hot core of international banking. Mullins was Vice Chairman and Governor of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System under Greenspan during George H.W. Bush’s presidency. As governor, he represented the Fed at meetings of the G-10 Governors, the International Monetary Fund, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the Bank for International Settlements. Prior to that, he was the Assistant Secretary for Domestic Finance at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
The next topic at the Governor’s Table was “Industry in Transition: Trends & Innovations for Islamic Financial Institutions in an Increasingly Competitive Global Market,” where several speakers included Dr. Samuel L. Hayes III, Jacob Schiff Professor of Investment Banking Emeritus at Harvard Business School. According to Hayes,
The closed-door CEO Strategy Session was centered around the McKinsey Competitiveness Report, developed in conjunction with the WIBC by the very elite McKinsey & Company based in New York.
In fact, McKinsey & Company was listed as a “Strategic Partner” of the WIBC, alongside of global accounting firm Ernst & Young and the consummate global investment banker, Goldman Sachs. (Remember that in 2005, Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson was CEO and Chairman of Goldman Sachs.)
Another key speaker was Dr. Robert Kaplan, Baker Foundation Professor at the Harvard Business School and acclaimed author of many management books like Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Maps. In a pre-conference press release, Kaplan stated
“I look forward to presenting to Islamic banking leaders the latest ideas on strategy execution that delivers performance breakthroughs. I will present how successful organizations have built strategy maps around a common value proposition, communicated to and motivated the workforce, and installed a new Office of Strategy Management to sustain strategy execution.”
More recently, on December 6, 2007, the general manager of the Bank for International Settlements, Malcolm Knight, addressed the Islamic Financial Services Board Forum in Frankfurt, Germany:
“Clearly, there is expanding demand for these products, and a closely associated desire on the part of banks, including non-Islamic banks, to provide Islamic financial services… The broadening appeal of Islamic finance is also evident in the move by large international banks and other private sector financial institutions to provide Islamic financial services.”
Mullins, Hayes, Kaplan, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, Bank for International Settlements? Do you see the pattern?
The west is giving away the know-how, with gusto, to enable Shari’a banking and guarantee its success throughout the world. And to what ends?
For one, Britain’s PM Gordon Brown has pointedly stated that he intends to make London the Islamic finance capital of the world. Further, he pledged that in 2008 the British government will issue its own “sukuk”, or Shari’a compliant bonds. Yes, government debt issued as Shari’a compliant.
At the June 13, 2006 Islamic Finance Trade Conference in London, Brown revealed,
"Today British banks are pioneering Islamic banking - London now has more banks supplying services under Islamic principles than any other Western financial centre."
Brown’s statements can only be taken as a challenge by the New York banking establishment to beat him to the finish line. It doesn’t matter who wins this race because the result will be the same: Shari’a banking is quickly encircling the globe and forcing a de facto acceptance of Shari’a law.
Conclusion
International bankers have long ago proven themselves to be completely amoral when it comes to money. They bankrolled the Bolshevik Revolution in 1918 just as blithely as they bankrolled Hitler in the 1930’s. Fortunately for us, neither succeeded in conquering the world.
With Islam, odds of its succeeding are radically different. To start with, there are already 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, and it is the fastest growing religion in history. Secondly, the spread of Islam is richly financed by the oil that is extracted from mid-eastern countries. Thirdly, Islam has already infiltrated most of the west, especially in Europe.
And now, Islam has behind it the combined support and encouragement of the entire global banking community.
The unholy alliance between Islam and global banking may be the final leg on the age-old quest for global domination. Don’t be surprised at the silence of the global elite the next time you hear Islamist mobs chant “Death to America” – their goals are now intertwined.

Coughlin sacked
Stephen Coughlin, the Pentagon specialist on Islamic law and Islamist extremism, has been fired from his position on the military's Joint Staff. The action followed a report in this space last week revealing opposition to his work for the military by pro-Muslim officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England.
Mr. Coughlin was notified this week that his contract with the Joint Staff will end in March, effectively halting the career of one of the U.S. government's most important figures in analyzing the nature of extremism and ultimately preparing to wage ideological war against it.
He had run afoul of a key aide to Mr. England, Hasham Islam, who confronted Mr. Coughlin during a meeting several weeks ago when Mr. Islam sought to have Mr. Coughlin soften his views on Islamist extremism.
Mr. Coughlin was accused directly by Mr. Islam of being a Christian zealot or extremist "with a pen," according to defense officials. Mr. Coughlin appears to have become one of the first casualties in the war of ideas with Islamism.

Millions of Americans are now aware of the plan for a North American
Union (NAU)/Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP). This awareness
came via the Internet thanks to Phyllis Schafly and Dr. Jerome Corsi
(video). Lou Dobbs has given it an extraordinary amount of exposure
during his shows on CNN; the rest of CNN ignores it. The silence by ABC,
CBS, NBC, MSNBC, and FAUX (FOX) "news" networks has been deafening. The
attack by legends in their own minds, i.e., pusillanimous individuals
like Michael Medved, have been remarkable and a shame upon their
so-called profession.
If you are not familiar with this final step in the complete and total
destruction of our sovereign republic, I strongly recommend you go to

presentation on this plan which I call treason. The definition of
treason is: disloyalty or treachery to one's country or it's government.
Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the
well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving

inappropriate to use the word treason when it comes to this plan to
integrate America into one region with all the trappings of totalitarian

As someone who fought hard against NAFTA when I ran for Congress against
a liar named CON-gressman Wally Herger (R-CA), I knew back in 1993 how
devastating NAFTA would be to our three most important job sectors that
made America great: ag, manufacturing and industrial. CON-gressman
Herger said he would vote against it. He wrote a letter to the
California Ag Bureau six days before the vote laying out why it was so
dangerous and then just like the high paid hooker he is, voted for it.
Herger admitted he never read NAFTA as most members of Congress also did
not. These lackeys voted on a huge trade agreement, but never read it.
Despite massive opposition at the time, this unconstitutional treaty was
passed by a stupid, greedy Congress and signed into law by Marxist Bill
Clinton. While I applaud Rep. Marcy Kaptur's bill never mind re-negotiating
or get out - GET US OUT! This is the vehicle to implement a North American Union.
We are now starting to see the provisions kicking in at hyper speed to
finally destroy these united States of America and let me lay it out
crisp and clear:
The destruction of NAFTA was felt within the first 18 months and has
continued to destroy our sovereignty and job bases ever since. In the
first few years, over 4,000 factories closed down, small towns became
dying towns. To date MILLIONS of jobs have been lost with more all the
time because of the evil called out sourcing. America continues to lose
in the fair trade arena; instead we are steadily being crushed by the
evil of "free" trade. In 1995, American businesses were notified by the
IRS that that under NAFTA, they would have to make all of their federal
employment taxes by electronic transfer; view this document here. Why?
The same reason we the people are being taxed to death to pay for new
infrastructure inside Mexico: one world government. One worker base of
three countries merged into one region, all under the same homogenized
laws.
Despite the massive invasion of illegal aliens crossing over our
borders, neither Marxist Bill Clinton or globalist George Bush, made any
effort to stop it and millions of Americans - especially post 911 -
simply could not understand why Bush has steadfastly refused to do what
President Eisenhower did so effectively. Many of us who have been in the
trenches for decades knew and now millions more know: a North American
Union means just that. No borders, no sovereign nations, just one big
region for these diabolically evil men and women who lust for raw power
to rule over us and they don't care who they destroy on their path to
supreme imperialism.
Earlier this year, another sword was thrust right at the heart of our
American truckers and the safety of we the people: the Bush
Administration pushed through the Mexican truck invasion. While outraged
Americans and the truckers rallied and demanded this insanity not be
allowed to roll onto U.S. soil past the 25-mile neutral zone, it has

This "emergency" bill was to: A. The office of Sonora is established in
the office of the governor. Promote a greater understanding and
facilitate the implementation of the north American free trade agreement
and, 2. Facilitate the flow of information and act as a liaison in the
establishment of commercial relationships between Sonora, Mexico and
this state.
NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) was not signed into law by
Marxist Bill Clinton until December 8, 1993, yet this agreement between
a state governor and a state in a foreign country was reached eight
months before Clinton sold US out. So sure were the forces who own
Washington, D.C., that they would get NAFTA passed - despite
overwhelming opposition by we the people - agreements were already being
entered into for trade far in advance of the vote by the U.S. Congress.
How they must have laughed at we the people as we fought so hard to stop

Mexico. The documents below are short, but you need to read them because
this is the cementing of the North American Union - all in the name of
trade and big bucks for foreign countries and corporate giants in this

Formerly American corporate giants and local entities are buying
membership into the Arizona-Sonora Commission and I hope you will
boycott their products and services starting today. Either we use our
consumer dollars to fight off this massive effort to reduce our middle

but ourselves. Well, not me because I have stood my ground since 1994

Huckabee, who has fooled the Evangelical Christian Right with his folksy

reaffirms Brother Huck's commitment to implement the Nazi-style "Real
ID." And, why wouldn't he? His newly appointed advisor on foreign policy
is none other than Richard Haas, president of the treasonous Council on
Foreign Relations (CFR) who believes our national sovereignty should be

Secretary Michael Chertoff today signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
to move forward on the creation of Arizona's 3-in-1 ID - a voluntary
identification that complies with Arizona's driver's license standards,
the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) and can be used in the

Formerly American corporate giants and local entities are buying
membership into the Arizona-Sonora Commission and I hope you will
boycott their products and services starting today. Either we use our
consumer dollars to fight off this massive effort to reduce our middle
class to poverty and the poor into beggars or we have no one to blame
but ourselves. Well, not me because I have stood my ground since 1994
regarding NAFTA and buying foreign products.

One more document: This is a letter from Napolitano and Brother
Huckabee, who has fooled the Evangelical Christian Right with his folksy
God-talk, to Michael Chertoff, Commissar of Fatherland Security. It
reaffirms Brother Huck's commitment to implement the Nazi-style "Real
ID." And, why wouldn't he? His newly appointed advisor on foreign policy
is none other than Richard Haas, president of the treasonous Council on
Foreign Relations (CFR) who believes our national sovereignty should be
scraped in favor of world government. Make no mistake about it: Brother
Huckabee has been kissed and blessed by the traitors working to destroy
this republic. Not to mention the Huckster's coddling of illegals and
his rolling out the welcome mat for a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock
to help illegals stay in this country and steal jobs and classroom seats
from Americans.
I have found more of these commissions with the State of Texas. No doubt
California has also entered into them. The state legislatures all open
for business next week in their new sessions as does Congress.
NumbersUSA, ALIPAC and others have been phenomenally successful in
leading the way in the fight against this illegals invasion. I sincerely
believe we all need to put forth a massive push in January and keep the
pressure on until we stop the NAU/SPP and NAFTA Super Highway. This
massive illegals invasion and the NAU are integral to each other. I hope
the aforementioned organizations will vigorously begin a massive
campaign to join the rest of us to defeat this final push to destroy
America as a free and independent nation.
Rep. Virgil Goode (R-VA) introduced a very important bill that did not
get passed in Congress in the last session. We must demand the same bill
gets reintroduced and demand Congress stop this now - right along with
the states who haven't committed to rejecting the NAU. It's too late to
stop the Texas Trans Corridor, although we can boycott using it and I
will. But, we can and we must stop this treason. It will require an all
out assault on the state legislatures and Congress.
There is no more time. The final pieces of the puzzle have emerged and
these arrogant elitists think we are just going to sit back and allow
our republic to be dissolved. They're badly mistaken. Please see Dr.

I know time is an issue because we're under attack from a thousand stabs
at us every day. However, this has to be our number one priority or

us to be over run at the border because of their agenda and now they're
dangerously close to firing the final shot. Stop buying foreign because
you're funding our destruction. This whole rotten scheme is all about
running American manufacturing and agriculture into oblivion and making
us a nation dependent upon foreign countries for our very survival.

Republicans are in major denial. I know tonight is New Year's eve and

"entertaining" as 'I am Legend' or some asinine "reality" show, but
unlike these silly Hollywood movies and TV, this is as real as it gets.
Hopefully, it will upset and anger Americans so that they finally see
that we have little time left. Particularly horrifying in ENDGAME is the
fully documented segment on eugenics. The Nazi's were deep into this
race based social experimentation designed to improve the white race
through eugenics or "creating a better world by improving the human gene

Get involved this week. No snow skiing. Forget a trip to Hawaii to lay
around in the sun or play golf. We have to start our war against the
NAU/SPP and the NAFTA Superhighway now. We must all make the commitment
to refuse any National ID. Federal employees are sickened because their
job depends on accepting one. They are being forced to give up their
rights and privacy or kiss their job good bye. We must demand that
Congress pass a bill immediately to get the U.S. out of the NAFTA treaty
and stop that NAFTA Super Highway. This must be a top priority because
it is the foundation from which all the rest of this treachery is being
birthed. If we don't stop this, our children and grand children will
have no future except as a peasant class serving their world masters and
that is no exaggeration. Talk is cheap. What we need are warriors to get
the job done. We have the numbers. We have to stay focused.
