In a statement released last week, well-known and respected public-interest attorney Larry Klayman (founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch conservative advocacy organizations) "refused to congratulate Barack Hussein Obama with regard to his inauguration celebration" due to his having been ILLEGALLY sworn in by U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts:

"The biggest fraud in the history of the nation has been perpetrated against the American people. Since Republicans have refused to stand up to Obama's fraud, which has put him in office now for two successive terms, my clients and other voters around the country have been forced to take legal actions challenging his eligibility to be president.

"Obama, a man who holds little allegiance to our country, and in fact has taken many actions in the last four years which have harmed the national interest, must be held to account in a court of law under the rule of law. Despite judges having thus far been afraid to confront the substantial evidence of Obama's fraud for fear of retaliation by the Obama administration and other establishment interests, we are hopeful and confident that eventually the truth will be widely known through our ongoing election challenges and other legal actions and that Obama will, like President Richard Nixon during Watergate, be forced to resign. The future of the country and our children and grandchildren hang in the balance."

In a recent article, Jim Kouri, a Board Member of the National Association of the Chiefs of Police, cited an attention-grabbing new Fairleigh Dickinson University survey, confirming that 64 percent of Republicans believe Obama is hiding something… What has the elites rattled is some 33 percent of independents and a surprising 14 percent of Democrats share this view!

That's why Barack Obama and his media pets are working tirelessly to DIVIDE and thenCONQUER us when it comes to our concerns over his Constitutional eligibility (or ineligibility, rather). Obama is predictable ' he is following the same strategy with his efforts to dismantle the Constitution altogether, undermine our rights, and destroy the Second Amendment, leaving America's citizenry disarmed and demoralized.

Barack Obama doesn't want us to know we have allies in any direction. Remember his Alinsky Rules for Radicals: destroy the individual, 'Pick the Target, Freeze It, Personalize It and Polarize It.'

Well, we are NOT alone, we are NOT isolated, and HERE and NOW is where we fight back!

Friends, our numbers are strong, we have many allies in this fight for the whole truth, and our evidence against this tyrant is solid.

We cannot just roll over and let Obama alternately ABUSE, DISREGARD and DISMANTLE the Constitution of this country! And honestly, just as our friend and colleague public-interest attorney Larry Klayman, who is representing eligibility based election challenges in Alabama and Florida, issued a statement on re-inauguration day REFUSING to recognize Barack Hussein Obama as president of the United States, so do we –

Each and every time we submit a petition to our States, our Congress and to Sheriff Joe to investigate, to file a criminal complaint, and to impeach we make our voices and our dissent LOUD and CLEAR – but it's not enough…

Barack Obama is OUT-OF-CONTROL of the Constitution, of Congress and of the American people. The election is over, and his true intentions are now unleashed upon America.

WE MUST FORCE CONGRESS TO LISTEN AND TO ACT.

"I think he wants people to snap. I think Obama is challenging everybody's sanity," Limbaugh said on his show Wednesday afternoon following the gun control executive orders. "Obama [is] literally pushing people to snap, attacking the very sanity of the country."

As Limbaugh noted in the same segment, "If we're going to have universal background checks on virtually everybody who buys a gun, you think maybe it's time to require a background check on anybody wanting to be president? I would submit to you we still have not had a background check on Barack Obama."

"We are soon to be starting the second term of Obama's regime, year number five without a background check. And by that, I mean the media have never vetted Obama. Low-information voters have no idea who he is. A majority of people who vote don't really know anything about Barack Obama. Background checks, anybody?"

We have to agree. Don't we deserve to know as much about our Tyrant-in-Chief as he knows or will know about us through executive fiat?

Lack of information on Dear Leader isn't overly concerning to his flock of willfully and happily ignorant sheep in the mainstream media, but it is ALARMING to us.

Barack Obama – the man who in state and federal courts, and in the lap-dog legacy media has STONEWALLED for FOUR LONG YEARS having to prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States – is making good on his 2008 campaign pledge to "fundamentally transform America" as he sees fit, whether it's tax-and-spending our free nation into a Marxist society, obliterating our Second Amendment rights or handing off our sovereignty to the United Nations bit by bit.

But we can still save America if we stop Barack Hussein Obama with the irrefutable evidence unearthed by Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse!
Natural born citizenship is the FIRST requirement of eligibility to hold the Office of President under Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; Neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

If Barack Obama can be PROVEN a non-natural born imposter, ALL of the Executive Orders he has signed while occupying office would be NULL AND VOID – along with every other law he signed and forced on America, like ObamaCare!

We must compel Sheriff Joe to FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES for the systemic, systematic conspiracy and cover up by Obama and his governing faction! Obama must not be given a pass on his bold fraud to occupy the Oval Office illicitly, and allowed to solidify his Marxist putsch over our Constitution!

With the Imposter-in-Chief ALREADY imposing edicts obliterating our Second Amendment, invading foreign countries, authorizing taxes and spending, and enacting amnesty at any time he should fail to get everything he wants from Congress, there is not a single moment to lose.

If we want ANYTHING of our Constitution and Republic left intact, we must work URGENTLY to force Congress AND Sheriff Joe to move forward with criminal indictments on Barack Obama and his crew.


With all the Posse's evidence, while true conservatives and patriots in the Congress are otherwise in retreat and stinging from Republican Establishment, inter-party betrayal – they just might find the courage to defend the Constitution and our most basic bulwark of liberty, the Second Amendment!

So far, the Posse has reported to Sheriff Joe that TWO crimes have been committed:

1) The fraud-riddled forgery created for and characterized by the White House, knowingly or unknowingly, as an official birth record of Barack Hussein Obama;

2) The fraudulent presentation of the White House forgery as "proof positive" of Barack Obama's authentic 1961 long form birth certificate to the residents of Maricopa County, where the investigation originated, and to the American public.

Despite the media blackout, despite the stonewalling, despite the ongoing criminal conduct and conspiracy to conceal the truth, and despite the lack of will in Congress, Obama is cornered with law enforcement expert evidence – criminal acts have been committed, and the force of justice MUST prevail.

Thanks to Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse – and your continuing loyal support! – we now have enough evidence of fraud and forgery to present before a judge! Once criminal charges are filed, full-blown criminal investigations can be launched by Congress and court jurisdictions…

Is American jurisprudence so corrupt that none will hear the case? We don't think so, but it is going to take the right court to hear our case – the people's case – against Barack Hussein Obama!

We MUST make sure that Obama is held to the rule of law, like every other person in America! We MUST convince the Congress to investigate and act upon Sheriff Joe's evidence, and a judge to try criminal conspiracy charges!
