'ELABORATE NON-COOPERATION'
Cold Case Posse lead investigator Detective Mike Zullo recently signed a
sworn affidavit that Hawaii officials are using "elaborate non-cooperation" to conceal Obama's birth records, should they even exist, from law enforcement officers and the public.  After his two official visits to the Aloha State looking for answers, Cold Case Posse lead Detective Mike Zullo has instead returned with "a series of inconsistent and misleading representations" made by Hawaiian officials over the past year that he has been assigned to the case.
In his affidavit, Zullo is charging that Hawaii's governor, deputy attorney general and health department chiefs are obstructing justice by "hiding" original birth records in an effort to stop the first ever (and only) law enforcement investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president of the United States.
Zullo alleges that the Hawaii Department of Health "has engaged in what the sheriff's investigators believe is a systematic effort to hide from law enforcement and the public whatever original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may have in its possession."
 Hawaii's efforts to hide the evidence from America ranges from calculated policy and procedure changes to simplyrefusing to talk with credentialed Cold Case Posse investigators in Hawaii as part of a legitimate law enforcement investigation!
For example, when Detective Zullo went in person to Kapiolani Hospital, the alleged birthplace of Barack Husssein Obama II according to the PDF "birth record" released by the White House, Zullo was REFUSED the opportunity to view publicly available birth records for 1961, Obama's year of birth.
The hospital wouldn't even confirm that they had Obama's birth records!
This left Zullo and other Cold Case Posse investigators unable to rule out the reputable theory that Barack Obama's out-of-order birth certificate number was due to the borrowing (and modifying) of Virginia Sunahara's – a little girl who was born in the same hospital around the same time as Barack Obama is said to have been delivered there. Virginia Sunahara died the day after her birth, and her official birth records (including her original long form birth certificate) remain under wraps not even available to family members…
As reported by WND, four long years ago in 2008, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of Hawaii's State Department of Health, said she had "personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record."
Eight months later she changed her statement, claiming instead that she had seen "the original vital records verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American."
We have to wonder what happened to compel her to change her statement…
More recently, while Jill Nagamine, Hawaii's deputy attorney general, finally spoke to Zullo at his assistance, she "refused to verify the authenticity" of the birth certificate released by the White House.
That's right – Nagamine refused to CONFIRM that the Obama document was in fact created by the Hawaii Department of Health, while hiding behind false accusations that Zullo did not have the legal authority to get verification of a birth record EVEN THOUGH the deputized investigators presented their law enforcement credentials to Hawaiian police before the interview!
Unfortunately, despite nearly a year spent officially investigating Barack Obama's documented eligibility for the Oval Office, Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse are still being stonewalled by the people who know and who have the power to end this investigation with the truth.
 Detective Zullo's sworn affidavit comes one week after the publication of another sworn statement presenting mathematical analysis which demonstrates the near-zero probability that the PDF "birth certificate" released by the White House in April 2011 is genuine.
As we reported earlier, the Aloha State in 1961 permitted Hawaiian resident parents of children born anywhere in the world to be registered as Hawaiian-born, and thus gain a backdoor route to 'official' U.S.
Citizenship.(Additionally, the announcement of Obama's birth in two newspapers is NOT evidence of his birth in Hawaii because these liberally-dispensed Hawaiian birth certificates – including those of foreign-born children – were included in the archives from which the local newspapers pulled their birth announcement details! It is the old data truism: garbage in, garbage out.)
And while this muddle all would no doubt have remained very sufficient as a nativity story for someone running and serving merely in the U.S. Senate, it's not so convenient for a sitting President of the United States. When Article II of the Constitution of the United States of American explicitly states that only a "natural-born citizen" can serve as president – the facts matter!
Hawaii governor Neil Abercrombie said he was present at Obama's birth – and then he wasn't.
Just like Nagamine and Fukino, Abercrombie later changed his story.
He "acknowledged that he did not see Obama's parents with their newborn son at any hospital" though he later he said that he remembered seeing Obama as a child with his parents at social events.
Of course, this undocumented and unverified statement by the governor comes into question considering the plethora of evidence that Barack Obama Sr., Obama's alleged father and namesake, was never together in a family unit with young Obama and his mother. Obama Sr. left the family behind to do his own thing, or namely to go to Harvard while Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, left the Aloha state with newborn baby in tow to attend school in Washington state.
(Doesn't leave much time for social events with the governor, does it?)
Despite Abercrombie's promise to a Honolulu newspaper that he would search for definitive records to prove Obama was born in Hawaii, he has yet to make good on his word.
And it is doubtful that Abercrombie ever will stand by his early, honest 2012 comments of the corrosive effects of Obama's eligibility scandal and evident cover up – that "The continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president's chances of re-election in 2012." And that it would raise "political implications … that we simply cannot have."
As Zullo said about Ambercromie's retreat from defending Obama birth story, and from promising documented proof of his Hawaiian birth, "If such a document had existed, Abercrombie would have had it within minutes of his request."
So far, the Posse has reported to Sheriff Joe that TWO crimes have been committed:
Despite the media blackout, despite the stonewalling and despite the lack of will in Congress, Obama is cornered with law enforcement expert evidence – criminal acts have been committed, and the force of justice MUST prevail.
Thanks to Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse – and your continuing loyal support! – we now have enough evidence of fraud and forgery to present before a judge!

The Department of Homeland Security's refusal to cooperate with Arizona's court-tested crackdown on illegal immigration has field agents fuming, FoxNews.com has learned.
Within hours of the Supreme Court on Monday upholding of Arizona's requirement that police officers verify with federal authorities the immigration status of people they stop if suspected of being in the United States illegally, the Department of Homeland Security issued a memo telling agents not to take action unless the people are criminals, have recently arrived or pose a threat to national security.
“Anyone that is determined to be a low-level threat is subject to being released back into the general population since ICE does not view them as criminals,” one DHS agent told FoxNews.com. “It saddened me to see that ICE is choosing to operate under a ‘business as usual’ mind set rather than seeing how they can work with Arizona to accomplish the goals that they both share.”
What DHS considers "discretion" in choosing which illegal immigrants to potentially deport is tantamount to a refusal to enforce the law, according to a contingent of Arizona lawmakers, who accused the Obama administration of "declaring war against Arizona" in a letter to ICE chief John Morton.
"Rather than work cooperatively with the states, as federalism requires, the administration unwisely decided to unilaterally and abruptly terminate multiple agreements under a program that fostered federal-state cooperation in tackling a very difficult public safety threat to Americans, reads the letter, from GOP Reps. Paul Gosar, Dave Schweikert and Trent Franks.
The agent who talked to FoxNews.com said his colleagues are as outraged as he is and that federal policy makes it impossible to catch illegal immigrants who are criminals, unless they are caught in the act.
“The biggest problem with their catch-and-release method is that ICE does not have an effective process for identifying detainees," he said. Most detainees do not carry identification on them and they voluntarily provide their name.
“This leads to a larger problem. ... We already know that there are difficulties with confirming identities of detainees, so how can ICE be sure that they are not putting a criminal back on the street?”

Last week, Obama announced that most young illegal immigrants would be allowed to stay in the country and get work visas, under certain conditions, including that they were not a national security threat.
The memo issued Monday keeps in place the prior policy of choosing which illegal immigrants can be targeted for deportation, even after the Supreme Court ruled part of Arizona's law constitutional.
“The court’s decision does not disturb U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) existing discretion in deciding which aliens should be taken into immigration custody or processed for removal from the United States,” the memo states.
Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the federal government's refusal to cooperate with his state's law is defacto amnesty.
“We don’t need the federal government," he told Fox News Channel on Tuesday. "We have state laws. The worst is that they [ICE] won’t even respond. This is amnesty."

Obama has joined forces with George Soros and “La Raza” – not to mention the ENTIRE Leftwing liberal political establishment – in a multi-million dollar smear campaign to DESTROY AND DISCREDIT Sheriff Joe, “America’s Toughest Sheriff” solely for doing his job and doing it well.
And to top it all off, they are spending millions of YOUR tax dollars to do it!
Already, federal bureaucrats handpicked by this administration are working as “monitors” in Sheriff Joe’s Maricopa County office to stop him from enforcing immigration law.
More than anything else, the Spender-in-Chief wants to stop Sheriff Joe from continuing the Cold Case Posse investigation of his Constitutional eligibility to be President – an investigation which has already unearthed ‘probable cause’ and evidence of a systemic effort to cover-up and conceal information surrounding Barack Hussein Obama’s alleged citizenship.
Radical amnesty fanatics just held a protest demanding that the federal government step in and strip Sheriff Joe of his badge – Obama’s buddy George Soros even pledged $10 million to defeat Sheriff Joe for reelection!
We know Obama’s utter failure to reign in HIS out-of-control spending has left you broke as gas prices continue to soar right along with the cost of groceries. Media Threatened Not To Report Cold Case

Because that's the bombshell unloaded today by the lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's first-ever law enforcement investigation of Obama’s birth records.
Lead investigator, Mike Zullo, revealed to America why we're only hearing crickets rather than updates in the media about Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse probe into the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate and other identifying documents.
BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN INTIMIDATED INTO SILENCE.
Zullo said that while he was preparing information to be presented to the public "it was clear that the mainstream media was not going to be in attendance" when he presented FACTS supporting 'probable cause' of fraud and forgery in the image of Obama's alleged birth certificate released last year by the White House as "proof positive" of Obama's eligibility.
Zullo also said he and others involved in the investigation were actually told that the media had been threatened with FTC investigation and commentators had been threatened with their jobs. He even said the threats were so intimidating that some individuals quit their jobs over safety concerns for their families...
And we can only guess how far up the chain of command that order goes...

Another recent poll shows half of registered voters would like to see Congress investigate.
But apparently that’s not enough for Congress, which has thus far FAILED to get involved just like they have FAILED to challenge Barack Obama’s usurpation of our legal system when it comes to enforcing immigration law.

SHERIFF JOE TO APPEAL DOJ DECISION
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio filed this past Friday to appeal the Dec. 23 ruling by a judge that alleged the sheriff’s deputies racially profiled Latinos in immigration patrols. Sheriff Joe, known for his crackdown on illegal immigration, is up for re-election this fall despite the Obama administration’s relentless attacks and attempts to diminish his accomplishments in curbing illegal immigration in Maricopa County, America’s most popular thoroughfare for human-, drug- and weapons-trafficking. Lawyers pushing the lawsuit also won class-action status which allows other Hispanics to join the fight against Sheriff Joe if they have been detained or questioned by Apraio’s deputies since January 2007.
U.S. BORDER PATROL TO OVERHAUL ITS REVOLVING-DOOR POLICY
In a move to staunch the negative press, the U.S. Border Patrol will begin overhauling its method of ‘punishing’ illegal immigrants caught in the act of crossing the border, which up until this month simply involved sending illegal immigrants back to Mexico without any punishment – free to try and cross again within the next few hours if so inclined.
The agency claims that its enormous growth, in terms of staff and technology, has made it capable of slowing down illegal immigration at the border and able to better handle those still attempting to cross. As part of its new campaign to stop the revolving-door policy, the agency will implement the “Consequence Delivery System” which divides border crossers into five categories, ranging from first-time offenders to people with criminal records.
Punishments vary by region and which category a person lands in with the common goal of cutting the illegal immigrants off from the coyote who helped them cross the border making it harder to simply meet up and cross again in the very near future, buying more time for federal agents. Children and the medically ill will still get a free pass by being turned around at the nearest border crossing.
