URGENT: Obama CIA Director nominee John Brennan played a controversial role in what by all accounts appears to be a systemic effort to doctor Barack Obama's passport records – which if left unsanitized could have spelled exposure of fraud and electoral ruin. Even now, if unsealed and released to the American public, these records COULD be key to revealing the Concealer-in-Chief's Constitutional eligibility to be President of the United States.

America, we have been spit on once again with the appointment of John Brennan to head the CIA despite his role – or perhapsbecause of his role – in the Obama eligibility cover-up that may well include MURDER.

The political authorities, the political parties, and Barack Hussein Obama himself for YEARS have FAILED to do something so simple, so basic, so easily done as verifying U.S. citizenship – and why?
Instead of answering our cries, they have colluded to spew a seemingly insurmountable stream of EXCUSES, LIES, FRAUD-RIDDLED DOCUMENTS, AND BODY-BLOCKERS now to include the appointment of a cover up co-conspirator as head of the Central Intelligence Agency, no less!

Yet, we're expected to go along with Barack Obama's second term without a peep of protest.

As reported in the introduction to Jerome R. Corsi's "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to Be President," the Washington Times broke the passport cover up story March 20, 2008. Three contract employees had used their credentials and computer network access to find and read the State Department consular affairs section that "possesses and stores passport information" on Barack Obama.

The security breach was swiftly, publicly dismissed by State Department spokesman Sean McCormack as "imprudent curiosity" that "did not appear to be seeking information on behalf of any political candidate or party," but no details were offered on exactly how this conclusion was reached.

The next day – in the midst of Barack Obama's first presidential campaign – two unnamed State Department contract employees were fired and a third was disciplined for illicitly accessing then-Sen. Barack Obama's passport file.
The story also changed.

The New York Times reported that ALL announced presidential contenders at the time (Sen. John McCain and then-Sen. Hillary Clinton) had their records breached. This was attributed by the liberal paper to "garden-variety snooping by idle employees" and likewise dismissed as "not politically motivated." Again, no explanation was offered other than plain ol' curiosity.

According to Corsi's investigation citing the same NYT report, then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice spent the morning the story broke calling ALL three candidates to apologize. Barack Obama was quoted as saying, with an obvious tone of concern, that while he appreciated the apology, he expected the passport situation "to be investigated diligently and openly." That never happened.

CURIOUSLY however, some facts emerged. Only Barack Obama's passport file –which likely contained sensitive personal information such as Social Security number, birth dates, passport applications and other official documents detailing U.S. citizenship – was breached not once, but on THREE separate occasions – Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14.

And just in case anyone should come forward about what was found in the officially since-secured AND sealed files, Barack Obama took precautions to inoculate against embarrassing disclosures…

TWO WEEKS after the report that his passport records had been compromised, then-candidate Obama surprised ALL of America by announcing at a private fundraiser that he had traveled to PAKISTAN and to INDONESIA during his college years, the summer he transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University. TWO WEEKS after the passport breach, despite having skipped scores of opportunities during the previous years of campaigning to publicly flaunt this exotic credential to his progressive base that drools over that sort of thing.

Why had he waited so long? Why tout his travels then? Obama does everything with calculation. We all know Barack Obama concealed mention of travel to Pakistan and Indonesia because it was somehow in his interest to do so – and he 'volunteered' disclosure about this travel because it suddenly became in his interest to do so.

As for fall-out of the passport breach escapade –

The two offending State Department contract employees who were FIRED for 'apolitical snooping' worked for Stanley Inc. based in Arlington, VA while the other 'reprimanded' worker remained employed by the Analysis Corporation in McLean, VA.

Was this 'reprimanded' employee NOT fired because he was TOLD in fact to access Obama's records and 'doctor' information in the file? WE STILL DON'T KNOW.

So where does Obama CIA-nominee John Brennan come into all of this?

On March 22, 2008, the Washington Times reported that, according to the State Department investigation, the Analysis Corporation employee was the only one of the three workers involved in illicitly accessing the passport records of Obama and McCain, both of whom were under fire at the time to prove their respective constitutional eligibility.

Former CIA agent John Brennan was the head of Analysis Corporation. He was also serving as an intelligence and foreign policy advisor to the Obama presidential campaign.Later, he joined the Obama White House as assistant to the president and deputy national security advisor for homeland security and national terrorism shortly after the election win…

IS BRENNAN'S NOMINATION AT CIA DIRECTOR A PAY-OFF FOR SERVICES RENDERED? Brennan MUST NOT be confirmed until these questions are ASKED and ANSWERED – under oath!

Typical Obama-politics but typical eligibility case – evasion, lies and subterfuge.

You see, the Inspector General of the State Department spent four long grueling months putting together what would be a 104-page "Sensitive But Unclassified" report on the passport breaches that was so heavily redacted as to be rendered virtually useless.

According to Jerome Corsi's report for WND, "Scores of passages were blacked out entirely, including one sequence of 29 consecutive pages that were each obliterated by a solid black box that made it impossible even to determine paragraph structures."

In January 2009, Newsmax's Kenneth Timmerman went on the record saying a well-placed source informed him that the real point of the passport breaches was "to cauterize the Obama file, removing from it any information that could prove damaging to his eligibility to be president" while the transgression of illicitly accessing McCain's and Clinton's files were simply to muddle the trail,  create confusion – and deflect interest from the real purpose of altering the file.

To be more specific, the while episode was to give the impression that the Obama passport breach was innocent snooping conducted by a bored worker with good security credentials, providing cover for the doctoring of the file.

Then there is the MURDER – because this is Chicago thug-style intimidation politics for real folks – of an on-the-surface unrelated death of 24-year-old D.C. drug dealer named Leiutenant Quarles Harris Jr. (yes, it's E-I) who was arrested on March 25, 2008 by a D.C. Metro police officer citing Harris for illegal tinted windows.

The officer out to bust someone for tinted windows instead discovered Harris and his female passenger were stoned, possessed baggies of marijuana likely for sale along with 19 different credit cards in different names AND EIGHT U.S. DEPARTMENT of STATE PASSPORT APPLICATIONS IN DIFFERENT NAMES, some of which matched the credits cards belonging neither to Harris or his passenger!

What does this have to do with Barry Obama, you ask?
Unfortunately for Leiutenant Harris' mother, her son was not a run of the mill drug dealer hanging out on street corners or selling pot to college kids.
He was over his head in an identity-theft ring with direct access to the State Department and passport records.

After his traffic arrest and the vehicle search findings, Harris was questioned by the State Department, the U.S. Secret Service and the U.S. Postal Service.

Harris admitted that he was part of a sophisticated network, and had obtained the passport data from an unnamed co-conspirator working at the State Department. Harris exposed their unsecured system, which was used to obtain credit cards in the names of the passport applicants. These credit cards were intercepted in the mail by yet another co-conspirator working at the U.S. Postal Service BEFORE being delivered to the persons whose identities were stolen, for criminal exploitation.
Corsi writes:

What was clear from Harris' statements was that breaching passport records at the State Department had developed into major criminal activity conducted on a continuing basis by State Department employees with access to the State Department's Passport Information Electronic Records System, commonly known by the acronym PIERS.
What also was clear was that Harris had information related to the State Department employees who had breached Obama's passport records and that he was cooperating with government officials.
Despite the objection of the prosecutors, the judge at his arraignment released Harris the next day on personal recognizance. He was ordered to return to court for a hearing in June 2008.

But on April 18, 2008, Harris was murdered in what appeared to be an uncharacteristic and very accurate single bullet drive-by shooting at 11 p.m.


In his car.
Single bullet to the head.
No other shots fired.
Drive by.
At night.

The Washington Post and local news channels reported Cleopatria Harris, the mother of Leiutenant, believes her son was murdered to stop the federal investigation of the passport record breach – and if true, it worked.

There are still no suspects in Harris' murder.

The State Department has yet to publicly reveal what was discovered in the breach of Obama's records and those who 'peeked' have never come forward in public.
And we still don't have Proof Positive about Obama's eligibility, Obama's identity, Obama's past.

Loyalty to the hitherto untouchable Obama has its own rewards, and right now Barack Obama is surrounding himself with a cabinet of hatchet men, yes-men and blind loyalists to serve HIM, not the American people – and certainlyNOT to obey the Constitution as the Law of the Land.

Barack Obama – the man who has evaded for FOUR LONG YEARS having to prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States – is all set make good on his 2008 campaign pledge to "fundamentally transform America" as he sees fit, whether it's tax-and-spending our free nation into a Marxist society, obliterating our Second Amendment rights or handing off our sovereignty to the United Nations bit by bit.

But we can still save America if we stop Barack Hussein Obama with the irrefutable evidence unearthed by Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse!

Natural born citizenship is the FIRST requirement of eligibility to hold the Office of President under Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; Neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

If Barack Obama can be PROVEN a non-citizen imposter, ALL of the Executive Orders he has signed while occupying office would be NULL AND VOID – along with every other law he signed and forced on America, like ObamaCare!


We must compel CONGRESS TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION! Obama must not be given a pass on his bold fraud to occupy the Oval Office illicitly, and allowed to solidify his Marxist putsch over our Constitution! Brennan's nomination as CIA Director MUST BE BLOCKED and the passport and birth certificate cover-ups investigated!

With the Imposter-in-Chief ready to impose sweeping amnesty and edicts obliterating our Second Amendment at any time he should fail to get everything he wants from Congress, the need for action is URGENT; Barack Obama is beginning to turn the RINO – Republican in Name Only – shift toward socialism in his favor!
