URGENT: Investment Watch blog has reported Walmart Corporation will no longer place new still-legal ammunition orders pending "the upcoming decision on the Second Amendment."

 With major 'gunfights' looming in Washington DC and all across America, it is not merely 'inconvenient' for those of us who have forked over hundreds of dollars each month to Walmarts or Sam's Clubs across the nation, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS – an absolute betrayal of the retail chains' customers and American citizens SURRENDERING to the Obama anti-gun agenda!

Walmart spokesmen are trying to have it both ways, with the national corporate offices saying 'nothing has changed' in their policies, at the same time customers have taped phone calls with various Walmart customer service representatives at the local and regional levels being told that 'no new orders of ammunition are being taken' until Washington acts on its threatened gun and ammo bans.

 Then again, maybe it's just mercenary, and Walmart, with its recent dallying in the Oval Office, doesn't want to stick itself with a stockpile of arms and ammo that it fears will become illegal in the next month! That's pretty cold, and really short sighted. Capitalism doesn't work without FREEDOM, and we are going to lose ours – UNLESS WE TAKE ACTION NOW!

America's first national Gun Appreciation Day is Jan. 19, 2013 at a gun shop, gun show or shooting range near YOU!Many of us buy guns and ammo at Walmart, but DO NOT GO TO WALMART JAN. 19 TO SHOW YOUR SECOND AMENDMENT SUPPORT, BECAUSE THEY ARE PANDERING TO THEIR INTERESTS – NOT OURS, AND CERTAINLY NOT AMERICA'S!Support a gun supply place or range that stands TALL for our rights – if government restrictions forces THEM out of business or out-of-stock, we're ALL out of luck.

You know Obama's plans (and Capital Hill cronyism) is at its worst when Walmart of all entities refuses to stand with heartland America and insist it has a right to supply and sell us vital products which we have every right to demand and purchase. The case of Walmart's preemptive capitulation to Washington threats is an ominous warning of what's to come… just as Russia's citizenry – who consider our Second Amendment rights to be our only saving grace as an admirable country – is warning us to NEVER GIVE UP OUR GUNS!

 In a blog utterly denouncing his own country's disarmament in the name of "safety," Russian conservative blogger Stanislav Mishin exposes what's to come for our own country if this Leftwing gun grab isn't stopped.

Mishin writes:
This will probably come as a total shock to most of my Western readers, but at one point, Russia was one of the most heavily armed societies on earth. This was, of course, when we were free under the Tsar. Weapons, from swords and spears to pistols, rifles and shotguns were everywhere, common items. People carried them concealed, they carried them holstered…
Of course being savages, murderers and liars does not mean being stupid and the Reds learned from their Civil War experience. One of the first things they did was to disarm the population. From that point, mass repression, mass arrests, mass deportations, mass murder, mass starvation were all a safe game for the powers that were. The worst they had to fear was a pitchfork in the guts or a knife in the back or the occasional hunting rifle. Not much for soldiers.
To this day, with the Soviet Union now dead 21 years, with a whole generation born and raised to adulthood without the SU, we are still denied our basic and traditional rights to self defense. Why? We are told that everyone would just start shooting each other and crime would be everywhere….but criminals are still armed and still murdering and too often, especially in the far regions, those criminals wear the uniforms of the police. The fact that everyone would start shooting is also laughable when statistics are examined…
…[T]he local authorities, especially in our vast hinterland, do not feel they need to act like they work for the people. They do as they please, a tyrannical class who knows they have absolutely nothing to fear from a relatively unarmed population. This in turn breeds not respect but absolute contempt and often enough, criminal abuse.
For those of us fighting for our traditional rights, the US 2nd Amendment is a rare light in an ever darkening room. Governments will use the excuse of trying to protect the people from maniacs and crime, but are in reality, it is the bureaucrats protecting their power and position.
No it is about power and a total power over the people… Do not be fooled by a belief that progressives, leftists hate guns. Oh, no, they do not. What they hate is guns in the hands of those who are not marching in lock step of their ideology. They hate guns in the hands of those who think for themselves and do not obey without question. They hate guns in the hands of those whom they have slated for a barrel to the back of the ear.

The warnings are there. The only question that remains: Will we fall in line or will we answer with ACTION?

Folks, the writing is on the wall. Walmart is refusing to re-stock or sell ammo. New York's Gov. Cuomo is pressuring gun shops not to sell firearms – effectually demanding that they commit economic suicide and save him the work of forcing through his progressive state legislature even MORE insane gun control laws to shut them down, and deprive New Yorkers of their Constitutional rights. Obama, Biden, Senators Feinstein and Schumer have promised sweeping new NATIONAL gun control by the end of THIS MONTH.

We are out of time to play politics with Washington.
While not a law per se, a "Sense Of" Resolution to defend our Second Amendment rights IMMEDIATELY puts the Congress ON PUBLIC RECORD on our gun rights while the gun control clamor is in full cry! It will COMMIT our elected officials to OWNING their Second Amendment support – or lack thereof if they fail to sign – knowing full well the political repercussions for failing to make good on their promises to defend the rights and freedoms of the American people.

It is becoming a strategic necessity to DEMAND a Sense of Congress Resolution passed BY Gun Appreciation Day – January 19th, 2013 – to help us focus our fight going forward amidst the media frenzy. We the People MUST answer the Leftwing gun control propaganda machine effectively EVERY DAY! Our gutless politicians generally are hunkered down, hoping this fight will blow over and they will be able to just keep their heads down and vote with the herd.

NO MORE! NOW is when WE STEP FORWARD, AND DEMAND THE SAME FROM THOSE WE HAVE ENTRUSTED WITH REPRESENTING US IN WASHINGTON:

SUCCESS OF GUN APPRECIATION DAY IS VITAL. Following the nationwide show of support for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, right before Barack Obama's inauguration, right before he and his progressive base try to jam gun control down our throats WE the People must gain momentum. Otherwise, just as they did with ObamaCare, LYING before the nation that they have the majority of support when in fact it is the complete opposite – the media will continue to intimidate our fellow countrymen and Congress may capitulate.

AND WE MUST KNOW WHERE WE STAND WITH OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS IN WASHINGTON. That's why we need your urgent help and support to not only promote Gun Appreciation Day nationwide but to gather the Capitol Hill votes to defend our gun rights, and our nation's sovereignty dependent on those rights, from domestic gun grabbers STARTING TODAY!

AMERICA NEEDS CONGRESS' EXPLICIT SUPPORT of our Constitution and our Second Amendment – just as our Founders bequeathed them to us – and we need it NOW!

Our Founding Fathers saw fit to arm the American people to defend against criminals invading our home, against tyrannical government, and against foreigners invading our country from abroad. Now, with a 'Manchurian President' FAR more interested in maintaining and extending his own grasping power, and in appeasing foreign leaders than even pretending to uphold our Constitutional rights, it is more critical than ever before we make OUR voices heard to Congress and the courts!

 We law-abiding citizens of the United States of America WILL cling to our guns in the face of creeping foreign influence and the subversion of an over-reaching, coercive government.

 The anti-gun Democrats are demagoguing on gun control because it is in their best political interest when they are finished driving this country into the fiscal ground that the millions of ordinary folks footing the bill are disarmed and too disorganized to take them to task.

MAKE NO MISTAKE: The dire state of our sovereignty as a nation and our collapsing status as a world power is just what Obama is seeking. Shamefully, our national disarray emanating from Washington should raise red flags of alarm to lawmakers of putsch and power abuse by the Executive Branch, but Obama's dangerous actions are not stopping Obama's anti-gun ally Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) from pushing forward what is being called "the most significant attack on the Second Amendment in history."

 Just as disturbing – if not more so – are reports of Obama plots to restrict our rights to arms through Executive Orders and administrative edicts, in blatant violation of the Constitution and separation of powers.

Instead of equal rights and equal access to self-defense, we law-abiding commoners are right now becoming the victims of Alinsky, Cloward/Piven intimidation tactics in the expectation that we will cave and cower in submission when it comes to the Obama administration's outright destruction of our Second Amendment.

 It is a FACT that where states have implemented Concealed Carry and/or Stand Your Ground laws, violent crime rates AND violent crimes involving a gun have DROPPED across the board.

 But the FACTS are not stopping anti-gun fanatics including the Obama administration from lying, bullying, propagandizing – and coming for our guns!

GUN APPRECIATION DAY and the passing of a Sense of Congress Resolution WILL CHANGE THAT! We MUST REFUSE AND RESIST the gun-grabbing agendas!

We need to stand up, shout and scream at our elected representatives in Congress to defend our Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms from the totalitarian Obama-Feinstein plot to gut the Constitution, and regulate and tax civilian gun ownership into oblivion! A Right so Restricted it is rendered impracticable and inaccessible to the citizenry is NO right – and a Right to self-protection that we are unable to exercise even when our lives are on the line is a malicious and seditious travesty NO free people will abide!

 We will NOT be disarmed,we shall NOT submit to the New World Order!

Our liberty and our sovereignty are on the line this month, and they are NOT acceptable pawns in this administration's war on American gun-owners and on our Constitutional rights.

 We urgently need your ardent support to rally your fellow citizens to make Gun Appreciation Day as big a national demonstration as Chik-Fil-A Day became!

 We need to put Congress and the Obama administration on notice, and get the rest of America on board where we stand when it comes to gun control – and we need your financial help to get this lobbying done! Any gift, $35, $50, $65, $100, $250 or more, whatever you can afford will make the difference in this fight. In the next few days with your loyal support, we will be sending out the battle-cry to lawful gun owners and those committed to the Constitution – millions of emails and faxing expenses, and personal lobbying calls that are not cheap – to hound Congress to COMMIT to defending our Constitutional rights and freedoms, as well as publicity to spread the message to support Gun Appreciation Day on January 19.

Over these next several days, it is critical that we make sure our elected officials on Capitol Hill have DAILY an office FLOODED with blast-faxes from concerned citizens like you demanding our Second Amendment rights be upheld and our sovereignty as a free nation protected with the defeat of the Obama-Feinstein gun grabs, and a shutdown of the globalist U.N. Gun Treaty.

 This is our critical window of opportunity to gather opposition before our Right to Keep and Bear Arms is under such organized attack that it is made irrelevant and we are rendered disarmed submissives to a police state and governance by international Marxists.

 We MUST be MORE relentless than the Left in pursuit of our objectives.

 We MUST cling to our guns and our Constitution like never before.

 We MUST make sure EVERY DAY Congress hears us and heeds us.
