NINE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS DIE IN TEXAS WRECK

Eight survivors are now in the custody of immigration authorities following a Texas wreck that killed nine suspected illegal immigrants in McAllen, Texas. The fatal wreck happened after Border Patrol agents stopped the van and some of the passengers immediately sprinted away. As the foot chase unfolded, with one eventually caught, the van sped off and wrecked three or four blocks away with backpacks, water bottles and nine bodies scattered nearby.

The eight-passenger van had been gutted to accommodate all of the passengers on their journey into the U.S. causing the nine deaths as passengers without seatbelts were flung to their deaths as the van rolled. Most of those involved in the crash were from Mexico, including all of those who died.

LITIGATION-LOVING OBAMA WILL NOT USE DOJ TO ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAW

Earlier this week, Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle outright refused to hold illegal immigrants for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the Cook County Jail saying it violates their civil rights.

On average, one hundred illegal immigrants are jailed in Cook County, post bail and are released every month.

The Obama administration has thus far refused to take any legal action against the county.

In November 2011, the Department of Justice sued the state of Utah over the implementation of their new immigration enforcement law which allows police officers to investigate suspects’ legal status in this country.
