Benghazi: Obama, Clinton Knew The Truth But Lied

PENTAGON

The Benghazi Transcripts: Top Defense officials briefed Obama on ‘attack,’ not video or protest

Minutes after the American consulate in Benghazi came under assault on Sept. 11, 2012, the nation's top civilian and uniformed defense officials -- headed for a previously scheduled Oval Office session with President Obama -- were informed that the event was a "terrorist attack," declassified documents show. The new evidence raises the question of why the top military men, one of whom was a member of the president's Cabinet, allowed him and other senior Obama administration officials to press a false narrative of the Benghazi attacks for two weeks afterward.
Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The tense briefing -- in which it was already known that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens had been targeted and had gone missing -- occurred just before the two senior officials departed the Pentagon for their session with the commander in chief.
According to declassified testimony obtained by Fox News, Ham -- who was working out of his Pentagon office on the afternoon of Sept. 11 -- said he learned about the assault on the consulate compound within 15 minutes of its commencement, at 9:42 p.m. Libya time, through a call he received from the AFRICOM Command Center.
"My first call was to General Dempsey, General Dempsey's office, to say, 'Hey, I am headed down the hall. I need to see him right away,'" Ham told lawmakers on the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation on June 26 of last year. "I told him what I knew. We immediately walked upstairs to meet with Secretary Panetta."
Ham's account of that fateful day was included in some 450 pages of testimony given by senior Pentagon officials in classified, closed-door hearings conducted last year by the Armed Services subcommittee. The testimony, given under "Top Secret" clearance and only declassified this month, presents a rare glimpse into how information during a crisis travels at the top echelons of America's national security apparatus, all the way up to the president.
Also among those whose secret testimony was declassified was Dempsey, the first person Ham briefed about Benghazi. Ham told lawmakers he considered it a fortuitous "happenstance" that he was able to rope Dempsey and Panetta into one meeting, so that, as Ham put it, "they had the basic information as they headed across for the meeting at the White House." Ham also told lawmakers he met with Panetta and Dempsey when they returned from their 30-minute session with President Obama on Sept. 11.
Armed Services Chairman Howard "Buck" McKeon, R-Calif., sitting in on the subcommittee's hearing with Ham last June, reserved for himself an especially sensitive line of questioning: namely, whether senior Obama administration officials, in the very earliest stages of their knowledge of Benghazi, had any reason to believe that the assault grew spontaneously out of a demonstration over an anti-Islam video produced in America.
Numerous aides to the president and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly told the public in the weeks following the murder of Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans that night -- as Obama's hotly contested bid for re-election was entering its final stretch -- that there was no evidence the killings were the result of a premeditated terrorist attack, but rather were the result of a protest gone awry. Subsequent disclosures exposed the falsity of that narrative, and the Obama administration ultimately acknowledged that its early statements on Benghazi were untrue.
"In your discussions with General Dempsey and Secretary Panetta," McKeon asked, "was there any mention of a demonstration or was all discussion about an attack?" Ham initially testified that there was some "peripheral" discussion of this subject, but added "at that initial meeting, we knew that a U.S. facility had been attacked and was under attack, and we knew at that point that we had two individuals, Ambassador Stevens and Mr. [Sean] Smith, unaccounted for."
Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, a first-term lawmaker with experience as an Iraq war veteran and Army reserve officer, pressed Ham further on the point, prodding the 29-year Army veteran to admit that "the nature of the conversation" he had with Panetta and Dempsey was that "this was a terrorist attack."
The transcript reads as follows:
WENSTRUP: "As a military person, I am concerned that someone in the military would be advising that this was a demonstration. I would hope that our military leadership would be advising that this was a terrorist attack."
HAM: "Again, sir, I think, you know, there was some preliminary discussion about, you know, maybe there was a demonstration. But I think at the command, I personally and I think the command very quickly got to the point that this was not a demonstration, this was a terrorist attack."
WENSTRUP: "And you would have advised as such if asked. Would that be correct?"
HAM: "Well, and with General Dempsey and Secretary Panetta, that is the nature of the conversation we had, yes, sir."
Panetta told the Senate Armed Services Committee in February of last year that it was him who informed the president that "there was an apparent attack going on in Benghazi." "Secretary Panetta, do you believe that unequivocally at that time we knew that this was a terrorist attack?" asked Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla. "There was no question in my mind that this was a terrorist attack," Panetta replied.
Senior State Department officials who were in direct, real-time contact with the Americans under assault in Benghazi have also made clear they, too, knew immediately -- from surveillance video and eyewitness accounts -- that the incident was a terrorist attack. After providing the first substantive "tick-tock" of the events in Benghazi, during a background briefing conducted on the evening of Oct. 9, 2012, a reporter asked two top aides to then-Secretary Clinton: "What in all of these events that you've described led officials to believe for the first several days that this was prompted by protests against the video?"
"That is a question that you would have to ask others," replied one of the senior officials. "That was not our conclusion."
Ham's declassified testimony further underscores that Obama's earliest briefing on Benghazi was solely to the effect that the incident was a terrorist attack, and raises once again the question of how the narrative about the offensive video, and a demonstration that never occurred, took root within the White House as the explanation for Benghazi.
The day after the attacks, which marked the first killing of an American ambassador in the line of duty since 1979, Obama strode to the Rose Garden to comment on the loss, taking pains in his statement to say: "We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others." As late as Sept. 24, during an appearance on the talk show "The View," when asked directly by co-host Joy Behar if Benghazi had been "an act of terrorism," the president hedged, saying: "Well, we're still doing an investigation."
The declassified transcripts show that beyond Ham, Panetta and Dempsey, other key officers and channels throughout the Pentagon and its combatant commands were similarly quick to label the incident a terrorist attack. In a classified session on July 31 of last year, Westrup raised the question with Marine Corps Col. George Bristol, commander of AFRICOM's Joint Special Operations Task Force for the Trans Sahara region.
Bristol, who was traveling in Dakar, Senegal when the attack occurred, said he received a call from the Joint Operations Center alerting him to "a considerable event unfolding in Libya." Bristol's next call was to Lt. Col. S.E. Gibson, an Army commander stationed in Tripoli. Gibson informed Bristol that Stevens was missing, and that "there was a fight going on" at the consulate compound.
WESTRUP: "So no one from the military was ever advising, that you are aware of, that this was a demonstration gone out of control, it was always considered an attack -"
BRISTOL: "Yes, sir."
WENSTRUP: "-- on the United States?"
BRISTOL: "Yes, sir. ... We referred to it as the attack."
Staffers on the Armed Services subcommittee conducted nine classified sessions on the Benghazi attacks, and are close to issuing what they call an "interim" report on the affair. Fox News reported in October their preliminary conclusion that U.S. forces on the night of the Benghazi attacks were postured in such a way as to make military rescue or intervention impossible -- a finding that buttresses the claims of Dempsey and other senior Pentagon officials.
While their investigation continues, staffers say they still want to question Panetta directly. But the former defense secretary, now retired, has resisted such calls for additional testimony.
"He is in the president's Cabinet," said Rep. Martha Roby R-Ala., chair of the panel that collected the testimony, of Panetta. "The American people deserve the truth. They deserve to know what's going on, and I honestly think that that's why you have seen -- beyond the tragedy that there was a loss of four Americans' lives -- is that  the American people feel misled."
"Leon Panetta should have spoken up," agreed Kim R. Holmes, a former assistant secretary of state under President George W. Bush and now a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation. "The people at the Pentagon and frankly, the people at the CIA stood back while all of this was unfolding and allowed this narrative to go on longer than they should have."
Neither Panetta's office nor the White House responded to Fox News' requests for comment.

Benghazi Cover Up Continues

Benghazi has never been satisfactorily explained, but now it's looking like it's literally indefensible.  On the negative sliding scale, we have things that are illegal, and under that we have things that are criminal, under that are things that are some combination of evil, horrifying and disgusting.  This I think falls into that lowest category of wrong.  And, perhaps worse, it's dishonorable.

The CBS report here: http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50157981n
on 60 Minutes last Sunday details the advance warnings given the Pentagon and State, the multiple requests for increased security, the refusal to respond at the time of the attack - except by some special ops guys in Tripoli who didn't ask for permission and chartered a private flight.  We know about the F-18s at Sigonella in Sicily that could have been there in less than an hour.  We know about the flag rank guys who were transferred or relieved of command for suggesting that they could respond.   We know that a mastermind of the Benghazi attack, Ahmed Abu Khattalah, was sent underground a year later because a lower-priority target, al-Libi, was captured the day before that operation was launched.  http://security.blogs.cnn.com/2013/10/29/first-on-cnn-us-commandos-were-poised-for-raid-to-capture-benghazi-suspect/

The two special ops guys who did respond, and did save lives, were unknown, unidentified, and silent until they were recently awarded congressional medals for valor
The other six special ops in Tripoli were asked to remain on site in case the embassy there came under attack.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/oct/30/us-military-commandos-made-it-to-benghazi/

Cue the videos of Jay Carney - and Hillary - and Susan Rice - and Leon Panetta - saying there were no military forces available to send to Benghazi.

Had this been just a panicky refusal to attempt to deal with a difficult situation, it would be a hanging offense.  But given the months of advance warning, the al-qaeda chatter stating the intentions to attack the Red Cross, the British, and the Americans, given that 2 of the 3 had been accomplished, given that multiple requests for increased security had been denied, it looks like a sinister plot indeed.  Not merely a complete absence of honor and integrity and competence but a calculated move to sacrifice men on the ground in the service of... of what?  I gotta say, I'm puzzled.  What deity was being placated by the offering of these men's lives?  The election?

What difference does it make?  Well, Hillary, if you can ask that, you won't understand the answer.

Benghazi Cover Up Continues

AL QAEDA

House panel probing Benghazi could recall Clinton to testify, chairman says

Darrell Issa of California told Fox News in an exclusive interview his panel will not hesitate to recall the most senior witnesses who have testified about the Sep.11, 2012 attack, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"We can certainly have Mrs. Clinton back,"  Issa said.  "We want to be respectful of her time, so getting to the facts, including people below her, first is critical."
The comments come ahead of a hearing on Wednesday. The Republican staff report presented to Issa, first reported Sunday by Fox News, alleges that the State Department's investigation, known as the Accountability Review Board or ARB, let senior State Department officials off the hook. They included Undersecretary for Management Patrick Kennedy, who signed a December 2011 "action memo" green lighting the Benghazi post with substandard security.
According to witness testimony before Issa’s committee, Clinton, who has so far escaped blame for the attack, wanted Benghazi to be a permanent operation.
The policy, according to Issa, failed to protect Ambassador Chris Stevens, Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and the two former Navy Seals, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty, who died defending the CIA Annex.
"If he (Kennedy) doesn't want to tell us why people above him knew and allowed it, then all we can assume is that he kept it to himself," Issa said.
On Wednesday, Kennedy will be the star witness at the House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on Benghazi, where he is expected to face aggressive questioning on whether he or Clinton were responsible for the policy decisions that created what critics have called "a death trap."
On Thursday, the co-chairs of the State Department investigation will testify before the House Oversight Committee.
The senior Democrat on the committee, Elijah Cummings of Maryland, told Fox News in a written statement that the staff report was not a committee report that reflected the members' views, adding  "...Republicans have politicized the investigation by engaging in a systematic effort to launch unsubstantiated accusations against the Pentagon, the State Department, the President, and now the ARB itself. "
The State Department Tuesday declined to explain who made the policy decisions
"I'm not going to discuss internal deliberations as you know, from the podium," spokeswoman Jen Psaki said at a press briefing.  "But it is important to note that Undersecretary Kennedy was thoroughly interviewed by the ARB, testified for two congressional hearings, provided more than 20 briefings to members and staff. As he testified under oath, he was not involved in the day-to-day decision making on security in Benghazi."
In June, when Fox News first asked about the December 2011 "action memo" signed by Kennedy --  former diplomats say it would have typically required prior approval from Clinton or her deputy -  Psaki tried to dismiss the document's significance by claiming the ARB had thoroughly investigated it.
According to committee depositions, the Republican staff report found the ARB sought to affix blame at the lowest level possible.

Benghazi Updates

BENGHAZI INVESTIGATION
FALLING APART

Obama administration's Chicago politics likely forced
Gen. Petraeus' resignation and Clinton is 'too busy'
to appear before Congress

With just days to go until former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus was due to testify on Capitol Hill, we're learning that Obama's Chicago-style politics likely stage-managed Gen. Petraeus' suspect resignation, forcing it through AFTER the election but BEFORE his appearance to testify under oath in front of Congress about the Benghazi massacre!

Right now, some conservatives in Washington are speculating that CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus was BLACKMAILED into resigning as part of a conspiracy by this administration to cover up rank dereliction of duty in the Benghazi debacle. It makes sense that Obama wants to stop Petraeus from testifying on Thursday and telling the whole truth of what he knows about the disgraceful, even criminal, Benghazi events.

Others are alleging that Gen. Petraeus was forced out of his position due to his refusal to become "the fall guy" for MURDER and that the Petraeus sexual affair has proved an exploitable opportunity to manipulate Petraeus' conduct, and an adequate public reason for his resignation to feed to the American people.

The timing is made even more suspicious by new details indicating that the Obama administration AND the FBI AND U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder ALL learned of Gen. Petraeus' extra-marital affair over the summer during the course of another investigation. Yet, with serious security breach considerations involved, this information was sat on throughout the administration. Further, the administration FEIGNED SURPRISE when Petraeus handed in his letter of resignation at 5 p.m. the day AFTER Barack Obama clinched a second term!
What a web of deceit, betrayal and subterfuge!

Though it was largely ignored by the mainstream media, undisclosed administration officials publicly floated a rumor last month suggesting that it was Petraeus who gave the order to stand down in Benghazi, stopping help just minutes away from saving the lives of three U.S. officials and U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens. Petraeus responded to these vague accusations with vehement denial –leading many conservatives to believe that Petraeus' career has become that latest victim of an administration determined to protect itself AT ALL COSTS.

There is one thing crystal clear in the murky fog of innuendo and speculation: in the days leading up to his November 7th re-election, Barack Obama kept key facts from the American people – the fact that one of our drones was attacked by Iranian airplanes, the fact that Attorney General Eric Holder has plans swiftly to resign before Fast and Furious can be brought home to his account, and the fact that Gen. Petraeus was compromised and facing resignation or removal. For weeks, Barack Obama LIED to the American people that the Benghazi attacks were no more than "a bump in the road" – the unfortunate consequence of a random protest against a silly anti-Muslim YouTube video.

There is no doubt that the Obama administration not only knew that a terrorist attack was underway at the Benghazi Compound (there IS NO Benghazi Consulate listed among U.S. assets), but they explicitly and repeatedly told security forces at the nearby CIA, and other military support, to 'stand down' when Ambassador Chris Stevens' team begged for help…
Likewise, there is no doubt that Gen. Petraeus, a 37-year veteran of the U.S. Army with a hitherto exemplary record of service and sacrifice for his country, has become the latest victim of Obama's Chicago-style, thuggish politics whether by blackmail or failed decision-making in the Oval Office.

We CANNOT allow this administration to continue its evasion of accountability and justice, not when it comes to determining why four Americans were abandoned and their irreplaceable lives callously handed over to terrorists. Barack Obama and every other person in the Chain of Command MUST be held accountable for their FAILURE to protect American personnel.

aThe Washington Examiner reported on Saturday that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton DECLINED to testify on Benghazi due to a scheduling conflict! That's right – 'a scheduling conflict' is preventing the Secretary of State of the United States of America from giving testimony before Congress concerning the abject FAILURE of this administration, including the dereliction of her own duty, to save the lives of those four Americans needlessly sacrificed to Islamist terrorists.

"[Clinton] was asked to appear at House Foreign Affairs next week, and we have written back to the Chairman to say that she'll be on travel next week," State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters over the weekend. "She has a commitment with the Secretary of Defense to the AUSMIN Ministerial." Per AFP"AUSMIN is the highest level forum for Australia and US consultation on foreign policy, defense and strategic issues."
The highest levels of the Obama administration are more concerned about an Australian budget meeting than about finding justice for our DEAD Americans!
The LYING, the timeline, everything about Benghazi indicates a cover-up that makes Watergate look like a little white lie.

This administration is hoping to hide behind the FBI and State Department investigations of Benghazi, and we're guessing it's for good reason. The Obama administration, as usual, is far more concerned about protecting itself than seeing justice served.

U.S. Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) said that the House Foreign Affairs Committee may subpoena Gen. Petraeus to appear before the committee regardless of his resignation, and we must hold Congressman King to it! Neither Petraeus OR Clinton will testify before Congress unless we take action right now to make sure of it.

Like Clinton, Gen. Petraeus is a vital part of finding out exactly what happened in Benghazi and who in this administration is accountable for handing over four Americans to the terrorists when help was just minutes away and repeatedly requested. Only Gen. Petraeus can testify concerning whether or not he was pressured to be the administration's fall guy and whether or not he was fired for his refusal to fall on his sword to cover up for Obama.
We want Clinton AND Petraeus – and every other official in the Situation Room who watched Americans die in real time – held accountable and to answer to the American people for handing over our Ambassador and three other Americans to the terrorists when life-saving help was one swift command away!

We want those responsible for NOT sending readily available, life-saving aid to answer to the families of our men! Those who were abandoned by cowards in this administration to die kept faith with us – we MUST KEEP FAITH WITH THEM!

We MUST step up our demands to Congress.

There are credible accounts circulating that a "rogue" general, Africom Commanding Officer U.S. General Carter Ham, was arrested by his second-in-command and relieved of duty for activating special forces teams within minutes of learning the Compound/Consulate was under attack.

The Washington Times reported that on October 26, "Ambassador" posted the following RUMINT on TigerDroppings (h/t Jim Hoft): …

"(The) basic principle is that you don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on; without having some real-time information about what's taking place," Panetta told Pentagon reporters. "And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation. The information I heard today was that General Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place.

General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command."

Had the Obama administration been at all concerned with saving the lives of these four Americans, including our ambassador, they could have stopped the mortar fire that eventually killed them simply by allowing an AC-130U Gunship – a powerful weapon nearby that could have halted the destruction – to fire…

Obama and Sec. of Defense Panetta could have given Gen. Ham the green-light to save those four, including Ambassador Stevens, from being murdered.

But they didn't.

The Obama administration chose instead to tell Americans to stand down and let the terrorists win.

Because it a silly video riot fit their political, election-cycle narrative of "no Al-Qaida" in Libya, while a terrorist attack on 9/11 surely didn't!

"Somebody the other day said to me, 'This is as bad as Watergate.' Well, nobody died in Watergate," said Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) on Sunday during an interview on CBS' "Face the Nation."
"This is either a massive cover-up or incompetence that is not acceptable … to the American people," said McCain.
Sen. McCain is absolutely right.

The fact that thirty Americans were attacked for seven hours (and four of them DIED) with no help from a well-informed Oval Office is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The failure to take responsibility is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

No one wants to admit to failure and then commit to making sure Washington never again doles out a death sentence with orders for Americans to "stand down" against terrorists!
Washington elites have been condemning us for seeking the truth as guilty of "Monday morning quarterbacking" and clearly wanted to wait until after the Election for a Congressional investigation…

But nothing Obama or his underlings in Washington do will stop us from seeking the truth and justice these four dead Americans deserve.

Never again will the highest levels of our government watch Americans die in real time while concocting a bogus story to hide the truth from the American people.

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Howard "Buck" McKeon (R-Calif.) has sent a letter to Obama demanding to know exactly whom he ordered to do what on Sept. 11, 2012, when the attack happened after Obama's most recent statement in an Oct. 26 interview that he took action and issued "directives" the "minute" he found out about the attack.
"There appears to be a discrepancy between your directive and the actions taken by the Department of Defense," Rep. McKeon wrote in his letter to Obama. "As we are painfully aware, despite the fact that the military had resources in the area, the military did not deploy any assets to secure U.S. personnel in Benghazi during the hours the Consulate and the annex were under attack. I find it implausible that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Commander of U.S. Africa Command[this would be GENERAL CARTER HAM], and the Commander of U.S. European Command would have ignored a direct order from the Commander in Chief."

McKeon listed four questions that he is demanding Obama answer:
1) "To whom did you issue this first directive and how was this directive communicated to the military and other agencies – verbally or in writing?"
2) "At any time on September 11, 2012, did you specifically direct the military to move available assets into Libya to ensure the safety of U.S. personnel in Benghazi? If so, which assets did you order to Libya?"
3) "At any time on September 11, 2012, other than ISR assets, did you provide the authority for the military to take any and all necessary measures to secure U.S. personnel, including specifically the authority to enter Libyan airspace?"
4) "Did you have any communication with the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or any Commanders of regional Combatant Commands regarding military support to U.S. personnel in Benghazi on September 11th? If so could you please describe any recommendations provided to you regarding available military support and any orders you gave them?"
But McKeon is only going to get the answers from this administration if he has the rest of Congress behind him. He needs our help, just like our men in Benghazi needed Barack Obama's.

Evidence is mounting against this administration but much of the mainstream media is still blindly backing Barack Obama, glomming onto coverage of Hurricane Sandy and hoping the American people forget all about the four Americans this administration knowingly sacrificed to the terrorists abroad.

Barack Obama still thinks he can spin his way out of this. He has no intention of being held accountable, not if he can help it.

We cannot allow Barack Obama and his media minions to distract Americans from seeking the truth that the families of these men – Amb. Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods – deserve.

We must LOUDLY demand that the mainstream media – NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, CSPAN – continue covering this story and do it without spinning murder into an unavoidable mishap.

Petraeus Resignation A Sham?

PETRAEUS MUZZLED

OBAMA DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
4 DEAD IN BENGHAZI

The Cover Up Deepens: Just days before closed door testimony under oath on the Benghazi massacre before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Central Intelligence Agency director David Petraeus has suddenly resigned his post. He cites an illicit extramarital affair and "extremely poor judgment" that compels his dramatic replacement, but under what compulsion? Petraeus cannot escape his duty; he MUST be subpoenaed to appear and testify – and reveal the truth!

DEMAND CONGRESS INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE OBAMA'S BENGHAZI COVER-UP

As first reported by NBC News in a letter released to the CIA work force on Friday afternoon, Petraeus publicly disclosed the affair, and wrote: "Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours."

Petraeus allegedly informed President Obama of his affair and offered his resignation during a meeting on Thursday. It was reported that in a phone conversation on Friday, Obama accepted Petraeus' resignation.

Experienced intelligence and security analysts have expressed deep skepticism of the official account regarding the circumstances, and the timing, of the Petraeus resignation. It is just too convenient in spiking embarrassing testimony, and removing a disruptive narrative that disputes Team Obama's cover up story crafted to conceal their criminal dereliction of duty in Benghazi.

Numerous analysts and commentators note that on October 27 Petraeus, in contradiction to the official Obama Administration account, emphatically denied that he or anyone else at the CIA refused assistance to the former Navy SEALs who requested it three times as terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi on the night of September 11. The Weekly Standard and ABC News reported then that Petraeus's denial effectively implicated President Barack Obama in having refused vital aid to the valiant defenders, since a refusal to assist "would have been a presidential decision."

Following the lead, when Denver local reporter Kyle Clarke of KUSA-TV queried Obama directly as to whether the Americans in Benghazi were denied requests for aid, Obama dodged the question, but implied that he had known about the attacks as they were "happening."

Emails subsequently released revealed that the White House was informed almost immediately that a terror group had taken responsibility for the attack in Benghazi, and Fox News reported that the two slain defenders, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, had been refused in requests for assistance they had made from the CIA annex. Yet the Obama Administration has continued to cover up and stonewall.

WHO DENIED THEIR PLEAS FOR HELP? IT HAD TO BE OBAMA HIMSELF!

Charles Woods, father of Ty Woods, has called the White House's explanations of Benghazi a "pack of lies" and implied that those responsible for the decision in the Obama Administration to refuse assistance are guilty of "murder." On a national interview, he added:

"My son violated his orders in order to protect the lives of at least 30 people. He risked his life to be a hero. I wish that the leadership in the White House had the same moral courage that my son displayed with his life."

State Department communications reveal that the Obama Administration knew for weeks that the Benghazi Embassy was the target of an upcoming terrorist attack. The terrorists even performed multiple "dry run" mini-attacks on the compound in a presumed attempt to assess security breaches.

Obama TRIED to blame Benghazi on a movie. Then he tried to blame the massacre on lack of security by the State Department and the CIA.

But Hillary Clinton and General David Petraeus have refused to take the blame. Instead, by telling the truth, they are throwing Barack Obama under the bus. And now, it seems, Obama is fighting back – as reports from Washington DC are that Petraeus AND Clinton are both out of a job immediately!

The CIA released an official statement two weeks ago that the Obama Administration's attempt to pin lack of security on the CIA was absolutely false.

Now suddenly, CIA Director Petraeus is disgraced in a personal sex scandal, and out on his ear, and rumors are that Clinton will be gone in a matter of days.

It was Obama who refused to send in security.

State Department and CIA employees stationed in Benghazi, Libya begged Washington for increased security.

And sources close to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, reportedly speaking on behalf of her legal counsel, have claimed that Hillary Clinton DID order increased security for the threatened Embassy.

But Barack Obama REFUSED to send in the Rapid Reaction Force that could have saved Ambassador Stephens and the three other Americans killed in the attack.

Communiqués indicate that an American drone was sending live feed images to the State Department within 30 minutes of the initial attack.

Help was only 45 minutes away.

But again, Barack Obama refused to save our men.

Instead, it is being reported that as State Department officials watched in HORROR the 7 hour fire fight on live feed from satellites and drones, Barack Obama STILL refused to send help – and instead WENT TO BED.

Also on last Friday Bing West, a former Assistant Secretary of Defense, told Greta Van Susteren that if Obama gave the order to secure the consulate in Benghazi as he has claimed – there would be a paper trail:

"If that actually happened the way President Obama said it happened, there's a paper trail and I think people reasonably enough can say, "Can we see the order?" because hundreds of others supposedly saw this order.

So far no one has offered any evidence that Obama made the order to protect our men on the ground in Benghazi the night of the attack.

Of the four killed during that 7 hour battle, 2 of our people died in the final hour, as their ammunition was depleted and relief forces FAILED TO ARRIVE.

Tyrone Woods, a former Navy SEAL, was one of the last to perish. Sources on the ground indicate that Ty ran his weapon dry having killed 50 jihadists before he was taken down. The 30 people who escaped the Benghazi consulate with their lives, did so only because of the bravery of former Navy SEALs Ty Woods and Glen Doherty.

But if this Administration had used the intel available and sent the help our men expected and deserved before their ammo was depleted, those two heroes would almost certainly still be alive.

THEIR BLOOD IS ON OBAMA'S HANDS.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said last Tuesday he has a report from a U.S. senator that at least two news networks have acquired emails from the White House explicitly ordering a counterterrorism team NOT to secure and render relief, but to stand down on a rescue mission at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.

"There is a rumor – I want to be clear, it's a rumor – that at least two networks have emails from the National Security Adviser's office telling a counterterrorism group to stand down," Gingrich told Fox News' Greta Van Susteren. "They were a group in real-time trying to mobilize Marines and C-130s and the fighter aircraft, and they were told explicitly by the White House 'stand down and do nothing. This is not a terrorist action.'"

Speaker Gingrich continued, "If that's true, and I've been told this by a fairly reliable U.S. Senator, if that's true and that comes out in the next day or two, I think it raises enormous questions about the president's role, Tom Donilon, the National Security Adviser's role, the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, who has taken it on his own shoulders, that he said don't go. And I think that's very dubious, given that the president said he had instructions they are supposed to do everything they could to secure American personnel."

DON'T LET THIS COVER UP SUCCEED! SUBPOENA PETRAEUS AND CLINTON!

Gingrich said "if accurate, it leaves two conclusions: that the secretary of defense usurped the Commander-in-Chief or that Obama in fact never gave the order he claims he did."

President Richard Nixon was driven from office and resigned in shame for far less dire derelictions of duty than the crimes of Barack Obama.

Obama calls the SEALS to duty and the SEALS report.

The SEALS call the Commander-in-Chief to duty and the Imposter-in-Chief votes present.

SEALS die, the first Ambassador since Jimmy Carter was president dies – and Obama lies to cover up, compounding his crimes.

This is insanity. This is betrayal of the highest order. This is TREASON.

DON'T LET THIS COVER UP SUCCEED! SUBPOENA PETRAEUS AND CLINTON!

DEMAND THE TRUTH!

Sincerely,
