Obama Preparing to Sign Away Us Sovereignty!
Yes, unfortunately this is real. It seems to me to rely heavily on the “FACT” that Global Warming is real. They want to drop the US’s levels extremely and tax us heavily if we don’t adhere to their set goals, and they want to tax us heavily even if we do adhere. Apparently all the industrialized nations have to shell out major contributions to pay for all other countries to be our equals under this treaty. And yes from what I understand about treaties and our constitution, with this treaty we are giving another “government” entity the power to tax, create and enforce legislation upon the U.S. …….which is basically giving away our sovereignty to a foreign entity.
I’ve already called my senators and congressmen ...didn’t get to speak to ANY of them, although their lackeys said they would pass on the message………just like the message they passed on about the unwanted TARP.

The “good” stuff starts on page 24, where they introduce the “facility” i.e. Government, and exactly what powers it has to run, maintain and enforce this treaty.
